Went from 450w to 150w blue for a week due to heat and too much height gain. Weather got cold so I put the 450w red back in as they seem to be thickening up. Feminising was very easy on the ones I chose, I chose only three that had thicker faster flowering and more THC but will cross with the more sativa dominant ones.

Lilly x White Widow is doing well understeer Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. She is the smallest plant in the group. She is stacking nicely, and forming some frost on her. Day 44 today. This lady is one leafy girl !!!. trimming is going to be a nightmare . Her bud growth is still ongoing and with 2 weeks to go she will hopefully swell now !. She doesnt seem to like stronger feeds as other strains do and it was the same with her mum too. her buds are fairly solid and smell sweetly fruity too.

Green House feeded one is growing brown yellow spots so I am suspecting Cal Mag def and Light stress since it is right jn the middle of tent. So I increased Cal Mag and increased the light distance. Advanced Nutrients one is recovering since the fix in the feeding but the deficiency left some brown spots. The lady is getting greener though which is good news.

For my second grow, I am OVER THE MOON!! I just yielded 16.1 ounces (wet trimmed) from a single lady in a small 23"x19" x 48" DIY tent. The strain; Mandarin Cookies v2 from Ethos Genetics, was very easy to manage and did not have any issues even in my small space. It was really difficult to determine the run time, it suggested 9 weeks from the breeder, I ended up going almost 13 weeks!! the trichomes stayed white

Another week down. As some of you will see, from the three purple kush autos one defiantly has the characteristics of a “purple kush plant” it is very small with odd shaped buds and almost purpley/black. The other two are monsters with no purple traits. I did loose a plant at the start that was also stunted, which likely would have produced another “purple budded” plant. Anyway it has been hotter than hell here, and they pretty much survived a hurricane and tornado, so I think these girls will finish out the summer just nice. I gave them a feed of some cal mag and some fox farms tiger bloom. Other than that they be chillin. Enjoy the weather! Cheers.

Of the four plants Barney's LSD Auto is the most vivacious, with the Strawberry Cheesecake and Onyx only a week or so behind. The Northern Lights Auto is very disappointing with absolutely no branching...and some discolouration in the leaves. If she doesn't show some branching after topping, I'm going to pull her and grow a different plant. Real estate in my grow room is in high demand and I won't waste it on a dud plant :D

V35 to 42 Monday Removed all the fan leaves, supercropped them all over and trained the branches. I was seeing some spots and some yellow leaves on the back two and my pH was rising up to about 6.5 so it could be why. I need to buy new pH down. They completed lfirst week of Flower. Decreasing Humidity gradually to increase VPD to 1.5. Heady OG turned out to be a male one so removed it :( But, the ladies seem to enjoy life and they keep stretching every day. They have doubled in size just in one week Humidity is fluctuating between 52-58%. Temp is 22-26 Celsius. VPD is relatively constant around 1.30 except for very rainy days where my dehumidifier gets info play. PPFD is around 900 uMol.

Solid week of growth, looking and smelling amazing.

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. The buds put on some size this last week. This strain was supposed to be around 8 weeks but I’m day 58 since flipping the switch and they are still going. Started flushing today with plain water and flawless finish. My runoff ppm was at 1000, I’ll keep flushing this week. My harvest date will be right at 10 weeks.

July 13: perfect cannabis weather after last week’s heat wave. Another heat wave next week, but for now it’s perfect. Added a third scrog layer and tied it off to some water bottles. This type of scrogging works, is easy, cheap, and it’s easy to still move the plant around the yard as needed. July 14: re-did the scrog net using a larger piece with more squares. Supercropped some ends to keep the growth tips at the same elevation. We’ll see how many colas I can make of this. July 16: looks happy enough but I need to up the water volume in this heat. July 18: really hot the last few days (33 C) so lots of watering and misting to keep them a bit cooler. Look really green and robust. 👍👍 Also wetting outside of grow bags to get some evaporative cooling for the soil. Added malted barley and Power Bloom to some soil and added it as a soil layer. Added plain soil on the top to deter birds from stealing the barley kernels. A bit less than 1 tbsp of Power Bloom per 1 gallon of soil with a bit more than 1 tbsp of malted barley per gallon of soil. #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

These ladies have started their final stretch. Pink kush will be the first one I harvest, I’m just waiting for her to put out a few amber trichomes and so far she has none maybe within the coming week. Canna-cheese has maybe 2 weeks left. She has the nicest fade I’ve seen so far out of the plants I’ve grown, but she for sure needs to get fatter. Strawberry Skywalker is short but thick, she’s barely starting to fade so I thunk maybe in 3 weeks she’ll be done, still no amber trichs and I’m sure she will get much fatter. Alien berries has surprised me. She was the runt and although a slim plant in veg, she’s putting out some fat knuckles, maybe in 3-4 weeks she’ll be done. Over all good conditions except for a couple spikes in heat a few days. Still no intense smell either.

21.11.2512 days dry. I suffered some bud rot so my final weight of 189 is inaccurate, also there is still trim on weed. But you can clearly see she is a high yeilder. I had to tie the dehumidifier high up in the tent so that the heat coming from it would not dry out the buds like what happened in my 1st grow, Wurlz F1 by Zamnesia. She is very sticky. She smells like when you pull on a THC vape.
