Grow Journal Week 9: Harvest Time 🌿 Hello dear growers and growerettes, All the ladies are finally done! Although each plant turned out a bit differently, I’m thrilled that the trichomes are consistent this time. The plants took slightly longer than what the manufacturer suggested, but they’re now ready. I’ve trimmed individual branches, removed large “no sugar leaves,” and hung them upside down in the tent. They’ve been drying for seven days and should be ready for trimming by the end of this week. Equipment and Soil Review Irrigation: I plan to replace the Blumats with autopots for the next grow. While the Blumat drippers work, they did flood my tent once, which wasn’t ideal. Soil: I’ll continue using the living soil from Floranics, but this time I’ll use the ready-made soil and their new product. This run was with the old product and self-activated. I'm very pleased with the time savings and the results, which are more than satisfactory for the effort. Green Crack: Afghani x Skunk #1 x Ruderalis Grown under 1000 Watt Phlizon LED lights. Actual Power draw is 245 watts Oct 4, 2019 : Planted seeded at 8:30 pm in 80% Canna Coco Coir, 20% perlite, with Gaia Green slow release nutrients Oct 13, 2019: First day - sprouted early evening. Slow to sprout at 9 days later. Oct 18, 2019: Day 6 - replanted in a 4 gallon presoaked pot 60% Wiggle Worm Castings 25% Miracle Gro Perlite 15% Canna Coco Coir 9 tablespoons of Gaia Green 4-4-4 3 tablespoons of Gaia Green 2-8-4. Topping with 5-7 or so tbsps of nutrient amended Canna Coco every few days

Turned on the system and the airdomes. Airdomes set to 30gph. Added trellis net.

Day 78- Still haven't got around to staking. Since both plants were watered last night, no more water till harvest on Day 82. Yellow Markers final weight after a week curing is 14.6 grams. I still have some medicine left so this will have atleast another week and half to cure some more. Day 79- I decided against the bamboo stakes. But will have them for future grows. I think I'm just going to ride it out till day 82. Hopefully a buddy comes through to help with trimming or my weekend will be very busy 😂 Day 80- No major adjustments just rotating plants. Day 81- No major adjustments just rotating plants. Tomorrow is Harvest Day! Day 82- Harvest Day! I got started late in the evening and wasn't done till the morning of day 83. I'm beginning to think I should have waited on harvesting Yellow Marker but you live and you learn! These plants smell so damn good. The Runt I may end up getting an eighth to a quarter from. She only had 5 branches which were still pretty shitty but had surprisingly tightened up bud formations. But that's on me, not genetics. But the Blue Marker...her genetics were really on point. I'll atleast get an ounce...maybe two out of her. Both plants have a strong lemony-citrus/piney smell to them. Can't wait to try it out! While trimming I accidentally cut off a few pieces. Instead of tossing it in the trim bin (which is where most of the runt went lol) I left them infront of a fan to quick dry them so I could try them out. I will also be drying these probably 2 days longer before placing them in their jars. The other ones I had to take out multiple times to get the moisture correct. I will be back to post more journals (auto amnesia haze is next) and also post a taste test/harvest results as soon as I'm done drying. Overall for a first timer, I'm impressed on what I've learned and what I've accomplished. Kudos for the insight @NeedsMoreFans As to not waste, the doggo is very happy with her fan leaves as treats. The sugar leaves and trim I will be making into a Green Dragon tincture with 190 proof Everclear. My goal is to be able to take one ml (an average eyedropper) and mix it in with something so I can dose during the day and have it on me, and to not have to worry about taking time to roll a joint or to carry anything on me. Or well...smell like I smoked. Will definitely let you guys know!

2025-04-13 to 2025-04-19 I have started the flush and will be harvesting in the next few days. The aroma on this cultivar at time of harvest is a combination of musky earth and citrus. No nutrients are used the last 10 days.

A lot of growth this week. It is very hot outside so I can't really control the temperature too well, but I don't really care. I continue feeding with 6ml Canna Flores per liter of water. The smell of the plant is definitely not my type. Very earthy and not sweet/fruity at all.

Week 5 flower both girls are doing good, one buds still seem to be getting chunky the other one seems to be coming to an end of it cycle the trichomes are starting to get cloudy on it none are really amber yet but I feel she’s in her last couple of days think I’ll start flushing her soon

Growing OG AUTO in a small 6X4 tent in my spare room, I did a little defoliation on the plant a few weeks ago and im thinking I overdid it? what are you opinions? also, ill attach some pictures but the pistels on the side are taking ages to open and expand.. is this normal? It’s been couple weeks and they are looking unchanged? Thanks All

The snow is really coming down out there. Big fat flakes are piling up on the ground, and it doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. I guess that means no outdoor plans for today. Might be the perfect day to get cozy inside with a warm drink and a good book The pound cake auto plant is growing like crazy! I'm so happy to see all the progress we've made. Yesterday, I finally got around to tying it down – it's amazing how much more stable it feels now. I can't wait to see what this plant looks like in a few more weeks.

the ladies did shoot up because they have got to few light. We repotted all of them after 11 days, we also hang our led deeper. At the beginning she got the smallest pot, now she got the biggest one :)

Placed 2 of 3 Seedlings into the hydro set-up The third seed will be used for an outdoor soil grow. Will change the water in 1 week to vega and cannazym with rhizotonic. Planning to switch to aqua bloom on day 15. Currently the lights are set back to 75% to save electricity. Once flowering starts I’ll put in on 100%

This week I have the wood ready to set up the trellis frame and getting ready to do a final transplant on the plants. Only 4 more weeks of veg till we push these ladies off into flower

Diese Woche wurde die Apple Strudel defoliert und Pound Cake etwas weniger . Man merkt das die Pound Cake 2 Wochen weiter ist anhand der Blüten Bildung. Sagenhaft das Pound Cake auto nur Leitungswasser ohne PH bekommt wegen ihrem Dopesoil. Echt gamechanger !es macht mir so Spass. Heute 31.01.2025 wurden nightshoots von Pound cake auto hinzugefügt!!🤞🏼🤞🏼🧑🏼‍🌾🔥💚🧑🏼‍🌾

What's up growmies!!! Yet another week in the books. Welcome to week #6. We are officially in flower🙌🏾🙌🏾. Technically they started preflowering last week however I count the transition period as veg. They have stretched quite considerably (especially the 2 White LSD plants). They all are doing well and flourishing. I'm feeding them 1 liter of water every 3 days, which seems to be fine. It seems to be the sweet spot for the 2 gallon fabric pots I have them in. Right now they are getting plain ph'd water (1 more watering to go) and then I will begin them on their "bloom" recipe of nutes. The smell has gotten a bit stronger but nothing pungent, but when I open the tent I definitely get that "weed" smell bumrushing my sense of smell. I flipped the light schedule to 12/12, because I didn't want to keep Caramelicious (the only photo) in flowering for too long out of fear of her outgrowing the pot as I really don't have much room to go up to a bigger size for her. I really slacked at the end of this grow, my schedule changed drastically in the last month and I was unable to really take care of her the way I wanted. She yielded a 56 grams exactly.
