Week 26 - bud shots! Growmies, why did I defoliate so late? Look at these nugs. Had I taken more leaves away earlier, they would've gone bigger. But I'm not complaining. This is going to be a HUGE harvest and a new record for me. The buds are frosty and the smell is so yummy. I want to harvest them already but my weather station predicts another week of sunshine so why waste it? I'm really happy with this strain. It's uncomplicated and seems to thrive despite my neglect. Well done, Super Sativa Seed Club. And thanks again, Johnny, for believing in us

We are 14 days since switching the lights to 12/12 and this one didn't waste any time hitting flower. She is stretching fast and starting to stack on budsites already. Gave them the weekly flush and fresh nutrients. I will be cutting out the maxigro and start them on liquid Koolbloom next week.

Chopped on Day 70 (September 6th, 2020) 9/6/20: Hung her to dry after taking off most of her fan leaves. I decided to hang the whole plant this time around to see if it helps my dry quality. Will update with pictures soon. 9/12/20: Trimmed her up today after feeling that the nugs were crispy and dry. First couple days of dry we were experiencing a bit of a heat wave and high humidity levels (fluctuating from 60-75%). During the final days of drying we had rain and then it cooled off and dried out lowering my rh in the tent to around 50%. That crisped the nugs right up in 2 days and I decided it was time to pull her out and trim her up. The nugs were so incredibly sticky and smelled of chem. They are really dense despite their look especially the main cola nugs. Still smelling a bit like hay but I'm confident that the curing process will take care of that. I am curing with Boveda 58% rh packs in each jar and a hydrometer as well. Not going to test a nug until at least a week or two of curing or until I run out of Sour Crack lol. Will update with a smoke report. 9/28/20: So it's been just over 2 weeks of curing so far. When I first put the nugs in the jar, I was worried they were a bit too dry/crispy for what I was hoping for, but after 2 weeks of curing the nugs aren't as crackly sounding in my hands. I cured with Boveda 58% rh packs and mason jars as seen in the pictures. **SMOKE REPORT** 9/28/20 - 2 weeks of curing: The smell of this strain is a really unique one, or maybe the pheno that I got is. It smells fruity for sure but it has this gas smell to it that almost smells chemical but in a good way. I marked down tropical above because the combo of pungent fruit almost brings out a sweet cocktail aroma. After really thinking about it, I've never smelled weed with a scent quite like this one! The smoke was smooth in my freshly cleaned bong and I'm decently high. I feel pretty tired but I'm ready to do something like game or make music. I don't feel hungry (yet) but my throat is begging for a drink. I'm happy that I have now smoked my own home grown weed twice!

Added Buddy halfway through this week. Really impressed with these nutrients so far, there's been no problems or defeciences the entire grow. All plants look happy, healthy and green. This plant is on the left of the timelapses.

As of day 14, the Blackberry is growing well! The growth is vigorous and pretty healthy, so I am going to just keep doing what I am doing. I am temporarily using dry cal-mag crystals to the same ppm/EC (.5-.6) as calimagic hasn't caused any issues yet. I can make my way through the bag I have before buying more calimagic, and not be wasteful! The Blackberry will be ready to be topped this week, so that will definitely be updated when the time is right. Happy growing, and stay safe everyone! 🌱👍 Day 15: plant has been FIMed! Day 17: the plant is continuing to have healthy vegitative growth. I am waiting for slightly longer branches, and then I can start training the plant. Day 19: good, bushy growth 👍

what do they say about different strains on the same RES, in the same pot??? welp, here goes nothing... Last time I saw this waterfarm I was still a teenager. Ran it in a closet with two 4ft flouro shop lights either side going vertically upward like the letter "A". Had two BIG ASS plants roughly 4ft tall in it side by side going STRONG! Healthy asf, huge ass healthy leaves, some 13 fingered. Flipped em and turned out BOTH were male... Been toying with the idea of doing it again... So what the hell... Here goes, 2 Girls 1 Cup or "pot"... One Herbies Godzilla Cookies Auto and one Fastbuds Wedding Glue Auto. Current setup: -36x36x60 tent -"1000w" led light (130w from the wall) -4in extraction fan/scrubber -20+ yr old GHE Waterfarm fitted with ice probe w/ controller and PLENTY of insulation around RES. -Multiple circulation fans -Taotronics humidifier Stay tuned to watch me fuck this up too 🤣 *Sow'd em both in organic peat pellets after a 24hr soak. Getting them acclimated to their new home early. Doing environment tests and dialing it in with the new to me ice probe, and the change to hydro versus soil plants that were in there. Will be more moisture in the air until a canopy covers my balls with the evaporation from the light. **lookey lookey, BOTH have come to life and are making way to the surface. Not long and they'll be in their new "cup". Last update on germination week as once they pop we start counting I suppose.

Noticed some slight Nitrogen deficiency so I removed 20l of the tank and added 20l with Yara Kristalon Blue 19-6-20 + Calcinit A+B and it seemed to do the trick. Went low on ORP this week. Saw slight tip burn so I'll lower EC next week seems that ~2000 is the sweet spot. Did some defoliation as usual whenever needed, never noticed any stunting in any timelapse, also did a little lolipoping. She definitely came back on top after laying a good foundation with the roots growths. Canopy could be more even and she isn't spreading out properly but it is OK. Values are average of the day. Well, the outrageous stretch continues. At this point I'm not even sure I'll give this strain another shot. I *really* dislike the scraggly tall plants like this. Maybe for outdoors someone might take a shot on them. The plant on the right is still racing skywards and isn't showing me that is is slowing down. I'm going to have to start bending here. grrrrrrr. Oh well, I've given the clones I took early on to a buddy for his outdoor grow. Moving forward I have to really start thinking about more support up top. Thinking of nabbing a second net. I've got a few seeds of this strain left and I'm wondering if I should bother to hope for a different pheno or just move on to another strain.

Hey everyone :-) This week it smells more and more sweet and fruity in the whole room 😍. There is actually not much to report, everyone is now under 12/12 :-). This is the last grow that comes in the entire diary. From now on, each plant will be added to the diary 👍. I wish you all a lot of fun watching, stay healthy 🙏🏻 and let it grow 😎👌

Dry baby dry 😲.. Well I would Firstly like to thank FastBuds ( Especially Heather) for the sponsorship.. As a grower I now know what everyone has been going on about having quality genetics... You truly see the difference between the two.. The smells and overall experience with this strain was exceptional 👌 👏 🙌 😍 ✨️.. I can not wait to load her into the bong chamber... I feel like a kid again hehehe 😅.. But with all good things....comes patience... Which leads me to the DRY PHASE.... MAKE OR BREAK TIME ⏲️ 🤔 😌.. As growers we all know that this is the most terrifying part of it 😳 😬.. You can literally lose or even ruin your entire harvest during this period.. Room temperature and humidity is the key 🔑.. No sunlight on buds and so forth.. I dialed my temperature to an even 22 degrees with 70% humidity..

The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #6 Transplanted the plants into their final pots (18l). Last week feeding was a bit too light, some plants started to move their Nitrogen, their bottom leaves turned light green/ slightly yellow. But the problem has been solved in 3 days after transplanting and watering with some nootz. Adding some more light. The Mars-Hydro SP250 has done an excellent job on its own during 5 weeks but it’s time to give some more light coverage to grow bigger plants, by switching on an MH light under a wing reflector. Using Cellmax Product-X* into their BIO Soil with some BIO 8-2-2 and some RootBooster makes this crop a 100% bio organic growth. *Using 0.7gr / plants in the transplanting hole in contact with the roots (and not 1ml/1l). (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Still forming her delicious buds had a lot of heat problems can’t seem to keep them down below 34 reaching 36c highest! 😮 I’m trying different things everyday but I think if I don’t fit ridge vents or tile vents I’ll be having more dramas with this heat! Unless typical UK gives us rain then I’ll be happy lol I’ve added some examples of my heats in the tents the blue one (blue illuminate) is the bananan glue the first yellow one is the fast flowers second is the autos! I have 2 coolers an extraction fan and another fan to blow the heat towards the extractor but still can’t bring it down! I think I’ll go back to my old way until the summer passes on the next ones which are in germ btw! Looking to rotate a harvest every 4 weeks from when I harvest the autos! Wish me luck please buddies the struggle is real!

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 84°F. We had intermittent storms and showers throughout the day that took care of the watering. The powdery mildew treatment worked well on these. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 88°F. We had on and off rain and thunderstorms throughout the day. The rain took care of the watering. These responded well to treatment. I'll treat again tomorrow. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94°F with clear sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons from the well. I treated these again with Growers Ally fungicide. The warmer nights, blazing sun, and this fungicide have really cleared up that powdery mildew. They've also decided to go all in on flowering. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 94° with sunny skies. Heat index was over a hundred. It was super hot today. I watered twice about 8 gallons total. Everything looked good after treatment. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 95 and partly cloudy skies. I watered twice about 4-5 gallons each time with well water. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 91°F with partly cloudy skies. I watered twice today 4-5 gallons each pot, each time. These look great after treatment. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 88°F with sunny skies. I watered 5-6 gallons each pot. This week was a success. The powdery mildew issue has been cleared up. The Growers Ally fungicide worked great. These girls have rooted into the ground through the pots which is helping some of the 100+heat index days. It's hard to keep these pots moist in that kind of heat. Overall it was a great week.

No fertilizer this week. I harvested the Apricot and the Pound Cake. I will wait one more week for the Orange Sherbet because it doesn't seem ready even if it's in the Fast Buds harvest range. This week should be the last "flowering" week, next ones will be the harvests. I don't want to add another flowering week just for the Orange Sherbet, there will be nothing to see that will not be included in the harvest. During half of the grow, the weather was really bad, especially for the summer period. The worst weather was during the vegetative phase. The plants didn't receive enough light which resulted in poor roots and leaves development. Because of that, the plants didn't have the chance to grow nice buds even if the sun was there during most of the flowering phase. Last summer, I grew a Tropicana Cookies (also from Fast Buds) in a tiny pot at the exact same spot and had better results despite the smaller pot. I didn't record the sun for that year but the weather was better from what I remember. I'm disapointed by the weather but cannot blame the plants. You cannot expect beautiful plants and buds if they don't have light 😞 In the end, my summer grows are more like bonus grows (my main grows are under a light in the winter) and I make them just for fun and to be able to taste new weeds without too much investment. So, mission accomplished 😎 Parameters : ------------------------------------------- Humidity range : 30-70% depending on the sun Temperature range : 22-30°C depending on the sun SUN Average : sunny
