Going for another run at drunken bitch slap. Last attempt HPLVD destroyed everything. So all new equipment from new buckets to new light. Which is the HortibloomLED Solux 350. I have it on at 50 percent. Virus is gone as far as I can tell after resetting everything. Plus extra sterilization I have been doing. So she germinated, and sprout well. Everything is looking pretty good at the moment. Frosty Frostbanger isn't growing any taller. I started measuring the cola today for height and width. It is 10 inches tall and I am not really sure how one determines its width. I took a picture and will ask a question to someone who is more experienced than me. I plan on entering this cola in a contest, however, I don't really know what I am going up against. :)😬 I have continued to feed my plant on a regular basis. It has been hot enough here in this area that I water/feed on a daily basis. We have a few more weeks to go until its harvest time. I am curious to see how big the buds are going to get. I can definitely see the dense, tight, resin-soaked buds that glitter like fresh snow in a sparkling winter wonderland as per its description of Fast Buds. . Buds also appear to be very compact. On the 5-6 day of the sprout, I gave a small illumination with philips UV lamps - a mini solarium for the face (140w like), literally 5-7 minutes no more

This lady growing monstrously. Growing at 10 nodes the plant is absolutely covered with growth. Due to late LST this lady has gotten some length and has grown firm.

Unusual late year warm weather has put a hurting on my grow. I intentionally did RDWC in winter to utilize cool temps for my res and not need a chiller, after having random 78 degree days, I’ve ordered a chiller. The temps are a death sentence in hydro, I was adding ice to the res to battle it, won’t happen again after this chiller is put in. Definitely hurt the Apex plant, which has been a pain the entire grow.. it all started when Apex was a seedling, with its tap root growing up instead of down. She looks sad, If she dies or falls too far behind, I’ll train the other three around to fill in the space. No visible signs of root rot but I’m suspicious after those temps, have treated with Orca, SLF-100, and Hydroguard. Worst case scenario, I’ll dump the system and sanitize as best I can.

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! Well I chopped this lady today at week 11 day 5 she smells and looks fantastic Smoke review : The hit is very smooth due too the extra long flush I did , and although the smell isn't great yet because it's now right at the start of cure , It's a nice body glow with an intense head trip with a mellow bubble , And that is after a small bong , I really like it , I would recommend growing this and would grow again , thanks for reading and following if that was you , Stay medicated and be bless Jah Rastafari blessing and love And the buds are nice and dense , will update once dry and cured :)

DAY 56 Since flip: well all of these ladies have come past the official harvest dates mow of max 56 days. I am happy to say it is because they all want to continue swelling and pushing new pistils to show off their prowess. FFT#1 Is starting to brown off nicely all over and will need a loupe soon to determine how close she is to her sweet spot . She smells so much of pineapples now that I think she has to be on that track for her true identity. Nice solid buds , not the biggest but a few around so shouldn't be too shabby on her yield. FFT#5 Is racing with #7 to the best sized buds I think. She has a couple that are certainly the 2 mains picked to quad from but even the secondary challengers are nice and fat and verybfrity sweet. They are developing a lot of new tricks too and could go another week at least. FFT#7 Is the heaviest bidder of the whole grow so far. She continues to swell and push plenty of new fresh pistil sets out at a fair pace. Her lower down growth is showing through the canopy all over and does her genetics very proud. She is my favourite of the for growth but #5 is doing amazing too. Let's see what next week brings to the game shall we. Be sane growmies.

Plants are taking off. Canopy is full. Anvil in the middle taking her sweet time to flower. Gonna be a huge plant!
