estos últimos dias estiraron bastante los apicales aumentando la distancia entre nudos. para bajar el PH utilizo ácido cítrico . El agua de grifo de base sale a 8,2 Ph y voy añadiendo hasta bajar a 6,7 áprox. A los 25 y 26 dias estas plantas poco deberian de crecer más y todas ya han elejido por donde crecer y engordar. Llegados a este punto quité alguna hoja y algún chupóptero y até algunas de las ramas a los tutores como buenamente se pudo. El fin no es otro que mirar de acomodarlas por donde seguir creciendo y no tengan que soportar ellas solas el peso que se les viene encima cuando engorden los cogollos. Como puede verse a una de ellas le salió una mutación genética llamada fasciación. una modificación cromosómica .

ENGLISH VERSION BELOW Wie ich im letzten Update geschrieben habe, fällt dieses hier etwas größer aus und enthält auch mehr Fotos und Videos. Die Pflanzen haben sich gut entwickelt, waren aber mittlerweile zu groß für ihre kleinen Töpfe und zeigten Anzeichen von Wurzelstress. Ich habe sie daher in 9-Liter-AirPots umgetopft, die ich noch von einem alten Projekt übrig hatte. Als Substrat verwende ich eine 70/30-Mischung aus Canna Coco Professional und Peligran Perlite von Knauf. Ich liebe dieses Zeug – man kann es praktisch nicht überwässern. Die Wurzelballen habe ich mit etwas Mycotrex von Biotabs bestreut. (Mycorhizzae) Um ehrlich zu sein: Ich war einfach zu faul, neue Stofftöpfe zu kaufen, also dachte ich mir, warum nicht die alten AirPots wiederverwenden :-) Mal sehen, wie sie sich darin machen. Ich habe die Pflanzen auch in ihre „endgültige“ Umgebung gestellt – ein 120x120-Zelt (4×4 für meine imperialen Freunde ;-) – und ab jetzt werden sie über meinen geliebten Ebbe-/Flut Eigenbau versorgt. Ich habe es vor 10 Jahren gebaut, und es ist immer noch ein echter Segen. Einmal am Tag werden die Pflanzen mit Nährlösung aus einem 200-Liter-Tank (52 Gallonen) geflutet. Leider bedeutet das auch, dass ich euch nicht mehr sagen kann, wie viel Nährlösung jede Pflanze genau bekommt – sie nehmen sich einfach, was sie brauchen. Das neue Zelt wird mittels eines AC Infinity Controller 69 klimagesteuert, sodass ich die Bedingungen deutlich besser im Griff habe. Ich versuche, einen VPD von etwa 1,2 zu halten. Die Klimaanlage ist auf 22 °C (~71 °F) eingestellt und der Luftbefeuchter hält die Luftfeuchtigkeit bei etwa 62 %. Offtopic: Ich musste eine große Lemon Orange-Mutterpflanze räumen, um Platz für die vier Humboldt-Mädels zu schaffen. In den nächsten Tagen werde ich sie zurückschneiden müssen. Was demnächst ansteht: In den nächsten Tagen werde ich die Pflanzen toppen. Die abgeschnittenen Spitzen werde ich versuchen, als potenzielle Mütter zu bewurzeln – vielleicht ziehe ich ja ein DNA-Los :-). The plants were coming along nicely but the were to big for their tiny pots and showed some root stress. I transplanted them into 9 Liter AirPots which I had laying around from an old project. The substrate is a 70/30 mix of Canna Coco Professional and Peligran Perlite from Knauf. I love this stuff. You basically can't overwater it. I sprinkled the root balls with some Mycotrex from Biotabs (Mycorhizzae) Tbh I wast just too lazy to buy new fabric pots so I thought why shouldn't I use these old AirPots :-) We'll see how they perform. I also placed the plants in their "final" habitat which is a 120x120 (4×4 for my imperial friends ;-) and from now on they get fed by my beloved DIY-Ebb and Flow system. I built this 10 years ago and it's still a charm to have. Once a day the plants will get "flooded" with nutrient solution from a 200 L (52 gallon) tank below. Unfortunately this also means I can't tell you how much nutrient solution they received anymore as they just take as much as they need. This tent is climate controlled by an AC Infinity controller 69 so I should be able steer them way better. I try to keep them at a VPD of around 1.2. I have my AC set to 22°C (~71°F) and my humidifier keeps the tent around 62%. Offtopic: I had to evict a big Lemon Orange Mom to make space for the 4 Humboldt girls. I will have to cut her back in the next days. Upcoming: I'm going to top them in the next few days I will try to keep the tops as potential mothers if I hit the DNA lottery :-). So here we are roughly at end of Week 14. Some photos are from after that point as we are getting close to harvest. What can I say about these plants other than what they already are showing. I royally gave them some bad treatment with pH lockout, and still managed to come back together and finish strong. Noticing, these are all the same strain, with some clearly different phenotypes showing through. To that matter, they all are amazing and showing some real quality signs. The trichomes are almost all cloudy and I have a few amber coming in. The terpenes are coming out and the plants are finishing out the remainder of nutrients in the soil with some good flushing as well. Right now the ladies are in the dark for the next 48-72 hours. After that time period, I will check the trichomes one last time before I chop them to hang. The size of these nugs is not only impressive in terms of length, but the density is also there to back it up. These are some dense, resinous, long ass nugs! Corona virus has the best smell and smells almost like it's got a blueberry undertone going on. It is also packed with resin, which is a bonus, however the nugs are smaller than the other two plants. Big Red has the longest and most nugs out of the three. It's smell is not really much to speak of, and the resin is decent comparing to the others. Stubby has the thickest, densest and most crystal coverage out of all three of them. Unfortunately it is shorter and the overall yield is not as impressive as the other two. So they all have their pro's and con's, but I am thinking I am looking towards a decent harvest with some well grown bud. This might be a grow I am not as ashamed of in my history! 😆 Happy Growing, cheers! 👊😁

Well I starved her for two weeks with some low PPM/low N, and bumped here back into an equilibrium last night at 400 ppm. PH stable through the night with a ppm drop. Fingers crossed for a manageable week 7. This plant pre-flowered mid-week 3 and she has flowered up quite a bit more than the other hydro auto grows I've done. Maybe a nice yield, or maybe a quick finish? I'm patient ... She hasn’t grown much at all last few days I’m guessing she’ll land 18” tall which is not good for my fixed light set up. Will need to rig the hangers in there somehow.

Then I also put the light on 100% power (75 right now). I sprayed the leaves with Hy-Pro Spraymix. Also topped the Runtz Muffin to slow her down a bit. Ladies almost touching the SCROG-net so probably next week starting to SCROG. I like that period on soil. Had no succes on hydro jet so I am curious how this will go. 27-09-2021: Ok.. The growth is good now, it's nice to see how they get a boost as soon as the roots hit the water. 5 cm in 1 night is really no exception. In the meantime, the first Gelato has just tapped it, so topped it right away. Now in doubt... The EC is at 1.1 and as you can see in the diagram below, the EC decreases slightly over a period of 3 days and the PH increases slightly. In fact, this indicates that the EC set is now almost perfect. (In a perfect situation the values ​​remain the same and only the water level drops). So I can go up slightly with the EC and the system is set up in such a way that as soon as the clock turns the EC goes to 1.4. However, I still assume that I am 3 weeks of pre-growth (that is now 11 days) and that means that the EC is still on the low side for 11 days. A low EC ensures faster growth is my experience so far (and is also confirmed by what I read about it). What up everyone. Weekly update on these ladies. This week they've done good, seeing growth and new leafs. I did see some white spots on a leaf or two so I'll up my ipm to twice a week until I know they're pest free. Over all I'm happy for the weeks to come as the outdoor season is in full swing.
