The plants have been sitting in a homemade dome for a few days now. Today I decided to move them back to the ziploc dome so I could move my light a little closer. I was scared it would burn them but they seem fine so far, and they stretching a little too much imo. I think next time I pop seeds or run clones I need to get a small fluorescent to keep a few inches away from the plants so they dont stretch as much. Either way, they look good. I even broke the machine elves putting the dome on. I had some duct tape and a paper clip handy so I did some first aid and its kept growing. It was almost broke off completely so I'm not sure if itll make it in the long run. Cool to see how plants can survive something like that tho. It's not only looking fine, but it's the tallest too. I think my new humidifier is gonna be here Wednesday so until then I'll keep the domes on. I'm trying to make some taller domes too so I might not even need the humidifier yet. For now I've connected the veg tent to the flower tent with some ducting. It seems to be keeping it around 50% RH. I might keep this connected until I need to connect my filter. I'm hoping to have these ready to move to my flower tent in 4-5 weeks. Ideally I'm planning to have a perpetual harvest going that will let me harvest every 4-5 weeks.

Hello everyone! This might be the last week. Trichomes looking almost perfect. Now I stop feeding them with nutriens and just flush with water the last week. Ig thats it for the week :D! See you next week for the harvest :O

This thing shocked me by how much it stretched, so much so that I have now moved the lights vertically around the plant. Bud development has been amazing. The buds have that fat dense look with the slight genetic foxtails on top. I had a small issue with humidity due to the res of the hydro system being in the tent but have added a dehumidifier now keeping RH around 43% temps @ 24.5C. Drinking around 5-6 litres per day atm!

The second week of flushing. Some of the leaves from the bottom of the plant are already yellow or light green. It seems that now she consumes the nutrient buildup from the bottom leaves. Still milky trichomes, but I spotted a few amber. Also, the buds gained a purple shade, looks awesome! week 14

HELLO GROWING FRIENDS - Please look at my Aftermovie Growvideo, which cost me about 4 hours to create. hope you like it! Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 209 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I’m really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I’ve gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I’m incredibly proud of my first results! 26 July 2025 Find Blueberry muffin had couple of bottom branches die, seems all brunch is like rotten, just pull the branch and come off effortlessly. some root issue, believe ants have nest right under the plant. Will put some product to kill all nest. Hope that's save the plant, it's biggest plant in garden. Rest of plant seems doing ok, just watering them once a week, need to come and water them at least twice a week now. Getting dry quickly. Luckily we have Rainey days recently 😃 Feed them with compost tea and alga grow..

Kabul #2 entwickelt langsam aber sicher ihre Blüten entlang der Haupttriebe. Die Knollen werden langsam praller. Die Entfernung von Blätter und den untersten Blüten zeigt ihre Wirkung. Die Energie geht jetzt in die Mainbuds. Ansonsten ist die Kabul sehr stabil und macht keinerlei Schwierigkeiten. Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und schau der Kabul beim wachsen zu. ✌️

I am an irredeemable wet-trimmer. Trimming this one was reasonably easy, but because there was so much of it ... it still took some time. Some of the "trim" was completely covered by trichomes but I treated her like any other plant in this regard and I'm satisfied with the results. The trim bucket looks ridiculous though. I added a pic of some of the last trim to the gallery. I tried to make a few videos too - I think my videomaking style is called "spaceship flies over woodlands" so please don't judge.. at least there is no audio of me making plane noises.. 💩

Day 64. 9weeks and 1 day. Defoliated 2 days ago. Still some white pistils on buds. She looks ready, however trichomes are all milk with very few amber. Will continue monitoring before chopping.

welcome to one of the last episodes of the BIG Cheese twins chronicles! ...I cannot believe it either, but when i checked her trichomes this morning, with my microscope.. she is as good as done!!(the FAT, smaller one at least) So beautiful trichomes she has too.. a lot of them looked like lil' chuncks of cheese! (deep yellow, with spots on them 😁) But a lot of old cheese too (orange, brown) so think gonna chop her end of this week!(be4 it starts raining again..😎) Its finally sunny weather so gonna let her enjoy the sunshine some more 😎 dont think her sister is ready yet (the tall skinny one) but she will get there soon enough! She is covered with trichomes.. my camera had a hard time focussing in the buds so sprakly!!😻 So the next episode of the cheese twins chronicles will be a harvest!! Buds was a but aery, not compact like the 2 others. I don't think it's a genetic problem, i've made mistake on her, and she was the one with the less light, a bit late since the beginning, etc etc.. but she is good ! she is like the #3 but not compact. For the cut i removed big leaves and big sugar leaves, and head down. It was ready to cure after 8 days, i'd like it to be slower but they are already wonderfull after almost 1 week into curing, so it's great 😎 I'm pretty lucky to have 2 realy differents phenotypes, this is so good ! Pheno #1 is realy like a concentrate of lemon, and realy sweet, sugary. She is strong ! Like a 50% High / Stone, totaly stunted. Pheno #2 smells like strawberry, like a strawberry yogurt. She taste more like sugary / fruits and earthy. She is my favorite, best looking, best smoking, best smell, best everything ! This is a plant to try, for sure ! Thanks to anyone who helped me ! 8/10 Hurried morning. Today was water day and the hose fucked up. Dad got it working while I filled half the jugs needed with water and the requisite amount of plant doctor. I gave the preventative dose (which is 1/2 tsp per gallon but I upped it closer to 1 tsp per gallon) on the plants that have received the three full treatments, the 10th planet in the middle and the chemdog. The rest received their last full dose. I had watered the NATURAL mk ultra and other tenth planet yesterday so I'm waiting until tomorrow when the need water to give them their treatment. Other than the 10th planet I'm worried things are going pretty good. Tjat's probably tine too. I certainly wouldnt have even noticed it a few years ago. I only bought like half the amount of soil as last year and really tried keeping costs down. These aren't the biggest plants I've grown but I'm grateful for what I have. I'm working hard to get the most out of them I can. I'm planning to give it a few days and then feed later in the week. EDIT: I THINK I got my grow question deleted. Finally. It's strange that I didn't get ONE outdoor growers response. Doesn't matter. I figured out the best course of action. I'm lucky. Or maybe I just work hard. I defoliate twice a day. I have some pruning to do on the interior of a COUPLE plants. I've cleaned them up pretty good this year. No signs of ANY wpm which is great but suprisinging considering the rh and the rolling fog most mornings. 8/11 I gave the tenth planet in the back and the mk ultra I didn't get yesterday. The mk ultra got the preventative dose (upped from 1/2tsp to 1tsp) and the 10th planet tge full dose. I'll have to check but I think this is the last cure dose for everyone. Found a pillar INSIDE a bud on the special kush that's far ahead. Then you can see on the video a HUGE cut worm or something on the branch I pull down. Luckily I saw it. Wasn't there when I got back but it took a few bites. Looked on the camera and saw a bird swoop in and grab him. Thank the lord! It's going to be 100° today and tomorrow with heat advisory in effect. I'm going to have to treat these plants for pests/pillars some how. I might just use BT and my super alkaline water. The septoria is under control and I'm just afraid spraying anything would make things worse. I'm certainly jot going to let them eat my early flowering plant. I can't apply ANYTHING in this heat. I'll research and maybe if it gets low enough tonight I might be able to do something. I'm going to go back over and check that plant going branch by branch. That one 10th planet tgat WAS the biggest plant is severely stunted amd has some "strange" looking leaves. I wasthinking about getting it off property or just chopping and burning but I figure it's been in there long enough that the others could be infected. I think it spreads through pests if that's the case then it might be better to get rid of it. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I'm going to stop and try to get some mulch today. EDIT: I found a place I can get a bale of straw and I think I'll use that to mulch. It's almost a 100°. After killing the pillar this morning and missing that cutworm I came back over to REALLY look at the special kush in later flower. I looked through every branch and every bud. I found four pillars on that plant. No REAL damage yet and extremely small. I had to pull buds apart to find them. It's like they were hiding from the heat. That was miserable hand picking them in 100° degree weather. Luckily the bird feeders are close but the bigger birds chase the smaller ones. The smaller birds have found a new food source and perch on my cage waiting. I'm leaning towards treating the flowering plant with BT-k. Seeing that tge citric acid WON'T kill fungus I'll just use OUR super alkaline water and hope for the best. Nothing will get treated during this weather. 8/11 IT reached 105° yesterday and I had a family medical emergency. Came over this morning to several plants drooped right over despite me checking MD day and them being fine. Phone dodnt charge so I couldn't get pictures. Watered everything but the ones that got it yesterday cause they looked good and still had weight. I had to leave before the ones that were down could pick back up. The kush plants seem to tolerate this heat much better. Beside the ones in the 10s tge others are taking this hear fine. I'll update when I get back. EDIT: Went back over around 10. Another hot day. Suppised to be HOTTER than yesterday. I don't know how that's possible. both our thermometers went to 104 lately. Oh and I dont think that's beet curly top virus I think it's just great stress! I've grown this strain before and it's not the most resilient but it's other qualities make up for that. That's a loud off. I checked most buds on the plant in late flower and found a grass hopper IN the cola! No damage that I could see and I flicked him in the head which killed it. I came back to the chemdog that I didn't water drooping. I watered that and the 10th planet I didn't get this morning. The only one that hasn't got water today was the natural mk ultra and when I was there it was still heavy and looked really good so I left it. I'll have to come back around four and check things out. I'll be watering that tonight for sure. It will be hot tomorrow too then it will be better weather. I need to feed but I'm uncertain whether I should in this heat. All the kush strains I'm running are have Hindu kush as a parent and seem to be able to take the heat no problem. We don't get heat like this usually. It's different when it's 100° and 99% rh than dry heat.
