really easy to grow. Had some issues in the begging being underfed and low ph issues. But still grew through all the struggles. Wasnt the biggest yield but wasn't the biggest plant. So wasn't expecting truly much. The purple pheno gave me a zip and half about. The other green one gave me a zip dry. Both smell lovely and can't wait. Will come back next week or so to update smoke report. Also fixing to make cannabutter from some of this can not wait ^_^ . Will grow it again but in a bigger pot maybe.

When I check my plants in the early morning, give them water and attention, a cloud of Tropicanas fruity and floral fragrances surrounding me. Night 79 ⚡️🌈 This will be Tropicanas last night. I found a little bud rott in the main flower. Glad that I made a video inside. I just saw a yellow leaf as a sign and remembered what I read last week about this problem connected with high humidity and very dense buds. I didn‘t follow any hygiene rules and humidity on the balcony was very high for too long period. So this could happen unfortunately.

The smell is very strong…14 days before harvest I’m not loving the humidity levels in the high 78% however the wind is very strong so they should help dry up the buds there’s a Full Moon on July 13th 4 days from now so I expect rain and I harvest a week after…soil is currently drying out….I’ve read that coco coir can flush within a week so I will start soon.

Topped soil with layer of aquarium rock. Treated rather dry pot to 3:1 tap water:hydrogen peroxide mix, two quarts. sprayed 3:1 mix around/in plant, doused areas of activity in rock/soil with vinegar. Classic overwatering-led-to-fungus-gnats! pot placed on riser, towel sitting underneath to capture/monitor runoff. two days after 3:1 fed pot two quarts of water with added general hydroponics 1/2/3. kept tent dry with towel replacements, idea was to saturate soil with nutrient rich water after the peroxide flush. brutal. plant is not happy.

All the girls in the tent were cooked due to the high light intensity. So I had to dim the light down this week. Under the hard conditions, they still grow beatiful flowers.

May 9th - began today replacing the CMH lite that kicked-off during the night (new bulb is done!) MARS HYDRO to the rescue with a TS-1000 hanging above the kids now. Fine-tuning as we speak - began mixing a Tea for tonight/tomorrow’s dinner - LST to begin with a few of the plants this evening - Defoliated some of the large fan-leaf pairs and now the plant structures can be fortified and shaped - grabbed 6 clones from the Panama Reds and 2 each from Fighting Buddha and Pine Tar Kush !!! Into the LED Dome (And i’m out of cubes… profanity) - some branches get tied down tonight; let the games begin 10th, - Nutrients fed for breakfast - how to say this: things are so steady with daily progression - raised lights again to maintain 2c difference between Room temp / Top-Leaf temp. My Phlizon 4500 is almost topped out in the room, and its running at 50% power. This last blast of growth and transition within the plants, tells me this set-up is going to last Just long enough !!! My Skunk Apple Run plant is still a bit young, but I can see those buds starting to form. It's a bit of a slow starter, with buds popping up all over the place instead of a nice even line. We'll see if adjusting the light cycle or its food might help it along. I'll keep you posted on any changes. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Started with some bent which really made side branching take off. I'm just doing leaf tucking, all branches get plenty of light, so no need for bending IMO. One is quite a bit bigger than the other, if this is a fenotype thing or something I did we will never know since the sample is too small to make conclusions... So its the one in the slightly smaller pot that is bigger. Also, I switched positions between both to see if this makes difference... but I never noticed hotspots or such in my earlier grows.... One of my annoyances of small-scale operations is that there is never enough data to be able to make conclusions based in facts. It could always be nature or nurture, because I lack control groups. Maybe my government will someday finally see the backwater retardedness of our way of dealing with cannabis. For now no other option than staying within the law. I like weed and growing but I like my freedom more. The XL Runtz are remarkably resistant and vigorous, with extreme growth in just under three weeks after germination. Beautiful plants and they handle a high light / high organic nute situation from very early on. Coming week I'll just be leaf tucking, no further LST since they are already going into flower. Ill be adding BAC Organic Flower coming days along with my solution of wood ash and perma tea. Also Ill be starting the three 56 ltr growbags to start the three regulars that will run in the same 18 hr lightschedule. And that light, trusty SP-3000, what a machine, what results so far and how reliable so far. She doesn't get too warm at all, just contributes to a nice greenhouse atmosphere without any climate management other than me checking temps and RH. Usually, I need no adjusting, no ventilation, no heating or airco, my system is pretty self-containing and autonomous in the stabile attack where it is. And lets be real, I get results as in grams per watt and per plant that only the 600 watt / Hydroponic guys get. With organic growing, in such small scale with 300 watt.
