July 20: smoke arrived this morning to go with our heat wave. Awesome. Starting force flowering this evening. Will put plant in dark garage for 12 h darkness for a couple of weeks to initiate flowering. Already started flowering, but I really want to force it along to improve bud quality by having the buds ripen under stronger sun. In dark garage by 9 pm followed by 730 nm far red light and then out at 7 am. The far red light is a bloom booster because it initiates dark mode 2 h faster and is like getting a 26 h day. So, 10 h in garage plus 2 h from far red light is 12 h darkness and 14 h of daylight. Rock on. July 21: obvious stretch from overnight in the hot garage. Recorded as 14 h daylight with overnight temp listed as 24 C but it was easily 30 C when going into garage. Hot and smoky. Anyway, lots of misting and watering and seems to be doing great. Addded bloom nutes in top dressing at end of last week. July 22: still too hot but she’s still managing to grow. Now up to 40”. July 25: now 44” so four inches in three days. July 26: notably large stretch overnight probably grew another inch. This Blueberry Pie was always neck and neck with my other photoperiod, but she is pulling ahead in height now that flowering is starting. So far so good. Windy today and the plant was catching too much. Defoliated fan leaves in the middle so it’s not so much of a sail. Don’t really want o be removing fan leaves, but was best option. In ground or a bigger bag are not options so gotta make it work. Worth it to be able to move around in pursuit of direct sun. #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

This was my 1st week with my new 2x2. The brand new elufah uap-1500. This light has a much better spec than my spider farmer light did. One of the plants took a little bit of stress from the spec changing but they are bouncing back. By the end of the week I should be ramping the light back up. They are some fastbuds plants so I’m sure they will love extra light.

Week 3

About 60 days in now and the plants are done getting taller. Buds are starting to get bigger and everything is starting to get nice and frosty, still have a long way to go on this one I think. I just got done with a res change and filled it back up with more Cropsalt at 3.4 g/Gal Bloom A and 1.74 g/Gal Bloom B. This stuff seems great so far, PH is super stable and the plants seem to like it.

Big change as they go into big pot and three stay as solos. Re potting wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped and the roots got messed about but I was as gentle as can be 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

After 4 days of heavy rain, the first mold appeared... So I spent about 18 hours searching for plants and picking out mold with tweezers After last year's experience with another seed bank, I expected the plants to be very affected by mold, but I have to say that Fast Buds genetics coped very well! Mold appear mainly on blisters to which the stem of the leaf leads water, which then collects between the stem and the blister I trimmed the plants more so that the air flows better and that water does not stick to them The plants look healthy and the flowers are gaining strength Especially the dark purple phenotypes look very dense and hard. it also looks very resistant to mold Very pleasant sweet fruity scent I haven't seen my children for 3 days, it's raining extremely ... the last time I was chased out by swarms of ants in the early evening, I've never experienced this before, there were maybe a million of them and they sat on me and on the plants I'm finally going to visit them tomorrow, I expect I'll have a lot of work to do with mold and I hope the swarms of ants haven't harmed them in any way

The plant is drinking over 3 gallons of water every day. I’ve lowered the PPM’s to 600. Everything seems to be ok now. I will try to change the reservoir water every 5 days from now on. She started to smell amazing! Very lemony 🍋 P.S. Lowerd the TDS to 550 PPM on day 46. Also just realized that I stressed my plan with to much light. I moved the light at 13” and dimmed to 95% ... I will continue to dim it 2% every day...

Bio Tabs NL. vs. Weedefix (Stuttgart/ Germany) Hier im Bio Tabs NL Grow haben wir nun nach Tag 42 des Einpflanzens eine Höhe von 68 cm Erreicht. Die Triebe bilden sich schön und akkurat aus. Die Blattfarbe ist im Bio Tabs Grow mit einem tieferen etwas dunkleren Grün zu beobachten, im Wuchsverhalten hat die Pflanze nun etwas aufgeholt. Sie ist etwas Buschiger geworden. Diese Woche, habe ich nur mit Wasser gegossen. Nun ist es Zeit die Pflanzen in die Blüte zu bringen. Es ist echt spannend, wie sich die Pflanzen so entwickeln. What a week, the Amnesia Haze from Divine Seeds continues to pack on flower and is honestly worth the wait for weight if you know what i mean 😉 she is currently going through her flush period and will luckily make it for atleast a week of drying and two weeks of curing before competition time, wish she had more time but unfortunately the glory of holding one of the first East Coast Canna Cup Trophies is the goal at hand and we get the feeling that she is without a doubt a cup winner. 29th April is D Day, wish us luck till then everyone

Week from 10/07 to 16/07 Going smoothly, plant already feeling great in the new pot. I used sticks to make a star cross frame at the base so I can pull branches in every direction Now it’s a matter of letting everything grow and adjust the branches until around the 20th of August when it will start flowering

12 days to full transplantable roots. Right on schedule as expected. Moved 6 of the 12 clones (1 per plant) into a new 45L Rez that I cobbled together in an evening. Just small enough to fit into the cabinet. Hopefully the roots don’t choke each other out for territory while we work to reveg, re-flower and ultimately seed em all for the new F3 line. We’ll pick the best buds from the lot for the next testing run once we see what the pheno variation looks like from the main run in the tent. It’s a process and annoyance not to be yielding bud off a grow cycle but it is what it is if you want your own signature stuff. Alls good for now. Let’s just hope that the 6 coats of paint I threw on the lid is enough to keep out the grow light penetration🤞. Shoulda used black, whatever.

They are gaming weight on buds nicely as well. Aroma OMG I am sensing ripe sweet fruits, a bit woody and gasy. The Day it's just around the corner. 05/10 Day 74 Last watering, in the morning approx. 1.5l per pot. At midnight lights out for good. 06/10 Day 75 Uploaded 2 clips from last night. Trichomes are on point. Some buds 50-70% amber and they did gained some weight overnight. Just one more night of darkness and will harvest! 😎 07/10 Day 76 It's done!!! Harvested and trimmed. I'm thrilled to share another exciting update on my flourishing journey. We have now reached week 4 of the flowering phase, and I must say it has been an incredible period of growth and progress. The plants continue to stretch magnificently, and the onset of bud production has been truly remarkable. 🌿🌸🌱💪 As we progress through this crucial stage, I remain attentive to the well-being of my plants. They have developed a healthy thirst, consuming approximately 4 liters of water every 2 days. The pH level of the nutrient solution stands at a steady 6.11, ensuring optimal nutrient uptake. Furthermore, the TDS range between 1050 and 1150 provides the ideal nutrient balance. 💧⚖️📈 In light of the unfortunate hermaphroditism incident experienced by a fellow grower, I have been diligently checking my plants for any signs of similar issues. So far, I'm pleased to report that everything is progressing smoothly, and I haven't encountered any Bananas or seeds (it's hard to check the back sides). 🚫🍌🔍 That's it for this week!
