Oh man I messed up by not cutting candy kush #3 before the rain last week and lost a little less than half to botrytis 😓😓😞 but can only be mad at myself for not chopping her down sooner and I will still end up with a few ozs from CKE #3. Candy kush #2 just exploded with trichomes and orange pistils over the last 8 days so I'm very glad I left #1 & #2 out,going to chop #2 today or maybe tomorrow if it stays warm and sunny!!! Candy kush #1 is the biggest of the 3(makes sense since I put her in a full 15 gallon grow bag). When I chopped #3 last week cke #1 was no where near done but now almost all her pistils have turned brown and she has milky trichomes all over!! Im the most excited for CKE #2 ,she smells like the old school west coast og kush with a hint of chem to her it's amazing!! Candy kush #1 got more of the sweet special traits in the nose smells very sweet and earthy but im sure both will be amazing smoke no doubt in my mind!! ✌️ ☮️

Sep 24: starting new diary to accommodate 30 week limit on Growdiaries. Buds are nearly ready but weather is good so will keep her going a bit longer. Nothing harvested from this plant yet but the clones are mostly harvested and produced great dense buds. Fantastic plant. Sep 28: took 995 g wet in first round which might be half of the plant, but I think I’ll end up over 2 kg wet which means 454 g dry is possible. Come on, I still haven’t had a one pound plant. Either way, this is the best growing strain I’ve ever tried, the buds are great and trimming is a total breeze. 👍👍

Last week of flowering (72days from the light switch) Gonna cut soon when the dirt is dry. A quite late harvest. Many buds denser more, and stem can’t longer resist. This season so satisfy. Day 51: The plant still maturing nicely, and the fade has slowed even though I have pulled nutrients. Buds are swelling and trichomes are continuing to cloud up; Leaves 90% cloudy, 5% clear, 5% amber. Buds 85% cloudy, 10% clear, 3% amber. pH is swinging wildly last few days (6.6-8). Keeping an eye on it and checking twice a day - adjusting as needed. Likely related to having no beneficial bacteria and no nutrients. Day 52: Leaves; 90% cloudy, 2% clear, 8% amber Buds; 90% cloudy, 7% clear, 3% amber Added back in 2mL of beneficial bacteria to the final gallon of top-off water to help with pH control these last few days and work out any remaining nutrient salts in the water or expanded clay. The plant is looking like it will be ready for harvest here in the next few days - maybe day 54/55 harvest. Day 54: Leaves: 85% cloudy, 1% clear, 14% amber Buds: 90% cloudy, 3% clear, 7% amber The plant is definitely looking like it is ready for harvest on 3/4 of the plant. Very top buds are still showing some white pistils - doesn't appear to be fox tailing but looks like the buds are filling out nicely. The colors on the fan leaves are finally starting to show up - some nice purples! Trichomes are turning nicely on most of the buds and leaves as well. Smell changed slightly - I think due to a pH drop in the reservoir (down to 5.0). Day 56: Harvest day I decided to harvest today as the buds were appearing about 10% amber on day 55. Some top nugs had white pistils but still had amber trichomes with the majority cloudy. Ended up with so much plant material for bubble hash, approximately 2 lbs worth wet - straight to the freezer. Nugs worth drying and curing are hanging in the tent. Scissor hash from light trim and cutting, the plant is super very resinous. The smell was incredible and quite potent during harvest until I got the tent sealed back up. Plan to hang for approximately 5-6 days depending on the stem snap test. Targeting 55-60% humidity, 65-68F. Looking forward to getting to taste some in the near future!

Flowers emerged this week. Under the microscope we see trichomes just beginning to develop as dots on the leaves

it's only the beginning on week 6 and are in flower stage, tree looks good loving her feed, loving her space just loving life. Today I decided to put her outside in the sun such a beautiful Sunday it was, I'll keep this updated with more pics by Saturday on the closing of week 6 .

I forgot to say at the begging I have a bought a dehumidifier because in my home there is no ventilation to put inside took one a plant place thath i had to keep in vegetation period any way this week th plants are pumping good i did stop for a week with the nutrients but now I’ll put a bit les 2 times a weekas normal

What up fam, weekly update on these gorgeous girls. They're showing preflowers now which I'm definitely happy as that means the stretch is almost over. Now time to see them fatten up. I got two definitive phenos, one that's way more bushy and the other is way taller. Over all I couldn't be happier with how they've grown. Happy

16cm vertical growth this week, but she's bushed out a lot.

After week 16 of this grow my 'Fruity Terps'-plants are ready to harvest. I check the trichome-heads with a handheld-microscope (magnification of 150, available in every growshop) and see that all have turned milky and some start to turn amber already. That means PEAK-THC (=all trichome-heads have turned milky) has been reached inside the trichome and it is time to harvest. If I would let them go longer now and continue to flower them, more of the trichome heads will turn amber as the THC breaks down again to other cannabinoids, and the effect of the cannabis will get more sedative when smoked. For some chronic pain patients this is what they want from their medicine, therefore it is advisable for them to let the weed flower than recommended. The aroma coming out of the tent is STRONG and DELICIOUSLY FRUITY! 😍 The fade from the flush has turned the bigger fan-leaves yellow or purple now, this shows the plant is using her own sugars now and has used up all nutrients saved inside her. That is exactly what I want, since a well flushed plant ensures a clean, smooth smoke when the buds are dried. This is my MEDICINE and I use it against my chranic back-pain from hernia, therefore I have to make sure I can consume my medicine as pure and clean as possible. All my plants have grown big buds, which are glistening with TRICHOMES, the SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs did an OUTSTANDING JOB! In combination with the BIO NOVA nutrients, all plants THRIVED throughout the cycle and were able to grow healthy to their full potential.
