What a run!!!! my first grow was a massive success a wet weight of 3696 Grams. 16 colas in total from the V-8 manifolding technique i used on my two ladies. The average weight wet of each cola was 81.2 grams! I have this haul back in my tent ⛺. Excellent air flow not directly at the buds. I have the humidity at 50%. I expect a 10 to 12 day drying period with a 3 week minimum cure. I am taking a short break and starting a new crop of 4. Will be switching to either dwc or autopots. Have sour jack from crop king seeds still looking for an Indica. Will be running two sativa two indica under my twin TSL 2000. Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Red Poison by @Sweet_Seeds is right on track with the Dark Devil and Purple Lemonade from my other diaries. The LSD is a little behind but the genetics seems to keep it small if you get the wrong pheno. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Red Poison perked right up and threw another set of leaves in the first 6 hours under the new light just like the Dark Devil and Purple Lemonade. I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Excited to see how big i can get the autos under the new lights, will switch over from the Vipar to the Mars by end of week 2/mid week 3 once I transfer them and give them a day or so settle in. --- Day 43 --- 15/06/2021 Starting to water 3L today, she's looking really good. Shes finally starting to stretch out a bit, up till now her canopy was quite crammed and close. Some of her branches are starting to grow up and the whole thing is stretching out a bit, which is nice. She's now 51cm/20" tall. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 44 --- 16/06/2021 I'm really happy with the way her canopy shape is looking, it's all pretty even and level, considering the accident I had, I think she's doing just fine. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 45 --- 17/06/2021 She's now just over 23" tall and she's filled the tent. The light is as high as it can go, and she's touching the walls of the tent. She can't get any bigger, else we have issues. I'm going to have to get a bigger tent... I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 46 --- 18/06/2021 Shes now over 24" tall and she's filling the tent quickly. Also, I noticed today the first signs of her going into preflower, you can see really small white pistils showing 😀 I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 47 --- 19/06/2021 Shes growing really well, there are so many bud sites growing on her now, it won't be long before I'm watering 4L. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 48 --- 20/06/2021 Shes starting to get way too big for the tent, I'm going to need a larger one. The humidity is also worrying, it's constantly at 98% even with the dehumidifier and ac on. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients --- Day 49 --- 21/06/2021 So, I got a new tent. I went from a 60x60x160cm one to a 90x90x200cm one. Ive also upgraded to the AC Inifity T4 extractor Fan system to help with the ventilation and humidity issues, it's really cool. I'm going to start watering 4L tomorrow. She's looking really good. I've watered her again with 3l of 23C, 1000PPM, 6.0PH water with the above nutrients

This week my LSD-25 that I mainlined is having issues, I wasn’t too sure if it was heat stress cause tents temps have gone up to 83 the highest and hovers around high 70’s all week, or if it was a calcium issue, potassium, or nute burn. Either way they’re looking CRISPY lol. The other LSD-25 that was just LST, is actually doing quite well with none of those same problems. I flushed out the burnt plant with some regular PH’d water to see if it had any effect and then finished with some soluble gypsum. Other than that the last 2 plants are doing great and chugging along!

I started to scrog The Church (left side of the closet). I topped the plants after the fourth node. Of the 4 Churches, I didn't properly top two of them. These two are looking like they are developing the main cola as well as the two side colas equally, so it seems there are three of them. Serious 6 is growing slowly. Two of the plants are staying small and scrawny. I'm wondering if that is the phenotype or if I messed up. And to top it all of, there was an accident with the Autopots :-(( This is the second time it happened in my AP system: The float gauges in one of the trays got stuck and the water kept flowing. The tray overflowed and the water ran all over my wooden floor. This also happened at night and I only discovered it the next morning. Luckily, the float became unstock at one point of time and the waterflow stopped. If it hadn't, 30 Liters of water in my tank would have caused serious issues. I was going to start the 12/12 flowering cycle next week, but looking at the Serious 6s I will postpone it by at least another week. That way the Church can scrog longer and I assume won't fill up the net as quickly as Serious 6 anyway, since it more bushy compared to the Serious 6 sativas.

Lost my notebook with all my notes on this grow. All I have are the pics which I'll post. The dates of the pics may not correspond with the weeks in the diary. Keep up to date if you are going to keep a diary online and keep a written one. I definitely learned my lesson. Several weeks of notes on 5 different strains lost. Well enjoy the pics at least.

🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day. What is good fellow gardeners, So our jungle tour has come to an end and what can I say, it was a joyful ride in all ways. It had it’s ups and downs like many of my other grows but I still think growing is the best hobby. This last week we let the last two girls ripen completely and at the end of the week we harvested them. This time the drying took place in several stages, which turned out to be a good idea. First we hung them up for 3 days with leaves then trimmed and let them dry again for another 8 days. The scents and aromas were preserved in their perfect state which was the basis for the later smooth smoke experience. After an overall problem-free vegetative stage, there were some minor hiccups during the flowering period. We lost quite a few large flowers due to bud rot. The oscillation function of the fan broke precisely during the last critical period of flowering, which could obviously have contributed to this. There was a slight light leak at the zipper which may have caused stress to the first two plants. That’s why they had to be taken down 2 weeks earlier than the other two. Trichomes were fully milky with a few clear so wasn’t a big issue tho. This two showed similar characteristics in terms of taste and bud structure. A sweet and spicy taste with a hint of chocolate. Buds are dense and rock hard. One pheno turned out deep purple and had a bit slightly burnt sweet fruit cake taste. Buds are solid and rock hard. The last pheno is more spongy yet hard but not really compact. This one has the most sweet and fruity taste with a well balanced high. I would recommend this strain for those who loves fruity varieties. However sometimes can be hard to manage during flowering. Thanks to everyone who joined us for this jungle trip. 13.04. Day 77 Day 37 of flower and everything’s going according to plan. Buds are thickening up nicely, and the environment remains stable across the board. The one problematic plant is still struggling, but I think I’ve figured it out: looks like a nutrient lockout caused by overfeeding. From now on, the back right and front right plants will get only adjusted water – no more feed. The rest of the ladies are looking great, pushing hard and stacking well. Week 6 Well, I finally have 8 tops 😎. Now it’s just a matter of keeping her growing strong and training the tops into the right position. After that is accomplished it’s show time. I am going to guess that it will take a 7-10 days for me to get her where I like it at which point I’ll let her get a few nodes taller and then flip. Main-lining takes some extra time but it is worth it imo. Cooler internals are: 6.0 pH 0.4 EC 65 F solution temp. The tent is running 71 F lights on and 68 F lights off. Humidity is 36-38%. Onward!! 😎🍻

She has developed perfectly up to now 👍. It will be harvested in the next 10-14 days. Until then, she still has enough time to use up all her nutrients. The trichomes are already 60% milky, 30% clear and 10% amber. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each. As always, the tent was cleaned and everything checked. Have fun with the update.
