Bush of Purple Kush First time grow.

Localbudz I am a First Time grower and 1st year Horticulture student @Olds College in Alberta Canada. This week brought about a huge building of Trichomes, after signs of nutrient burn arose last week. A proper flush was able to get my EC back under control. The smell continues to amaze me every time I take a peek. Switching to distilled and R/O water before I started my flowering process was crucial. I live in Alberta, the limescale from the taps was wreaking havoc on my humidifier and exhaust fan. The EC reading on the tap water was 0.6 mS, I will never use tap water again for my grows. I will begin my flush 14 days from harvest. I am becoming Skeptical that these are not in fact Bubba Kush, they look more like Purple Kush to me. Does Anyone have any opinions?? Thoughts. I will be keep an eye on the trichomes with my electron microscope for proper harvest date.

Localbudz These bushes look promising for a hefty yield from just two plants. 4 of these would have over crowded my 4x4 tent. Happy I listened to my gut and went with two. Finally cracked the code on getting better photos! This is my first grow, I am a first year Horticulture student working towards a degree. Localbudz Week 7 going strong. This is the last week of nutrients, this coming Friday the flush begins. The lady on the left showed yellowing on 2 to 3 of the older mature leaves. Hoping to see more growth on her in the next 3 weeks. What are people's thoughts on flushing? Is my 14 day flush sufficient? I also have flawless finish from advanced nutrients. Any thoughts on this magnesium, sulfur finish solution?

Localbudz What a run!!!! my first grow was a massive success a wet weight of 3696 Grams. 16 colas in total from the V-8 manifolding technique i used on my two ladies. The average weight wet of each cola was 81.2 grams! I have this haul back in my tent ⛺. Excellent air flow not directly at the buds. I have the humidity at 50%. I expect a 10 to 12 day drying period with a 3 week minimum cure. I am taking a short break and starting a new crop of 4. Will be switching to either dwc or autopots. Have sour jack from crop king seeds still looking for an Indica. Will be running two sativa two indica under my twin TSL 2000. Localbudz This was an incredible 6 month journey. My first time turned out successful thanks to me attending my horticulture degree. Also reviewing The cannabis encyclopedia by Jorge Cervantes. Great information on so many topics. A must have for anyone wanting to grow to higher standards. With the near 11 ozs of popcorn nugs and sugar leaf I was able to produce 2500ml of potent oil at a concentration of 1 oz of cannabis to 250ml of mct oil. The taste and flavor continue to increase through curing. Having a medical prescription and having tried many medical cannabis companies I can honestly say my own homegrown can compete. My manifold technique was mainly responsible for the 1.3 pound final dry yield. A quick break then back at it, with some sourjack seeds from CKS. Stay tuned!!
