Hello one and all , happy growing. This week I switched to bloom nutes and the girls have reacted well. The Shogun line up has worked a treat , with no issues since the beginning. There have been a few amputees ,as my mainlining adventures have taken me down the broken-stem-rabbit hole. As many of you know these are resilient creatures and have bounced back but not without a major loss of yield , come harvest. I’m at odds with myself as I find it almost impossible NOT to try LST/HST/ tying down etc. Something has to give and eventually I’ll have to be surgical with my treatment of my beauties. As most seam to have a very tight growth pattern I honestly think they're going to be monsterous tower's in the coming weeks. with that in mind I gave everyone a good leg shave to increase those chances. Also The Frist trellis is up ! after talking with Katsu about how much he thinks this particular strain may stretch.. i've decided to hang 2 lines of support across these girls. this first being right as we move into FLOWER ! teh second line will go up one the stretch stops..(week3-4 maybe we will see) With that being said, after a slight flush @6.6ph Water, & 24 Hours of darkness happening as I type this entry.. They will receive their first Flower Feeding in the Morning! & the next entry will be our first week of flower ! It is always a blast working from a pack of Reg Seed, let alone an Exciting project like these Katsu beans ! and as we move into flower next week I've taken cuts that I'm hopeful will ensure I have the BEST of the Best Flowers from this run to keep for another run at least.. and maybe even outdoor 2021. Engorde weenooo engoorde real jajajajaja Bueno, pues buenas noticias dado que la población tan bestia de araña roja ha descendido a minimos! Por lo general ni veo ya, pero se que aún queda alguna, por ello, les meteré una limpieza mas con aceite de neem y jabón potásico, pero una sola mas, quizá esta noche o ya mañana. A partir de esta aplicación ya se acabo el uso de estos productos, y el siguiente lavado foliar que le haré será un té de canela, haré un concentrado hirviendo agua y con canela en polvo, filtrándolo para wue no quede residuo. Esto lo haré con intenciones antifungicas y de controlar un poco mas la humedad para mantener los bichos controlados. PD: cada vez levanta mas mi curiosidad esta variedad, se va viendo muy blanquita y eso mola jajaja espero que saque cogollos gordos y con eso cumpliría un cupo de requisitos muy top, REALMENTE TOP, para mas adelante, cuando disponga del segundo armario (para madres y esquejes), la cruzaré con una regular de hash plant que tengo... Imagínate lo que pueda salir de ahí!

week one ( day 1-7) went great , i germinated both seed in paper towels and transferred them to big pots . 1 (30 liter pot) !(25 liter pot). after that i got them outside in the sun as much as i could (it was pretty grey and bad weather) while keeping the soil damp with a spraybottle and keeping a sliced bottle over the top to increase humidity. just had to wait for my tent and lights to arive the first week.

Bruce Banner #3 fast is finishing up. She grew okay. I messed something up somewhere during grow. She still developed some frosty colas under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She will likely be going to ph water in a few days to a week. 12/24/18 Decided to make bubble hash with the trim and small buds from all 4 plants. The bubble hash is now drying. This plant has been a dream to grow. No problems from her at all. I even found a couple keeper phenos as well. The black magic soil and fertilizer, along with the aerated nutrient teas that these ladies were feed worked to perfection. All organic living soil is the way to go! Im not finished yet. I will update this diary soon with dry weight and a smoke report once the ladies are done drying.00000

Leaves continue to turn yellow and fall off

Outdoor coco 15g pots Progress: Lava cake is about week 6.5. Starting to ripen and get heavy. Buds are getting fat. Strong sweet cookie/ ice cream smell. Buds are getting more frosty. Buds are getting so heavy I installed a net on 3 of 4 and doing #4 soon. On my most mature plant - About 25-30% of pistils have turned color. Some trichomes are milky, none amber. Looks like plants are a few days apart. Marathon OG week 5 1/2. Still stacking and getting fat. Smells dank. Trichomes are showing up. The 20 gallon OG is growing into a monster. I’m still waiting for the heavy bud stacks…. Nutes: Bumping up ppm, the dry koolbloom and molasses, stopping regular koolbloom and grow. Looking to starting flushing the lava cake in a week or so. Feeding 2x a day; 3x on hot days. Weather: Had a good week of cooler temps until yesterday, when it was 97. Looking at hugs in the 80s this week, perfect. Pests: The moths and caterpillars are in full swing so I’m applying BT every morning. I’m working hard to reduce caterpillar 🐛 losses. We lost all of the top colas on a plant in another location 💔 . I’m only losing one bud at a time and not the entire colas so far. Wishing fat buds and monster harvests to all.
