Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. stems are wounded in the middle as mentioned when they started flowering,my white table has fallen on parts of the plants and damaged the main stem and a few branches. i tied and bandaged the main stem and supported with sticks. They flowered almost as if nothing happened except for a few small branches that stopped getting nutes and died in the pics you can see how the main stems got severely broken in the middle. in the last 2 weeks there has been a few weather changes such as storm,heat,and colder climate during night time, i was ready for storm with a plastic roof on top-they were perfectly protected from water and winds and stayed healthy during 2 days of winter.got a perfect color due to colder nights and today decided they are ripe.trichs are cloudy mostly

Plant did ok, not the best result and far below my expectations for it. I found that growing them in pots with other plant is a no go from now on for autos. they just don't grow all that well when their root space is being shared, all my autos from a few breeders did poorly when I grew them like this. however the ones I kept in their own pot did much better, the Ganja farmer brand is good, just wish they had some CBD/CBG strains in their catalogue. hey guys so my welsh brother sent me some daffodil seeds called FTB1 from the Fast Buds company, and if i'm honest with you i'm so happy to be growing next year's autos, always been a dream of mine to grow the unreleased genetics, let's see if they sprout, i'm a bit nervous because they came unwrapped in the mail you know ... let's see. alright so first thing that happened is my propagator broke so i had to fix it up best i could with some cling film then threw it in the bathroom in the sink basically lol, day one many of the non test gens cracked and were growing, and fbt1 didnt yet, and i was like oh well, it was a long shot, it came loose in the mail, and it breaks my heart. Day 2 it had cracked and day 3 it had shot through the cube, check out the cookies week you can see the root sticking out from the bottom already, in the end it's definitely some strong gens and i cant wait to see it grow !

Esta semana voy a escribir sobre: CARBÓN VEGETAL ACTIVADO CON MICROORGANISMOS DE MONTAÑA. esta es una práctica avanzada pues al menos se necesita tener el inóculo sólido de Microorganismos de Montaña (MMS), aunque al final intentaré dar otras opciones para aquellos que no tengan MMS. Puedes consultar en la semana 3 la manera de hacer Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos (MMS): https://growdiaries.com/diaries/134104-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/725879 El carbón vegetal es un excelente componente para toda clase se mezclas de sustrato, tiene varias propiedades muy interesantes, ayuda a la estructuración del suelo y la creación de humus, es un regulador térmico en lugares fríos, favorece la expansión de las raíces y su estructura de microporos promueve la retención de humedad y nutrientes, se dice que en 1cm cúbico de carbón puede contener de 8 a 30 millones de Microorganismos. Y es precisamente la propiedad de retención de humedad y nutrientes, de la que se aprovecha esta práctica. El carbón vegetal llamado "activado" que se usa en filtros de agua o aire, tiene mala fama entre los aficionados a las peceras, porque se dice que roba nutrientes, principalmente Nitrógeno, esto tiene una explicación y no es un problema para cultivo en macetas, el carbón seco tiende a absorber humedad y los nutrientes que se encuentra en el sustrato o en los riegos, porque es muy poroso, y de repente, tiene que saturar todos sus microporos, pero esto apenas va a tener incidencia en un cultivo. En mi caso lo que hago es mezclar el carbón con los Microorganismos Sólidos y después lo humedezco con agua y melaza para activar la Microbiología del inóculo, dándole la energía necesaria, de esta manera tengo un carbón inoculado con Microorganismos de Montaña, y una vez en el sustrato, con humedad, estos MM, se propagarán. En este caso el carbón, de momento, no captura nutrientes porque está saturado, pero después de unos riegos, será la casa perfecta donde los Microorganismos y los nutrientes convivirán ofreciendo una fuente extra de nutrientes, para que las raíces se alimenten en periodos de escasez de alimento o humedad. Supongo que quien tenga inóculos bacterianos comerciales, podría usar esta práctica para multiplicarlos. INGREDIENTES BÁSICOS: Agua pura: 500ml Carbón vegetal, para usarlo en macetas conviene que los trozos de carbón no sean grandes. 750 gramos. Melaza: 75g Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos (MMS): 225g PROCEDIMIENTO: Se mezcla el carbón y los Microorganismos sólidos. Se disuelve la melaza en el agua. Se humedece el carbón lentamente, mezclándolo bien, porque el carbón vegetal puede almacenar mucha humedad y necesita tiempo para saturarse. Se guarda a oscuras durante un mes en un recipiente cerrado. Hasta aquí la fórmula básica, yo hago algunos añadidos, como se puede ver en las fotos. Añado 260g de Leonardita, que es un carbón vegetal con millones de años y en el proceso de convertirse en mineral, aunque todavía no lo es, es además, la mayor fuente de ácidos húmicos y comparte las propiedades del carbón. Añado Microorganismos de Montaña Activados (MMA) de forma líquida para aumentar la inoculación de microbiología, también un lacto fermento de frutas que aporta muchas vitaminas, nutrientes y enzimas... en la última foto se ve el recipiente después de un mes. Siguiendo el principio de saturación previa de los poros del carbón, para mezclas de sustratos, y sin tener acceso a microbiología, se podría, por ejemplo, saturar el carbón con alguna mezcla nitrogenada para el comienzo del cultivo, después el carbón seguirá cumpliendo sus funciones de estructuración de suelos, creación de humus y para retener humedad y nutrientes. Oh man, this lavender auto is really starting to come to life! I defoliated it a bit and it didn't even flinch. That's a true sign of a tough plant, and I love it. It's like having a little green warrior in my grow room. And let's talk about Aptus, my nutrient sponsor. I swear by their products, they are the real deal. Van muy bien, engordando esas colitas, huele bien, un poco raro, los últimos días de esta semana pude reacomodar la planta para que reciba más luz, porque coseché la og kush y ya tengo mas espacio, también cambie los leds, tenia los viparspectra desde el inicio, esta semana le puse los phlizon y la verdad si vi mucha mejoría! 🤩

These ladies are growing amazing, so good I had to bend the tops and mainline them a little. I had to tie them down to themselves as they're trying to regrow upwards. They're definitely in full flower now and looking amazing besides some crispy edges on the leafs because of the heat. All in all Happy Growing.

Today was a very cold night. Temperatur changes from 30°c to 20°c. U can tell that by looking at her leaves. usally it should change when the Temperatur gets higher again. All tops now reaching for light and filling out again 😏 I got people telling me what's the point or I'm stupid for doing some stuff I do but that's just me 🤷‍♂️🏼🤣 don't tell me I can't do something because I'll prove you wrong like I did with my last autos 😉 Pretty happy with the training this run. Soooo I chopped the cripple a week before and got 40G dry out of it. Im excited how much the bigger one will yield cause shes looking better and better with every day passing.

What can I say. This left plant has gone to shit. After it has all happened I have definitely felt stupid about how long I have thought everything was going fine, and how quickly that has all turned to a complete and utter failure. Considering the stage of seed development in the left plant, it has been pollinated over a month ago. What I first thought were foxtails were seed pockets in the end. On the right plant the small seeds have not quite developed. So these seeds are small, and have already turned brown. The calyxes in which these sit, are turning yellow brownish. Other people have told me this was genetic expression. But it definitely isnt. For that reason I have let that one ripen, which was a bad decision in the end. That one has been harvested and is drying now. The left plant however has seeds that have clearly been developing for weeks, and is just totally filled with seeds. That pheno expecially, does show a haze structure and smell, and is also super sensitive for stress and butrot. However it has pollinated itself to the point everything in my growroom is toast. I discarded my whole autoflower in my cabinet next to my tent. Fully pollinated, but was in early flower still, and was doing great. Embryo seeds in every calyx. Shame because that Gorilla Cookies smelled amazing, for sure. I will be finishing this left haze pheno for S1 seeds now. About 2 weeks to go. Can't wait to clean the growroom and take a few weeks break before I start 2 new runs.

Hey everyone :-) I am so glad that all the clones are looking great again because the pump failed overnight in the last few days and everyone hung their heads the next day 😔. Once again you notice how fast it can go as soon as the electronics fail. But everything was fixed in time and, as always, I have all the parts available for replacement. They look great again and stretch their heads towards the light :-). It remains exciting to see which lady stays in the end because, as mentioned in the last diary, I will only leave a single clone to train him to a single bush with topping and ScrOG ☺️. I hope the next electronic failure will stay away for a long time 😅🙏🏻. Otherwise, the water was remixed again during the week and will be refilled in the next few days because the EC value went directly over 1 after a few days.
