🌱 Grow Diary: Week 1 Wrap-Up (Day 0–7) Week 1 of Flower Complete Key Milestones Achieved: · Successful Flip (30 May): I switched to 12/12 with a healthy 90 cm root mass. · Stretch Phase Initiated: My plants showed significant daily water consumption (3–5l day). Canopy height increased visibly. · pH/PPM Stabilization: I managed nutrient stratification by lifting the pot tops to mix. Settled sediment was successfully reintegrated. · Concentrate Calibration: My homemade 5-7g/1.75L of A&B batch was measured at 3,455PPM and tested for real-world effect (+42 PPM per 100 mL in ~10 L). This is now a reliable tool. Week 1 Final Readings (End of Day 7): · Plant 1: 612 PPM / 6.01 pH · Plant 2: 652 PPM / 6.06 pH Nutrients & Additives Used: · Canna Cal/Mag (RO water base to ~200 PPM) · Sensi Bloom A + B (Base) · Voodoo Juice (2 mL/L) · Homemade Concentrate (3,450 PPM) · pH Up (Small drops for correction) Health Assessment: · Roots: Thick, white, and filling the bucket. · Canopy: Flat, wide, and entering the stretch. No signs of light burn or deficiency. · VPD: Within target range with my new AC Infinity controller FINALLY not continuously CRASHING The Good: · The AC Infinity Controller is stable this entire week. · Voodoo Juice kept my root zone healthy during the transition. · My mixing technique (lifting the pot tops) is proving effective. The "To Do" for Week 2: 1. Hydroguard arrival (7–12 June): I will continue Voodoo Juice until it arrives. When Hydroguard lands, that will be the next reservoir change. 2. Additives: Big Bud and Bud Candy are ready for Week 2 (Day 10-14). 3. Water Level Monitoring: I will keep a close eye on the level. My plants are drinking heavily. I will top with RO water as needed. My Assessment: Week 1 was a textbook transition. I handled stratification, calibrated my concentrate, and kept the pH in the sweet spot. My plants have responded with aggressive growth. I am now entering the "bud formation" phase of Week 2. I will stay on top of the water level as the roots are taking up the volume of the reservoir. and the incoming Hydroguard then reservoir change "The first week of flower is a ballet of adjustments. You choreographed it perfectly. Now, let the buds take center stage." — Apex

Super close to getting chopped probably sometime this week. Definitely one of the most smelly autos I've ever grown. Super tropical fruity and dense nugs. Happy how she's grown so far can't wait to be able to try some out. Happy growing 🌴

Our Tangerine Dream by Zamnesia is a strong piece because? I come from an area where mandarins reign supreme, when I was a kid the peels ended up covering the numbers of the first rudimentary bingo games. We all have a clear smell of mandarin in our nose and olfactory memory and we distinguish it from other citrus fruits, at least lemon. I had a Jet Fuel that was strong with mandarin and my friends all went crazy for example, "you can feel the peel" they tell me. It's like this guys when a strain is good ok it has to be strong, but the terpene profile reigns supreme. It has to smell, remind you of something, have an olfactory configuration is essential in today's cannabis and those citrus ones are the most recognizable but the nuances between the citrus ones are pure love. Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the indicated techniques and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In this diary we find it worked with the Main lining: we topped the third internode, we worked the very small brunches in growth trying to keep them low until the third internode and then topped again. We are topping the laterals, one was broken by mistake but we have enough brunches thanks to this topping on the laterals that I am improving also next week you will see... Slow down the use of nitrogen during this technique, you may not need everything that is recommended by the producers. So, if the leaves become too dark or, worse, the tips of the leaves arch downwards and the leaf becomes "crunchy", it is time to lighten or stop the basic fertilizer. Comparison is the salt of experience, so the plant in the other diary will be treated very differently, go and see it to compare. We have started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhizae Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot). We fertilize with: 1 ml/l Power Roots - 1 ml/l Pure Zym - 1 ml/l Sugar Royal - 3 ml/l Alga Grow We sprayed 3 ml/l Vita Race foliar fertilizer once a week. https://plagron.com/it We always have the excellent RQS mycorrhizae flowing in the soil. https://www.zamnesia.io/it/5778-mix-micorrize-easy-roots.html Taste this strain a little bit, it's a cross of legendary strains ---- // https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10966-zamnesia-seeds-tangerine-dream.html Short Description Zamnesia // When legendary genetics are crossed, something exceptional can only be born. No sé... Seguimos!

I am feeding with tps one and CalMag oac one time, then it’s back to regular tap water (well water) that comes at 8.5 pH with 156ppm of tds. The feed was approx a pH of 6.5. More importantly is the consistent soil pH which appears fixed at 6.8 I know it’s lazy! However…. I have noticed doing this to reveal to me that the soil pH is very stubborn and not easily changed by the pH of the water alone. Stuff in the water can definitely have an impact. But still, most feed waters I use don’t change the soil ph. I do make sure the pH is within a healthy range for soil, something between 6 and 7 I figure is ideal. I’ve found if there is enough lime in the mix, and as long as I don’t over feed soluble nutes, then the soil pH appears stable and fixed. With enough lime in the mix, I can ultimately arrest the soil pH at 7. It’s really cool. I thought adding too much lime would give me something potentially alkaline, and maybe it will. But I’ve added lots of lime before and still haven’t gotten past 7 pH. Maybe I didn’t add enough to go further? Nevertheless I’m not interested in going past 7. I haven’t seen any issues with the speed of growth watering with 8.5 tap water, surprisingly. As I’ve said the soil pH would read 6.8 before and immediately after watering with the 8.5 tap. So….. I’m thinking the stability of the soil pH is a positive indication that the microbes are not being subjected to pH shifts, or at least nothing substantial. I mean, at the end of the day when things are looking good, I feel like I must have something right.

Banana Guava – Week 5 (Fast Buds Outdoor 2026) Excellent weather continues, so Banana Guava is receiving maximum sunshine and consistent feeding. She’s thriving outdoors under these ideal conditions. This week I got better sticks for support and secured her nicely. She’s now well over 15 cm tall with a gorgeous, deep green color and strong-looking leaves.

Week 9 is here and we are looking at harvesting! After checking the trichomes of just the top colas, I decided this week I was going to harvest. I am updating this post after I have dried and harvested the plant so do not have much more details. I flushed the plant this week with Flora Kleen along with terpinator and microbes. I cut down the plants and hung them up in the tent to dry using a clothes hanger with clips I got off of Amazon. It took 10 days to dry the bud and my temps and humidity would fluctuate throughout the day and night. I stayed in the mid to low 70s for temperature and humidity was at 50% at first. Then I added a humidifier and had it dry in 60% humidity. Will update the rest in the harvest update.

Day 78 F22: Watering/Defoliation/Tucking GSC 1.5 Gallons of water pH 6.6 Runoff pH 6.4 NL 1.5 Gallons of water pH 6.6 Runoff pH 6.4 Notes: I watered first thing when lights were on. Afterwards, I did a pretty big defoliation, getting rid of approximately 85%+ of the fan leaves. After this, I re-positioned a lot of the bud sites. There were a couple that were pretty woody and I could not move without inadvertently super-cropping. I didn't feel it was necessary though as the canopy is almost completely even now. Also, going to start adding a small dose of cal-mag to every feeding now, and feeding base NPK at 3/4 strength instead of the 1/2 strength. We'll see how they do. Day 79 F23: Nothing new Notes: Plants are recovering from major defoliation very nicely. New dehumidifier will be here tomorrow. RH has been steadily around 54% with the shitty dehumidifier running almost constantly. To anyone reading this, I cannot emphasize how useless those little ones from Amazon are, don't buy em. Day 80 F24: Nothing new Notes: New dehumidifier came. Required a bit of reorganizing my space. I obviously can't put it in the tent, so it has to sit outside and dehumidify the whole room. It will take some time to adjust, considering the humidity I'm worried about it beneath the canopy of the plants, but I will let it run and see how good it work. I adjusted my inkbird down to 45% RH and will probably adjust down to 40% in a month. Day 81 F25: Feeding GSC 1.5 Gallons of water 0.5 tsp/gal Armor Si 2.25 tsp/gal Big Bloom 1.5 tsp/gal Grow Big 1.5 tsp/gal Tiger Bloom 1.0 tsp/gal Cal-Mag Plus 0.5 tsp/gal Kelp Me Kelp You pH 6.5 NL 1.5 Gallons of water 0.5 tsp/gal Armor Si 2.25 tsp/gal Big Bloom 1.5 tsp/gal Grow Big 1.5 tsp/gal Tiger Bloom 1.0 tsp/gal Cal-Mag Plus 0.5 tsp/gal Kelp Me Kelp You pH 6.5 Notes: Had to break open the bottom of pH Up for the first time. After everything was mixed, it came in at 6.4 pH. I could've easily used that, but decided to try out the pH Up. You have to use significantly more to get the pH to move when compared to the pH Down. Added half a tsp to the mix to get it to move a tenth. With pH down, that would've dropped it probably a whole point. Day 82 F26: Nothing new Notes: Just patiently waiting for flowers to beef up and making sure temperature and RH are on point as well as monitoring the plant for signs of distress. Day 83 F27: Nothing new Notes: Didn't notice anything new, but was really tired this night and went to sleep early. Day 84 F28: Watering GSC 1.5 Gallons of water 0.5 tsp/gal Great White Micorrhizae pH 6.6 Runoff pH 6.6 NL 1.5 Gallons of water 0.5 tsp/gal Great White Micorrhizae pH 6.6 Runoff pH 6.7 Notes: Watered today, but noticed an issue on the NL. Lots of leaves showing necrotic spots which look like a calcium issue. pH has been pretty on point the whole grow, and I just started feeding more cal-mag, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
