This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. Today she had her root tips pruned, she recieved her first lst, and a defoliation of leaves on up side after I did lst. Everything is looking really good at the moment. Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱

day 30/31 for the ladies

Day 68, nothing to say in particular, I'm gonna harvest a plant in few days I think, trichomes are milky. I'm flushing most of them (even if I use organic nutes, I prefer to flush) but still give nutes to the ones without trichomes. Still thinking if I should do a water curing to remove the thrips ? It's my first harvest ever so I don't know if I'm wise enough for that ! I won't be able to harvest them all at the same time. One is almost ready, some other are just showing their first trichomes. But it's okay, I'll use another room to dry them, it should be fine ! They're not very smelly but when I approach my nose, they do smell weed ahah, I can even notice a little smell difference between the plants, must be because they're at a different stage or maybe because they had a hard time and some are healthier.

Upgrade: the main cola is getting pretty dense, so I got a clip-on fan to control humidity! Another upgrade: grow tent!

Plant seems to be happy. I decided to order some powder feeding fertilizer, since the plant is now starting week 4 and is still quite small. Update: 1g greenhouse powder feeding in 1L of water used at the end of week 4.

I am very happy how these beauties are growing. It's exactly 1 month today from planting seeds. Plan for this week it's simple. Training, leaves tucking and watering. Will keep updating progress of this week every couple days 22/08 increased nutes sligltlhy to 1ml of each per 1 ltr of spring water. Light power set on 75%. Watering increased to 400 ml per 24h. 25/08 girls are adopting to scrog very well. You can notice grow by an hour. Planning to defoliate a bit tomorrow to improve allround airflow + lollipop technique under netting. 26/08 i have defoliate from big leaves and lollipoped under the net. 27/08 Girls this morning looking very well after all this stress yesterday. They will recover in no time :) It's the end of the week 5 Will keep ya all posted Peace ✌️

I'll most likely stop feeding nutes this week and just go with ph'd water after that till harvest. Amazing it happened again. I'm not the god of growers but some autoflowers come out like one. This is incredible, I think it's my best result, truly exceptional. This Bubble Gum is wonderful, and it is made in Romania by the guys from Seeds Mafia with a truly wonderful cannabis know-how. It's giant, full of resin, full of swollen flowers, branches that look like arms, I had to use a bottle to compare the lighters were funny. Super perfume, I pulled it off with a lot of white because there was also a lot of yellow and I didn't want to risk the problems at the end. Week 4 flower: all 3 plants left in the tent are pollinated - it's hard to tell to what extent but bud formation has slowed down 😞. Middle plant (Mimosa Evo #2) is definitely the strongest pheno and its trichomes smell like tangerines which is really nice! We did an intense defoliation on Day 24 of flower in an attempt to lower humidity and increase airflow but RH is still dangerously high at 80% because of the current weather. Also gave them a bloom PK top dressing on day 26 because canna coco does not provide a PK boost in their coco nutrient line. Hope to see the buds dense up over the next few weeks without too many seeds ...
