I've been busier than hell so I'll post this week and the next at the same time. I was able to get an auto watering system set up which has saved my back and knees and really helped the plants I think. I can't recommend it enough and it wasn't hard to do. Cost was under $100. It took some time to dial it in as far as the best flow for each plant but I've got it going 4x daily with a little hand water supplement every few days, mostly in the areas that the hydro rings don't cover very well, especially the outsides. With the watering under control, the only other work I've been doing in the grow is some defoliation to open up airflow through the plants, some low stress straining to pull the growth tips away from each other, and at the end of the week set up the net. They're working their way to nicely filling out the canopy. Flipping to flower now, so I'm making sure any light leaks are eliminated and covering any equipment lights with tape.

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. At Day 33 we started with defolation. They seem to be very healthy, although there are fungus gnats. The Ladies have no problem with it. You already can see the preflower in the last pictures. Next step will be to send them in the Flower Stage and turn up the lights

On this week I noticed how crazy she got so I decided to throw some netting on top to further decide where I’d like my tops at and to flatten my canopy better

D15: She showed no signs of stress from the topping at all, furthermore, she even grew overnight like nothing happened! This one is promising… D16: Unlike yesterday, she hasn´t grown any. Strange. And the leaves are a little rugged but not anything to worry about. D17: Watered 3L of 6.1 ph water with 0,5ml/L of Fish-Mix, 0,5ml/L of Bio-Heaven and 1ml of Root-Juice. D18: Started the LST with very little pressure on the top nodes. Not sure yet if I´m mainlining for 8 colas or 16. D19: Topped her 4 branches today, let´s see how she handles it. Almost broke a node but I stopped forcing soon enough and it just made a little hole, I guess she´ll recover from it with little to no stress. D20: Everything´s fine, she seems healthy, but today when the lights turned on, there was water droplets all over the leaves, I have no clue what´s that, but it might related to humidity and temps, strangely it occurred only to this one girl. Also place a wire to support one of the topped stems that is very very fragile and wants to break off. D21: Leaves are getting a little twisted and I don´t know why, it must be the high humidity levels.. I just can´t control it with simple and cheap ways, I guess next month I´ll need to buy a dehumidifier.. Otherwise, the leaves are very dark green so I might stop with the feeding for some time but they are very thick and big, which is a little pain but a very good indicator! Ah, and the topped stem that is fragile is getting stronger again!

As she gets closer to the end these fat dense buds are filling out with a ton of trichomes that are so beautiful some almost look purple when the light hits just right.
