The node spacing remains tight, and the plant is developing a very dense structure from the top-down view. The fan leaves are wide, lush, and a healthy dark green, showing that she’s soaking up the light and converting it efficiently into rapid growth. We now have a great multi-topped baseline, and the side branches are catching up fast to create an even profile. Stem thickness is 10/10 for Veg Week 3, which is exactly the robust foundation needed for the heavy AK-47 XL yields later on. With a stable VPD of 0.88 kPa, environmental stress is at an absolute minimum. Ready to explode! 🚀

This is an un conventional diary. As expected i have taken a wile to update the original diary and basically this is the second generation of Charlotte’s Angel genetics. Recapping, ;) , the first generation or the mothers there grown as shown in the first weeks of this diary, flowered in 5 gal pots, in supersoil, and suplemented with biobizz and a few compost teas, harvested dry cured as usual. I have really liked the result, clean smoke or vape with a lemon like aroma, the effects are subtle, calming and gradual, anyone can enjoy this strain, you can smoke as much you want with no side effects. Very interesting. Before flowering I have taken clones, and this are the plants, originated from that op, transfered in to 5 gal smartpots with peat perlite mix, in the end of week one of flower. The scrog net was put in to place yesterday, basically is a hybrid scrog, some are making the knitting movement some re just been separated by the spaces, in another words this is a beta scrog, more to open a bit the plant than to really create a clean and organized classic scrog setup if that makes sense. As far as the nutrient line i have adventured myself in to the organics, but really is not biobizz or the super soil does not compare to synthetic nutes as far as harvest and full potential *in my experience thus far, this experiences will continue, for the sake of research and experimentation. So I’m trying a new nutrient line, the Remo nutrients. After mixing in to RO or unclorinated water the mix pinpoint at 6.2-6.5ph, note that this is not a ph perfect marketed line, so that is a comfortable coincidence. To flower I’m using a 1x1m tent with my quantum boards. The third generation of clones have been taken and is in the propagation tent rooting. Lets see how this goes along. :)

We’re day 42-ish on this journey. This last week I was lowering ph of water from 6.5 to somewhere between 6.2-6.3 ph based on last weeks feedback to my ph question. This morning I watered and tested run off for the first time. Run off was 7.24ph. Not sure what todo with that information. I suppose this next week I will further lower ph of watering to 6.0 - 6.1? Still very little issues with the grow. May have slight tip burn on some of the plants and leaves. I guess this tracks, as I fed for the first time 14 days ago. I either fed too much, too early (week 4), or a combination of both? I’m finding it challenging to figure out exactly what the correct inputs should be. Seems to be a lot of fuck around and find out….. Day/iight temp - 80/78 degrees Day/night humidity- 63/60% Largest plant is now 22 inches tall. PPFFD 635 Light distance - 12 inches 18/6 light schedule Still using the spider farmer G4500 light. This week was just water and used recharge 1 time. Watering about a half gallon per plant every 2-3 days. I’m finding this peat soil prefers to be wetter than something like Fox farms ocean forest.

Hello Growmies, As we round up week 5 with our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, the growth has been nothing short of impressive. The choice to employ low-stress training (LST) rather than topping has paid dividends, with the plants responding well to the gentle guidance of their growth, seamlessly integrating into the SCROG setup. This method has allowed for an even canopy spread, optimal light penetration, and air flow, which is critical for the health of the plants and ultimately the yield. Observing the Watermelon Candy's development, we see a testament to our cultivation methods. The vibrant green leaves reaching skywards, the sturdy stems, and the strategic placement of each branch in the SCROG—every detail points towards a successful vegetative phase. In terms of environmental control, we've applied the lessons learned from our other strains, maintaining a stable and ideal VPD during the day with the Tent-X system. The nights, however, have brought forth the same challenges we've faced with other strains, showing fluctuations in VPD levels. The integration of the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is anticipated to solve this, and we are optimistic that this change will bring about the consistent conditions needed for the Watermelon Candy's continual thriving. Even with the small hiccup in the nighttime environmental control, the plants are flourishing. The robust health they exhibit is a sign they're ready for the flowering phase, and we expect nothing less than a bountiful harvest. And while we've experienced a bit of frustration with Secret Jardin and Mars Hydro for the integration challenges, we appreciate TrolMaster's efforts to assist. We are hopeful for a resolution soon, or we may revert to the reliable Prima Klima setup. As we move forward, the focus remains on the consistent monitoring and adjusting of their environment to ensure these Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrids realize their full potential. Stay lifted, Salokin

🔥 Off to week 3 we go with the start of Day 15! 🔥 Couldn't be much happier with the progress so far. All my cuties are developing nicely, gaining lots of leaves and the stems are getting more robust & thick every day. I now turned up my SF SE3000 to around 70% with 50cm distance. Halved the amount of Rhizotonic and now started adding Cannazym. I'm still going slow with watering and only upped the amount to ~ 250 ml. What I'm so far most pleasantly surprised with, is the fact, that all 4 cuties look the same. Hello Growmies, I'm back with some more updates from the heart of my garden as we journey through the second week of flowering! Our star plant is right on track, stretching beautifully as she enters deeper into the flowering stage. It's a delight to see her grow and evolve so perfectly. I've noticed some signs of tip burn, so I'm planning to reduce the nutrient levels even further in the upcoming week. It's all about finding that sweet spot where she's happiest and healthiest.This week saw her go through defoliation twice. Depending on her stretch in the coming days, I might go in for one more round of defoliation. Keeping a close eye on her growth to make sure every leaf and bud gets the light and air it needs. The first little bud-sites are beginning to show, a promising sign of the beautiful blooms to come. It's these small milestones that make the whole process so rewarding. 26/09 Today, at the beginning of the second week of color, I nevertheless decided to remove a few unnecessary and interfering stakes. I also removed small shoots and some leaves that greatly interfered with the penetration of light to the shoots. I connected the problem with an overabundance of N with the fact that I have both AD components mixed. It turns out the formula 4 3 8, I think to remove a little Grow 1-0-4 component and then you will get an excellent compote for these bushes, I will also change the irrigation scheme, I will give 400 ml per day, instead of 800 in two days with formula 3-3-4 Even today I mixed a new compote with formula 3 3 4 , and added AD Grow just 1ml/1L and decided to add a little 5ml less AD Micro and AD Bloom . Made a minor tweak with with the SCROG method on the CS strain this week, I removed the net completely to allow the stems to shoot straight up. Added molasses to my feeding this week, hopefully it does what I expect as the budding sites on both plants are beginning to thicken.

- Day 66 Got the first trichome shot in, and mostly still seeing clear and cloudy ones, a few amber ones on the sugar leaves, so we are still a week or 2-3 off from harvest I would say. Day 67 Pot was dry again, right on time. Fed with 2 liters now. I'll just be adding the nute amounts correctly to the week overview from now on, makes it easier. Also trying to experiment with taking better pictures outside of the grow tent as I'm having a hard time getting clean ones with the light overload. Still not great, but I'm trying to improve! Day 68 Was able to get some nice trichome shots today. Can clearly see it's still mostly clear and cloudy for now. Day 71 Waited a day too long with watering it seems like, some of the top leaves got a bit crispy, probably because the leaves couldn't transpire enough water to cool themselves down. Gonna give a 3 liter watering today. Trichomes also seem mostly clear still.
