Onto week 7 Gave them a proper lst as you can see. Think I'm going to put into flower 2morrow and see what the results are doing a 7 week veg instead of a 12 week veg. Going to set the scrog net up and get tucking. Looking lovely and healthy atm Peace

Had to feed lots of skittlez a lot more N and a bit Mg,seems like it really needs it compared to the others. Also The New#2 got an extra dose of N and Mg. I love the smell of the skittlez,very sweet and FRUITY.

I was so excited to see some weed leaves pop out. Everyday the plants got noticeably bigger. I’m making sure their environment stays as consistant as possible. I did encounter my first issue. I went to refill my humidifier turns out the water had turned green. I emptied the tank into a glass you can see in the pics. Washed it and ill make sure to do so more frequently. I’m guessing it was stagnant for too long and algae grew? Has this happened to anyone? What cause it?

This is still week 7 but a couple days after last weeks pictures. The Photos haven’t fully flipped to flower but are showing clear signs. Really pleased with Somango and BCP but I’m not really liking the way LSD is growing. Doesn’t have an abundance of leaves and is growing really long Branches. We’ll see how that goes in Flower, I hope it’s not going to turn in to a lot of Space and/or humidity Problems.

First few tiny pistils but still going to count this week as veg. Extra light setup. Going to have to start removing some of the larger leaves that block light from the branches. Want to get it done before next week when the lights go on full. I don't normally like videos for this but...

Journal de culture - Semaine 3 de croissance La plante a bien repris sa vigueur cette semaine, développant une belle masse racinaire, ce qui est très encourageant. Elle continue de se développer et je m’efforce de la maintenir la plus basse possible en utilisant des techniques de Low Stress Training. J’ai essayé le pinching, qui consiste à pincer légèrement les extrémités des branches pour les courber. Cela permet de rediriger les hormones de croissance vers les parties inférieures, ce qui maximise le développement des pousses. J’ai également effectué une légère défoliation en enlevant quelques grandes feuilles superflues. Pour le reste, je surveille principalement le pH. J’essaie de le maintenir autour de 5.8, mais avec les tampons présents dans les produits Terra Aquatica, il remonte régulièrement à 6.2. Je me demande si ce pH légèrement élevé pourrait être à l’origine d’un problème de coloration des feuilles, car la plante semble présenter une légère carence malgré la présence de tous les nutriments nécessaires. Je fais attention à ne pas ajouter trop d’acide afin de ne pas surcharger la solution nutritive. Globalement, la plante est en bonne santé et continue de bien évoluer. Je pense passer en floraison d’ici une ou deux semaines maximum. Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une variété Jack Herer, qui a tendance à beaucoup s’étirer en floraison, je préfère la maintenir encore un peu en croissance pour travailler tranquillement avec les techniques de Low Stress Training et la défoliation. On verra son évolution la semaine prochaine ! 🇺🇸 Grow Diary - Week 3 of Veg The plant has regained its vigor this week, developing a strong root mass, which is great. It keeps growing, and I’m trying to keep it as low as possible using Low Stress Training techniques. I’ve been trying pinching, which involves lightly pinching the tips of the branches to bend them. This redirects the growth hormones to the lower parts, maximizing the development of new shoots. I’ve also done a bit of light defoliation by removing some large, unnecessary leaves. Other than that, I’m mainly monitoring the pH. I’m trying to keep it as close to 5.8 as possible, but the buffers in the Terra Aquatica products keep raising it to 6.2. I’m wondering if this slightly higher pH might be causing some discoloration on the leaves—it feels like a deficiency, even though all the necessary nutrients are present. I’m cautious about adding too much acid to avoid overloading the nutrient solution. Overall, the plant is healthy and continues to grow well. I’m thinking about switching to flowering in a week or two at most. Since this is a Jack Herer strain, which tends to stretch a lot during flowering, I want to keep it in veg a bit longer while working with Low Stress Training and defoliation. Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. This is a lengthy diary but I hope that people can learn some stuff from my notes shall they read them! Thanks to everyone that followed the journey, showed support or just browsed through. Day 25. Slowly, but they are starting to grow. Weather is perfect, mostly showers, warm, no too intence sun, so i believe they should kick in. Girls got BioBizz Leaf Coat shower. Everytime i go to my spot this year i meet this fellow ;))) Happy Growing !!!

I recognised some burned leaf tips,and Double checked the EC in and out and realised I have an enormous High EC Drain from about 3.7-4 wich is way way way too high so I had to flush the 2 zkittlez Phenos wich had this Crazy EC with about 30l ph water Till I was back to a normal EC! It was my own foul because I didnt Double checked the ec in and Drain and this is how the ec became a Skywalker 😂 But only the 2 zkittlez Phenos was affected with this high EC the other two Phenos worked the nutrients way better out !

This week is the last week before water flush. Today I start only with the water and in a few days, I'm going to harvest. I can't wait to test the quality of the crops.

From the looks of it. I am in early stages of root rot. Plant is not growing as fast as it was at all. It can be a few things. Light penetration into the bucket. My water temps are around 70f. So I think that's okay. I had some extra mylar from a grow I did years ago. Cut pieces to go over the kids hopefully that helps. I took out all additives besides CalMag. They were fouling the rez as usual. Dropping the Ph as usual. I think it's also the cause of the root rot. I have sprayed soaked with h202 and have added it to the reservoir after a cleaning and a water change. Looks a bit better. I'm located in Canada and I cannot find hydroguard anywhere. Which kinda sucks. Any alternatives would be great. Thanks
