I believe my plants are finally getting acclimated to the medium and recovering from transplant shock. New growth is looking much healthier. Just as a preventative measure, I picked up some Botanicare Hydroguard to use in an attempt to supplement the roots and bring the pH of the soil down to where I want it. Personally, the pH remains just a tad too high for my liking this week. I would like it more in the range of 5.7-6.5 but I'll give it a week or so to see the reaction to the Hydroguard. I've continued with more LST on all but the Glookies #2. On this plant I simply did a topping. It was a risk, considering the plants isn't vibrantly healthy, but I need to maintain it's height. I also did a second topping to the American Pie #1. As can be observed from the photos, not all of the plants were shaped the same way. I got creative with the fabric pots and I decided to LST a few plants a little bit differently just to see which technique/style I liked the most. So far, I am digging the way the Jelly Bananen #1/#2 and American Pie #2 are shaping up. They are going to have a beautiful, wide canopy when they head into flower. I'm considering transplanting into 5 gallon fabric pots within the next week or two so I can flip them to flower two weeks later. My intuition is telling me this has been a pretty lengthy vegetative stage, thus far. I'm expecting all of my plants to double in size during the flowering stage, which should be anywhere between 65-70 days long. I made sure to select strains with similar flowering times (60-70 days). Gelato is definitely a solid strain, u can't complain at all, the buds are really starting to fattening and they are really frosty..i can't wait i wanna taste them, but i have to be patient cause there are 4 weeks left and in 1 week i will feed her with the flower booster from RQS.

Another stellar week and the quality inn f these genetics shines through. She's been very thirsty, I'm filling this micro sump about every other day and keeping the nutes right at around 1200 EC with a pH of 5.75... seems like her sweet spot. Nice consistent lime green coloring and a very kerosene candy nose on the stem rub. I think this lady and I are going to go down in a blaze of glory once this grow/dry/cure is done. She has really taken well to LST and hasn't been overly offended by the removal of her larger fan leaves. I see a few pistils starting to emerge at the top bud and on a couple lowers, so it's about to start going down for real!

It's been great.. upgraded their tent, girls are stretching fairly but not excessively. I remove lst tie downs before flowering [experiment] but had to redo to maximize light penetration, previous topping and lst created a lot of bud sites Happy growing guys..

Wowww , i cannot believe that i have come this far , it is finally week 3 of flowering and 12 week of growing !!! I have been feeding her by following the feeding schedule . She is doing very good but i had to change my grow light to increase light exposure area since the old one cannot cover the whole plant . My new magnifying glass is superb it is very handy and cheap (I got it for 4$) . I prepared this for trichomes inspection . I encounter a bug problem in this week , i spotted a few red spider mites(not sure what they’re called XD) on the leaves but luckily i spot it fast and used an organic product to prevent it before the spread is uncontrollable . This kind of insect is very common in my area , the place i live is very dry and hot which they love . So i dropped my temperature down and mist the plants with local organic pesticide . I really do not wish to mist or increase the humidity during flowering because it can cause buds rot but i have to because I know that this kind of insect is super scary and hard to prevent . :(((( Anybody with better alternatives please give me some suggestions . Day 76: There is a lot of flowering going on but i can’t see any trichomes production yet . I think the mites are all gone but to prevent it i will continue spraying the organic pesticide every 3 days or once a week.

D76 - 14 DECEMBER Well, unfortunately once again I had mold problems. Had to chop her early so I´ll trim and hang her to dry today. D90 - 28 DECEMBER Exactly 2 weeks later and the buds are all nice and dry, everything put to cure now with Boveda 58% humidity control packs. The medium-tiny and very tiny buds weighed at 15.1 grams and the medium to big sized nugs weighed at 33.2 totalizing at 48.3 grams. I´m happy with the result, I thought it would be worse. Let´s see how she goes into curing now! 29 JANUARY Finally, after a proper 30 days cure I´ll be doing the strain review. Thank you so much for taking some time to check my diary out. Monday 8th March - DAY 17 Leaves are curling slightly and I still have some yellow tips please can someone advise if this plant is healthy? Or what I can do better? Tuesday 9th March - DAY 18 She’s looking more healthy today which I’m pleased about I’m just letting her soil dry a little before I up the nutrients. Fri 12th March - DAY 21 She’s rather small I think for day 21 I’m putting it down to trauma from the light drop? I’m not too sure but i could just be impatient!!

From what I've read about growing Auto's, it says to feed them about half the amount of what you would a photoperiod plant, but i have been giving her nearly full strength nutrients & she is doing great. 420Fastbuds Week 7 Gorilla Cookies Auto The 2 of these seem to be growing great. The bigger one seems to have taken the fasttrack to flower as they both sprouted around the same time. The smaller one is by no means doing bad it's just a little slower but by the looks of it I'll guess it'll be close the the same size as the taller one that's close to 40in tall from the top of the soil. The taller one has preflowers all over and even though is tall stacked nice so the spacing on branches between flower sites isn't to far. This week the temps have been dropping from the low 90's to the mid 70's during the day and into the 50's at night. Got some rain today so humidity is up to 65% but I upped my fans so hopefully will be ok and it was a fluke storm so guessing tomorrow will be back to sunshine and nice weather.
