Roots continue to grow the older roots are stained from the color of the solution. I also topped her. no problems this week. This is my first time trying the TOP technique. I topped her two days ago and am seeing good growth. I think the 5 gal bucket is better than the crappy Rainforest 66 reservoir I used in the first grow. I have gotten good at controlling the A.B.L.E. Grow Chamber's Air and humidity using different settings for the ventilation or humidifier. I currently have humidity at @48%. and temps go from 21 to 24 C.

Motherplant of this clone didn't give same buds as a clone. Shame I don't have mother plants anymore. I would recommend Durban Poison for everyone, I guess more people should feel this strain. This is my favourite sativa from 2019!

Currently sitting at day 38 of flower. Forbidden Soda- Looks incredible, buds are a pinkish purple. Smell is a fruity tangerine Forbidden Dream pheno #1 - this pheno is the beat smelling and looking, started turning purple from the onset of flower, the smell is like grape soda mixed with sour patch kids. Forbidden Dream kush pheno: this was the pheno that I though hermied, it’s not possible that they were just calyxs building on the top buds. They never got bigger, didn’t release pollen, and some now have pistils thru them, but will see once harvest time. Very impressed with the forbidden Dream strain, as for the forbidden soda while it does look incredible , this was selected from 3 different 12/12 seeds where the other two were not good. The forbidden dream seems to have better phenotypes overall and buds are a lot denser..

Fought root rot/res/nute issues all week, but seemed to have turned the corner. Nice steady growth. Cleaned the res hard at the start of the week and continued to treat with H2O2, and switched to Lucas Formula for nutes along the way. I added ~30mL of 3% H2O2 daily for 4 days before the smell seemed to disappear and roots recovered. Afterwards double dosed the hydroguard again. Noticing very dark and shiny leaves with some clawing. I hadn't been measuring the EC in the res and figured I burned the plants. I replaced 1 gal of the res with pH'd tap water to reduce the EC/PPM. Did not take exact measurements. My notes get thinner from here as I had too many plants going at once to properly document this first attempt.

Hey there. Plants are developing pretty good. EC is ~ 1,6 and pH is ~ 6,0. I don‘t know what else to say besides everything‘s fine so far. Stay high 🤘✌️

Week 4 the right plant shows a deficiency... no idea what that is. the light from the lamp was too strong at first but it shouldn't be... I don't know - I'll keep an eye on it... I think the left plant looks good... growing splendidly - sativa genes are showing... the right plant is growing more bushy 👉Defoliation and exposing the shoots👈 I removed all the leaves that were or would soon be covered with scissors ✂️ - I started in the middle to give the plant more air flow

We’re in the seventh week of flowering, and the plant is looking absolutely stunning! It’s starting to show beautiful purple colors in many places, all the way through the buds. The colors are really popping, and it’s giving the plant such a unique look. On top of that, it’s smelling incredibly sweet—strong and fragrant every time I open the tent! 🍬🌿 Most of the trichomes are now a milky white, which is exactly where I hoped they’d be at this point. I’m sticking to the BioBizz week 7 bloom schedule, knowing it’s almost time for the flush. 🌱💧 Everything is going so well, and I’m beyond excited to see how it turns out in the final stages. Just one more week before the flush, and then we’re almost there! 😁✨

Hello everyone, I had an outdoor grow that just got ruined by some deer who decided to eat my plants. The wife is letting me grow on the patio thankfully, better than nothing. I am currently germinating one seed and will be growing in soil using distilled water/rain water. I plan to plant the seeds on the 24th Have a great week. Update: Seed popped tap root in under 24 hours, I planted the seed and have the humidifier on. Then I will move outside once established.

Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap. The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.2 l (nutrients see table above) They were individually inspected and checked for their health. Week 4 starts Sunday July 17, 2022 Plants seem really nice and healthy. I really like Flora Nova, its a great product. 300ppm and the plants love it, even though the Gaia Green is in the mix, it seems to just love this combo, ever since I repotted with the amendments in the soil, and watered with Flora Nova Bloom (mix it crazy well before using) the plants just look really happy and green. It's not an organic product, maybe like 30% organic -- just like me haha. I think by week's end we will be caught up and ready to intensify lights, threw the SF1000 in the tent finally for more light, but so far just keeping only the Phlizon white light full spectrum COBs on and the RB lights off, and not using the SF-1000 at all even though its mostly white. Despite what Phlizon says, the COBs are great during veg, the RB not so much. I like the COBs so much better than the smaller LEDs for veg. July 19, 2022 Turned on the SF-1000 to 60% and measured light, I'm happy with it. I have another strain growing next to these and the extra light will help during flower as a side light but it will most likely hit the canopy too. The growth is vigorous right now. Added pics, today is day 28 since they were dropped into water July 23, 2022 Tomorrow starts week 5, growth is super green, no funky yellow or leaf drama. Stalks are getting much thicker and stronger. Turned the lights up this week, added the 2nd COB, and temps are just fine! Who knew. Anyway, they look like they are very close to pre-flower. Added some tent mates for a future grow, check out the grow area vid. Maybe I forgot to mention added worm castings this week...
