Tag 82: Hab mich nun doch entschieden , da die Trichome wirklich zu 90% Milchig sind , die Dame am Stamm abzuhacken . (Extra ein kleines Beil gekauft (scherz)) . Dann im Stück einfach Kopfüber . Abluft ist an , Ventilator unter der Spitze . Jetzt noch 4-5 Tage warten (je nach Temp und Feuchte) . Und dann schauen wir mal was es wird .Für mich wichtig , viel Feuchtigkeit im Raum , ich will das sie auch nach dem Trocknen noch kleben . Ergo hab ich den Stoftopf drinne stehen gelassen . Tag 82-88: Kopfübertrocknung + Temperatur : 21°C - 23°C) + Lüftfeuchtigkeit : 52%rH-60%rH + VPD kleiner gleich 1.2 + 4 bis 5 Tage Ich versuche maximal einen VPD von 1.2 zu halten für ca 4-5 Tage. Tag 85: Ein Video hinzugefühgt wo ihr das Trockenzelt sehen könnt. Die LED hab ich genau unter der Abluft angebracht damit kein einseitiger Luftzug entsteht, dafür mit mehr Power . Tag 86: Video von der Kopfüberhängenden hinzugefühgt. Tag 88: 5 Tage lang getrocknet , Blüten vom Stiel getrennt und in Schalen in den Weinkühlschrank mit Silikatgel für die Feuchteregelung. Tag 90: Trichome aufgenommen. CureBoxen geschlossen nach 2 Tagen im Weinkühler Next Step: Bouveda 58% , Sauerstoffabsorbierer

Girls have settled into summer camp nicely. Worries about not taking the transplant diminish more each day and I am gaining more confidence in strong roots with each passing day as well. I had to build a supplemental lighting system for the greenhouse. Here at home we are experiencing a wetter than usual summer so far and with that brings clouds. So I needed to do something. So I built a new greenhouse light. It cranks out some light. Currently at canopy I’m measuring around 600 PPFD. Plants are loving it. All three plants sexed and all are females. Didn’t think otherwise. So the formula 707 is performing better than expected. Water retention is crazy. Watered the plants on Sunday with a gallon each , today is Thursday and no water needed. Going to try and get to Sunday for a whole week between watering.

We’ve had some nice weather this week. So far so good. I just hope to get her through flowering, as she is supposed to be a very small plant. Other than that the bottom leaves that may be dying I think she should be okay? For now it’s just sticking to water + worm tea & a drop of Black Molasses.

Lots of good growth this week, starting my flush on the Pineapple Express. Gave her one last feeding of nutes this week. Smells fantastic in the tent, she reeks of pineapples and flowers. Trichome started getting cloudier, hoping she gets more crystals before her chop. Berry white is coming along nicely, I think it’s safe to say she’s pretty indica.. considering bw was my only indica seed and this plant is drastically different I’m going to go ahead and assume here. Flowers are finally starting to come along, she’s taking much longer to flower out than I thought she would. She took a few more weeks to show pistils than the other plants. I suspect I will chop her last. I harvested my oldest plant and moved the berry white plant into the smaller tent. Hopefully I get better light distribution over the next few weeks as I finish up these grows. Thanks for reading and happy growing! 👩‍🌾🏼🌱

Busy times as i prepare for outdoor growing this summer, but these autos are progressing nicely, the uploaded photos document week 5 (+1day) of growth, forgot to group the Purple Punch Autos together for a group photo 😖, heavy defoliation of fan leaves were done as well as some more LST.

Hi. I haven't been here for a long time because I have a lot of responsibilities in life. I added the rest of the photos as the last week... It was a pure pleasure to meet runtz layer cake. I don't remember how much exactly it came out on the scale... But it was about 200g from the plant (+, -)... It stands out with its smell and taste. it is unique in every way and it is my top 3 in my ranking...

Hello guys, hope you are doing well. happy to start a new grow into my Ninja Bundle and what a grow : Bubba Slush from GHSC. It all started well the seed germinate in 2 days, you can find the tutorial and video on my IG profile of course. The plant is doing well 2 first leaves are out, no nutrients for the moment i will start it in 2 weeks only once she have reached a good size and anyways for the moment the nutrients in the soil are more than enough. I got many messages about the first leaves of your grow don't worries they are always weird like your first steps when you are a baby. It's not an issue and not a sign of a weird plant just be patient and the plant will grow nice leaves very soon. Take care all Sawyer

Day 50 last day of the dense nut the pm is at 5.8 and the ppm is at 270 all looking good put a ac in there today will run with light on for next week or so Day 51 first day of flush!!! Ppm at 50 ph at 6.0 I found other top flower with bud rot on the big plant this time humidity is to high in there 60% now don't have a dehumidifier and it's lot of wet days this week any tips to lower it with out one just more air moving? Day 55 I think it is done I'm going to gave it lots of cold from the ac and tern light out Earley tonight and cut tomorrow im thinking 🤔 Note the smell of the small plant in the back is bark purple and smells tropical so good where the other 2 smell like dank skunk and gas ⛽ so strange

Will update throughout the harvest, drying, and curing. Great grow!!! I honestly could not have asked for a better first time growing experience. A few little bumps along the road, but nothing these ladies couldn't handle. Very citrus smell topped with a salvating creaminess. Will definitely keep this lady in mind for all future grows. Maybe at least one plant. I can't wait until I can try this girl. Thank you to Fast Buds for these awesome genetics and thank you to the Grow Diaries Cimmunity for all your help along the way. Start of Week 9 🙌 I plan to use fertilizer for bud growth from day 64 to day 70+... depending on when the harvest time occurs 😉😄👍 Started working with fertilizer today, every 2 days a mixture of 10ml per liter as long as the buds have not properly developed trichomes 😵 I hope this works 😵😲😱 Day 68 with fertilizer again

When repotting, a total of 3 g per liter of Green House Powder Feeding Bio Grow was added to the Canna Coco 😊. That's enough for 8-10 weeks :-). Week 5 (11/30 - 12/6): Things are getting excitingggggggg!! I had to get some gloves because the buds are getting sticky -icky -ickyyyyy. I mean over these two weeks you wouldn't even recognize this tent. The flowers have really packed on some size and the smell is increasing by the day. It feels like we are coasting and just need to keep things watered at this point, but we have our lights up as high as they can go, so we are hoping we don't get too much more of a stretch from the plants. Next week will be our last topdress for these plants with our Gaia Green 2-8-4, and from there we will have about 4/6 more waterings with our terp tea and we will be just about done with our feeding schedule. We are considering another layer of trellis, and we had to upgrade our PH pen AGAIN.. so to all new growers, don't waist the money, get the Blue Lab from the start and take good care of it. We learned our lesson with $20. Otherwise, I don't have much to say other than stand by for some big ole harvests coming your way. Check out our before and after pics!

The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. 80F -5F = 75F LST with 70% RH = 0.72 kPa. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR. The near infrared (IR-a) borders around 700nm up to 1400nm @ photon par flux density of 1.8 instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. I think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, the RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level I set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches the desired RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always release more water into the air; therefore, the RH% of the tent overnight will increase, as long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential, which will work wonders with mass flow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments.
