Day 80, 2nd of December 2020: I feel lucky that I have the red pheno because.many diaries i saw here just green pheno. Buds are on the way with lovely colour and nice smell I am so so excited she is really nice :) All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week. Great job Sweet Seeds. Nice genetics :)

Starting to realise why it is called Northern Lights, it is glowing even in the dark. Plant looks healthy, enjoying it's mid flowering party.

Early week 6 update (i'll add more pictures and comments as needed): Unfortunately I hit some challenges! Light got way too close and stunted growth for a day. I noticed it on tips closest to the light only. Raised lamp to 22 inches. Indica bagseed (plant in the center front) got too stacked: stuff like leaves on top of each other with lots of moisture, no light/airflow penetration, etc. I did some basic LST, leaf tucking, net tucking, to open her up and go sideways more a bit at first. It helped a bit. Unfortunately aug 27, had to get more aggressive on this beast and remove 3 shade leaves on the right side. not happy about defoliating, but had to do it. Will see how she takes it and then look at left side on a later day. Growing the first time is educational and actually therapeutic in today's world for me. I've already learned so many lessons for the net time: don't need such a yuge pot, lamp brightness/distance, air circulation!!! Thank you to everyone that responds with positive encouragement/messaging, it really helps. Adding two more fans to help air circulation aug 28. hopefully it reduces the need to desecrate the plants! Meanwhile the plants in back (purple canyon) want to stretch their faces off, esp. the one in back left, so it is a balance. I only have so much vertical height :) aug 29, flipped to 12/12. plants are happy and i want to control the space for first grow. let's see how it goes. updated the humidity for the week to ~ 60. Ida etc has made it miserable, it should get better soon.

Been a busy week! Topped and stripped quite a bit from all 4 plants, turned on the air pump or the Airdomes today since we're at 4 weeks from seed. Adding some supplemental CO2 sometime this week and hopefully get some LST in depending how fast they grow.

Well I have took down the phoenix seeds super kush clones which is are absolutely fire they have all turned purple and bursting with thc super kush was actually a freebie and is one of the most fire strain I ever have grown, also I took down the the platinum gushers both fire phenos one has totally turned purple one is more orange both smelling fire , this harvest is going to take me about 3 days to take down everything haha . I think I should start getting sponsors from these seedbanks

Hi Guys, Grow Diaries for whatever reason won't allow me to upload my complete harvest video which is a real bummer because I mainly do the videos for my YouTube channel but decided to also include them on grow diaries to give other growers who might be considering growing the same strain in the future. Helps give people an idea of what to expect when they grow it. But honestly I can't be bothered to re-edit it to fit to Grow Diaries setting which I don't even know what they are.... Day 57, very happy so far, plants are just taking everything they get, a very easy strain to grow. Added Bud Explosion this week as flower has kicked in, really looking forward to the next month as temps drop in my part of the world. Thinking of letting temps be a little cooler in grow area as they seem to enjoy it. Thanks to those who comment I enjoy hearing from other fellow growers, learning new things and becoming better at growing this magnificent plant. Happy growing ✌️
