Have been trimming some cover leaves off the top of the canopy to allow some light to hit the lower buds, actually seems to be having some positive impact! The girls are looking lovely, after the herms were gone from last week I decided I was going to say fuck it and use the beastie bloomz on my remaining 2 plants. They seem to be loving it! No signs of nute burn or anything at all after 2 feedings, at half strength (1/8 tsp/G). Buds are forming nicely. Definitely 2 distinctly different phenos for sure, one is going to be fat and fuely, the other seems like its leaning more towards a sativa look, almost has a pink hue to it when I look at them. 🤤 Smell is also starting to come on fairly strong at this point as well as trichome formation. Other than the hermie issue I'm kinda diggin these things so far!

This plant did not need a lot of defoliation if any at all. I just trimmed some of the lower nodes off as they would not get all that much light once it started to stretch and tied back some of its branches so it was a bit more even. The growth pattern on this plant vs the others in the tent this aorund is completely different. its so floppy and bendy, I have a feeling I am going to need to break a lot of branches come flower time to keep it from sky rocketing to the top of the tent. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. Another week in the books and significant growth as I increase dosage of nutrients, closer to 100% full dosage. I have read mixed messages about feeding every watering, to every other, to once a week...full strength, 1/2 strength, etc etc. I decided to ease into the nutes and work my way up, and feed only weekly. Less is more! Wait for her to get a little bigger and more mature and will feel better feeding at 100% full dosage. Did some more LST, pulling down higher stems and continue to build the table. Day 37: more growth; did some light defoliation to open up center; raised light to 18" (was at 15" in some spots) as it continues to grow. Day 41: more growth; transplanted into 5 gal fabric pot; installed ScROG and will continue veg stage until rest of the plant catches up to at least a few inches above the screen

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Week 10 and just finished up week 4 of flower. Girls filled in nicely this week and are really starting to frost. The smell is sweet almost berry like. Definitely have some nice sized colas forming. Excited to see if they keep their sweet smell at harvest.

Week 7 day 52: Ladies are not drinking as much it seems. Probably will continue to water 1.5gal every 3 days. Gave it some build a bloom today 6/29/22 as a final push. Just water from now on. They are just working on fattening up. Still throwing some white hairs but it is not much and trichomes are 20 % clear, 70% cloudy with the remaining 10% amber from what i can tell. I learned today, while using a microzoom hand held camera, that i am very shaky! I need to rig something up to hold the camera in place to get better pics.

Week 12 D86 Flowering 35-40 days since stigma started showing. She is growing really well, for now what ever all the little rust spots were are gone. Still not solid explanations as to what it was or to as why it came up. Made a hard choice. And snipped the roots that were drinking from the plate, as this could of been the cause as to why this was happening on otherwise a healthy looking plant. Lowered the PPM from 1550 down to 1250 and will bring her down another 3-600 over the course of the next week and then another 2-300 the following week and keep her on regular 700ppm feeds of just bloom, but candy overdrive and B-52. All other nutes will be pulled over the next 2 weeks, gradually and not all at once neither, don't want to shock her into a def, just want to make sure all this crap is flushed from her. Big bud, she got her last feed of that today and that's her done on that now. She was started on her normal mix - 300ppm. RH is holding at a steady 65 temp is 26, 21c with lights off. 14/3/22 Added my 2nd intake fan was able to bring down the RH down as low as 53% with the 2 on full blast. Rooms RH is at 46% dehumidifier has been running 24/7 since I got it. Not good enough though. It works but looks like I'm going to get a 370watt 25l (meaning, it takes 25l out of the air every 24hrs, the 1 im using now is a 60watt that gets rid of 2l every 8hrs). It'll do in an hour what this machine takes 8hours to do. So it'll actually use less energy overall. 18/3/22 Plant is coming on nicely, putting on lots of bud mass, hopefully it'll keep packing on bud as there is not much in the way of sugar leafs it'll just be nice dense bud. For the last 24 hrs I've thrown her into a hard flush, 6l of water with 2 flushes one last night 1 tonight after each flush 50ml with sensi cal mag extra 1ml/50ml was given so the plant wouldn't go into full flush and the nutes left behind will break down helping nute uptake. Very important to introduce some cal as if you flush for too long and have a high build up of salts you'll cause a form of nute lock and throw plant into the flushing phase. So always use some cal mag on top to break down the nutes you are trying to flush. Thanks for reading gottagrowsometime

Still going well. She's getting a full dose nutrients now. Was not sure if she was suffering from potassium deficiency or burn, but now I'm confident it is a deficiency so I upped her feed. Hopefully this will slow down the shedding of leaves. She has 4 to 6 weeks left in flower so too early for total fade.

This last week has been a good one. I've been watching the girls get so much fatter, it's actually awesome haha All 3 ladies look beautiful & are starting to display signs of the end in the leaves. I imagine next weeks flush will exacerbate these signs too. I dropped my feed down slightly as per the Professors Nutrients feeding schedule & pumped up the watering to 1L per day. The plants had no issues with taking the extra water & I would imagine it's helping the buds get that much thicker. I started defoliating mid week & particularily on Plant 3 to clear out any bigger leaves & leaves gaps to hopefully be filled + give the bigger buds some air. She's gotten the least amount of defoliation this grow as she's at the back of my tent. But she also has by far the bigger buds... so a good lesson learned for future grows. I also cut all LST wires at the end of this week & now all plants are holding their own. All plants trichs are looking nice & Plant 3 has more amber in the colouring, it also happens to have the bigger colas 😏 Plant's 1 & 2 trichs however appear to be more dense. The change of light cycle from last week has seemed beneficial with no negatives sighted, which has been good. It's hard to believe that this coming week is the start of the flush & my next post will be harvest. It's exciting! Check back for the harvest ✌️🏼

Weather has been rainy and windy so she has been living under a shelter at nights and most days. The climate is getting moisty here so i decides to remove some fanleafs again to keep a good airflow. Buds are getting bigger and they make me wanna sing ' I like big buds and i can not lie..'

8/17 is the beginning of week 5, week 2 of flower. she's looking happier than she's ever been! if she makes it through flower looking like this than I might be a forever convert to Gaia green. 8/21 Day 40 did some major LST today i know i said i would let it grow freely but I'm trying to keep it from growing vertically until I harvest the other girl.

Hi all . This will be the last week of these girls now . They’ve both been flushing with RO water and I will continue that a couple more days before harvest . They are certainly ready and cannot wait to have the final result dryed and tasted . The smells from these girls is unreal . They have a strong fruity smell and are sticky as hell . It’s going to be messy when harvesting !. Couple more days flushing and I’ll give them the chop and hang to dry . I’ll update with a harvest once that’s done . Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

Time is spend. Just few days before OG KUSH CUTTING. ALL the plants looks likes good. Incredibely smelling. Nice qualty and seeds.

Just look at those buds! She's showing some beautiful colors, and displaying a lot of frost. She continues to he very thirsty, taking about 1.5L every day. No problems at all this week. In fact. I will be a bit sad to see her go. That said. I put her in 48 hours of darkness to finish her off.
