Day 14 VEG: A good week of settling in and heading outwards to the pots edges this week. No stress , just a nice, relaxed , adjusting to the world they will inhabit for the next 10 weeks or so. They are nearly all on their 5th nodes now so will possibly begin to play with the 5th growth nodes this week to break the apical dominance ( focus of energy on the main stem and bud) . I do like how neat and tidy autos can grow naturally but they can also get leggy and waste a lot of grow room vertical space that is always at a premium for me in my cramped , awkward space. I plan to now use 3 different methods on the Amnesia haze to compare side-by-side as we grow. Will hopefully answer some questions about the methods and which produces better results. One will be topped , one f.i.mmed and the last one trained over horizontal at the 5th node but uncut. The last method is better suited to a wider pot than the ones I am using but will be worth a try !. They are currently happy and healthy with no signs of any genetic issues but the #2 is in a more compacted soil which has resulted in an odd rectangular shape to her overall footprint. Her middle leaf points are retarded on all of her fan leaves so far and it will be interesting to see how she progresses too. The Girl scout cookies are also nice and healthy looking so far with no concerns at all. I plan to defoliation one of these ladies at intervals and stripped her right back during flowering while the other one is kept intact with a light defol as it grows to avoid light blocking only. Again this could answer a few queries regarding autoflowers and defoliation for a few of us. I hope to make this an interesting and informative run and welcome any comments , advice/questions or general chatter as we go along. I chose topping of Amnesia haze #2 as she looks like her nodes will be quite far apart compared to the other 2 and her lower growth was nowhere near as bushy as her 2 sisters either. This topping should stop her pushing the height of the lights up for her lankinness. #3 is going to be pulled over on her 5th node once it is long enough to pin down to 90° . Girl scout cookies have been cleaned of their 1st and 2nd nodes so i can focus the attention on the 5 remaining mains as they grow out more.. watch this space.lol .

Fruity Pebbles autoflower #2 is doing great. Once she got into the solution, she exploded in growth. She just got her roots pruned, lst, and selective defoliation done to her. She is growing in the Athena blended line nutrition, under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. Everything is looking great, and ready for another week. The new AC infinity T4 Fan and Digital controller are amazing 🤩! I can set it, and forget it, Auto mode takes care of it all, just set your high’s and low’s 😎❤️ A is moving right along and is stacking nicely. Had a little problem this week. Got over zealous with my light, brought it down too much too fast, overnight my girls let me know they were NOT happy🤯. Got all wilty, and starting showing what I think are CalMag deficiency symptoms in some of the leaves. Will adjust accordingly next feeding 🤭 B is also loving life. She is splayed out and growing nicely into her training. Tops are just popping out all over the bent branches and are filling in the middle creating a huge canopy of tops. She has started to flower as well, probably started showing signs about 4 days ago. C is trying to make a comeback 😀 she must have heard all my talk about giving her the boot . I took her tie downs off early this week, and did not put them back on. Maybe it will promote more growth ⬆️. She is definitely thicker, stronger and improving daily. I gave her full dose nutrients this week twice, and she did show a very little bit of burning at the tips, but is still going strong. She may make the cut after all…

Week 5 started July 24, 2022 Growth is still strong into week five, I see no pre flowering, I think that is because she started really slowly due to me getting used to this new light, etc. July 27, 2022 Smells like lime sherbet up in here. LST, light defoliation to get some light on the lower colas. Really watered in today for the first time soaking the media, she is stretching and I see maybe some hairs for pre-flower - hope not too too soon though, I'd like more height than nine inches before she fully stretched

Day 77. Chop day, forced by bud rot. Sad that we have very high humidity and +30 temps, worst weather for big colas. That one grew very nice ! Happy Growing !!!

Final week and what a frost theres on those buds

The Bruce Banner showed a nutrient deficiency (potassium) this week. I have just learned that organic fertilizer should always be applied at 100% of the recommended rate and not at 50% as I did in the first few weeks. However, it doesn't look too bad yet and I have now increased the fertilization. Next I discovered 2-3 small pollen sacks on S.A.D. #3 & #4... I don't know why both plants were slightly twittering but I simply removed these bananas :-) We will see!

08/11: La troisième semaine de floraison commence enfin on devrait les fleurs prendre forme. J'espère que le stretch est fini car elle est assez grande et doit laisser un peu de place au autres. 08/12: la troisième semaine débute sur une note un peu amer. Certaines feuilles se détériore à une vitesse folle, ainsi que des tâches brune. Premier réflexe GHE essential et cal-mag agent de Canna ce matin. Espérons que les prochains jours seront plus cool et que cela vas arranger mon problème. 08/13: après avoir fait plus de recherche je suis enfin tombé sur un article sur le blog de pevgrow et mon problème correspond en tout point à une carence en magnésium. Je devrais voir voir des améliorations dans les 4 à 7 jours. Et bien-sûr continuer à donner du calmag. Le problème viendrai du fait que je tourne en 24/7 avec les auto's enfin c'est ce que je pense après avoir croisé les conseils et avis des "growers" de GD et certains articles. 08/14: c'est dernier jours ont été intense pour moi, lors de mon premier diaries j'avais déjà eu le même problèmes avec une purplequeen auto à l'époque je n'avais pas de calmag... enfin tous ça pour dire merci à la communauté growdiaries.com qui m'a conseillé et supporter. Maintenant cela c'est stabilisé et n'atteint aucune autre feuilles, les nouvelles feuilles sont belles et viguoireuses.
