Die Woche verging wie im Fluge. Purple Punch Auto glitzert in den Morgenstunden wunderschön und verströmt einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Momentan duftet diese hier von unseren vier Pflänzchen am stärksten. Die Blüten schwellen nach einem krassen Stretch an. Das intensive LST und das Entfernen störender Blätter hat dazu geführt, dass die Blüten sehr gleichmäßig Sonnenlicht bekommen und später in der Blüte die Luft gut zirkulieren kann. Zwei Tage der Woche standen die Pflanzen unter der Markise, es hat über Stunden heftig geregnet. Nachdem ich meine Grashüpfer letzte Woche umgesiedelt habe, der Fraß ging mir zu weit, sehen die nachwachsenden Pistillen wieder gut aus. Vorher wurden die von den Hüpfern gerne angeknabbert. Das Gießen läuft wie gewohnt nach Gefühl. An heißen Sonnentagen bis zu 1,5 Liter. Soweit die News von unserem Balkon, die nächsten Wochen werden vergehen und dann ist die erste Saison als Weed Gärtner auch schon wieder beendet.

Well looks like these girls are coming to an end! Around 80-90% of trichomes are cloudy, some sugar leaves are starting to get some ambers as well so I’m going to be semi-flushing with microbes and molasses for the bennies over the next couple weeks until chop! Soon after the first flush, the colors started to pop, especially on the leaves! I have also noticed the smell has really picked up, but it’s almost like a ripe fruit smell. Based on the smell I can tell these girls are getting ready for the end of their life cycle. I’m planning to chop soon after week 9 but I will allow the girls to sit in 24-48hr dark period before I do so.

Another week and a cleanup of the bottom of the plant before going into flower, all the strains grow very nice and show no problems at all. I gave the Royal Moby a clean up for better air flow and to avoid problems in the lower section where light doesn't reach that well. So far so good next update will be in the beginning of flower !!

It's all about #5 Sour Stomper. Some hard training. She has no branches. So we will try to make a full circle. Just for fun & to say I did.

This week the Jack Herer has exploded. The branches have become dense, swollen buds with lots of pistils that are turning orange. The smell has become much more intense and citrusy, however, I think it is further along that it should be. So far this seedling is growing nicely. I hope it continues like this

Everything must go!!! Day 66 can’t imagine the cheese, the gift, and straw to last much longer. Trellis was removed and you can really tell how heavy some colas are damn near uproots some of plants without the support. I needed to save my trellis ;). Anyways Skittlez in dark period ready to be chopped, tropical fuel is on day 3 of drying and looks to be retaining that “fuel” smell ( no woody buds here!) made some awesome canna butter from the trim of white widow. Last week went well. She seems to be done with the major part of the stretch and is stacking on bud now. I upped the cal-mag a mL per gallon because of the light intensity. Had to adjust the light upwards to avoid damage to the plant. I began to see some signs so had to take care of it but she is happy with the environment. She is growing some nice long buds just like the gelato next to her. Glad I have clones from both. Had to do some supercropping and defoilation. Did it to keep the branches at a good level and to keep the canopy level. She would have been taller if it wasn't for the lst. Will update as she progresses. Until next time you growing to everyone!

Day 82 - 12/12/19 So harvest is here and what a journey this has been :) This plant took much longer than the others but paid off at the end with huge colas! Wet weigh was around 400g so im expecting about 60g from this once dried :) Has a slight fruity/spicy taste to it. i wont be able to honestly tell until fully dried and cured though :) Big thanks to RQS for thier amazing genetics and a big thanks to all who helped out along the way! Il update the dry weight when dried and the bud report all throughout curing :) Day 85 - 16/12/19 All buds have been dried and damn it really filled up this 68g jar! i got 64g dry weight of prime buds probably another 10g of popcorn buds that i threw in with the trim. coming into heavy flowering i expected an ounce, after i started adding calmag and pk13/14 the buds exploded. and my expectations raised to about 45g. for it to be 64g at harvest from a 43cm tall plant thats something. A few experienced growers reckoned the high yield was because of polyploidy which i believe is a genetic mutation. i looked it up and i cant say if this is what happened or not. The bud has been dried fully and slower than last time, ive tried to have airflow somewhat around the buds but not too close to avoid drying too quick. Ive only been curing for a day but its so smooth already. ive never tried anything like lowryder which is the makeup of this strain so il have to honestly rate it once cured for a week or so :) but until then i will say its been getting me quite stoned and couchlocked. i definitely harvested near the end of the harvest window. il add a final update once cured for a week so u guys know what this strain is like as a final product. Day 89 - 19/12/19 Ive cured for around a week and ive been smoking the buds and watching christmas movies alot! :'D The curing has developed a nice hit on the throat and more flavour along with burning better in joints and bongs :) ive smoked some exotic strains but i honestly feel this is among the best grown smoke ive had. it just feels so well grown with a smooth burn! i definitely harvested on the later side of the harvest window as buds have mostly amber pistils and smoking them gets me pretty stoned and sleepy! this is great as i have trouble sleeping and relaxing. i havent had this much sleep in a while. while i would say this is fairly average bud i still would rate it a solid 7, sure it might not have a strong exotic smell or flavour but it gets the job done well! and the high yield really impressed me. considering i need to be growing enough to stay medicated the 64g dry weight really made my day! Its very relaxing to know you dont have to struggle to get your medicine! I added a few photos of the best buds in the jar and im really impressed with myself for growing some fat buds! I’m going to leave the seedlings in the small brown pots until their 1st node and then I’ll transfer them into bigger plastic 3.5gal pots with 80/20 soil to perlite potting mix. One Dosidos is looking a bit behind and the one with the weird leaves ended up catching up to the Northern Lights, maybe even growing faster than it. All Dosidos’ ended up dying but one and I’m sure it’s on the way out. Northern Lights has had no issues and growing perfect.

week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1.6 and 1.7 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 822 ppm - 1.6 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 525 ppm - 1 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : from this week we can cause more E.C stresses. e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line.

Well i broke a branch right off Bubba Cheese cake #2 stem by slightly trying to move a 3 gal pot lol ouchie They will both need supports fyi. Anywho, I either out did myself or these are the longest trichomes I've seen. #2 is bigger n frostier. #1 smells like freaken candy...and i mean the good colors you save for last lol. #2 is more muted but creamier and maybe hopefully some cheese. Increased exaust fan speed, Increased oscillating fan speed. Reduced lights to 11/13. Adjusted far red, adjusted morning to come on later at night and turned off the heat mat (yes i had a heat mat lol). That should hopefully bring out any colors but it seems this one may stay green af. Another grower is going to week 20 i think in flower and still no color change....in my experience that means this wont taste anything like earthy wood anthocyanins.

this week, the girl's rings are obviously increasing :) I think there are 2-3 weeks left until the finish :) I have 30° heat in the tent, which the girl doesn't like, but she will endure it - she is strong:).

Day 56: These 3 girls are finishing out. Cyco nutrients did awesome for me! I found a top with some bud rot beginning to start so I lopped that off. It was not much, but I got it early (learned first hand in the Gorilla Girl grow). Humidity has been higher these days. Buds are turning slightly purple. Decent amount of sugar on the buds now. Trics are mostly cloudy, very few amber. Most pistals have withered and calyx look swollen. Smell is beginning to give a cakey-gas undertone to the up front scent of overripe cantaloupe across all 3 plants. There is a tiny bit of pine. I need a cell with a better camera :( Some more days of water and Flawless Finish then the chop.

The green beast is growing very well so far and next with should get much bigger 👹

01/23/2025 : a bit of yellowing last week but it seems OK now. AH may have eaten everything in its previous pot... Scrog net is already full after 5 days! I just added a bit of calmag and trace elements, autopot and biotabs will do the rest.

Día 43 La variedad Tropicana no engordó nada. Los cogollos son flacos. Muy firmes y llenos de resina. Pero son chiquitos. Incluso en la que hice ni corte ni LST. Así que será algún tema del fenotipo. La Polaris al vontrario, tiene cogollos grandes y está demorando un poco más que la Tropicana. De todos modos, se ve que las dos están sacando muchos tricomas. Haber vuelto a usar EMRO hizo una diferencia enorme en el resto de solución que queda en el depósito al finalizar la semana. Con EMRO sale transparente. Sin EMRO sale llena de restos de raíces. Y con sólo 1ml/L. Ahora le puse 2ml/L, ya que la próxima semana es el lavado, así que ya que está que li pie bien a fondo. Incluso pensé en usar EMRO este lavado cómo experimentación. Así que posiblemente haga eso. Seguramente tenga que cortar una antes que la otra. Pero también lo voy a ir viendo.

Now 9L pod, Top Max 2ml/l, Bloom 1ml/l and once per week calmag 0.5/l. Ph of my water is 7.5 so i take the ph down to 6 with biobizz ph down. Watering 2 Times a week. In week 3 i will use Green vegan Phosphorbooster 3g, not in the water, I will sprinkle it over the soil. Im happy i have no problems.. I try to make more Different Fotos bc it is a lemon haze x pink candy photo from Greenhouse Seeds. U dont See this often

The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. 20cm growth this week. Flowers are forming and I can see purple on them 😍 The bad news this week is I was bending her lower branches.. trying to spread her out a bit. I've managed to snap both of them! She has been repaired best I can do, so will monitor it over next day or so to see how effective the fix is. I don't hold out much hope for one branch.. Looks like it's wilting already 😞
