I'm still feeling like a lazy grower with the Minigrow One doing all the LST 😅. The growlights make sure the plant stays naturally short and bushy. There's not much work to do but make sure she's hydrated. I may have to defoliate one of these days but that's about it. No buds showing just yet, let's see if they develop in the coming days!

Flowering day 15 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) This week the ladies developed beautifully 👍. The stretch has started very strongly :-) . Watering was done twice this week with 1.2 l (see table above for nutrients). The heating mat does exactly what it is supposed to do, you can see that the ladies are doing perfectly again 😃. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water in a 100 liter tank so that I would have enough stale water for the coming week 👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. During the check, I noticed that after spraying neem oil 3 times, there were still a few damn trips to see. I have ordered nematodes for leaf and substrate against tripse. Es sind noch ein paar cm dazu gekommen und ich bin mit der Blütenentwicklung recht zufrieden. Der Bereich um die Blüten ist wundervoll bepudert. Das Wetter bleibt wechselhaft bis schlecht! Das Wetter bessert sich, leider habe ich einen massiven Befall von Trauermücken, Nematoden sind bestellt.

5/31/25 Sprout popped out of Coco in 400ml Menards Mini Pail. -10:00pm fed with 100-150ml~ 1050EC 5.6pH Mix. -25-75ml~ runoff -QB96x2 at 320 watts -Light is like 46-54 inches away. Using the Photon App with a printer paper diffuser it says the top of the sprout is 320 ppfd. Trying to decide which system to use for watering. Printed a bunch of stuff including a AutoPot Tray that holds the Mini Pail and AquaValve5. Lightproof Lid. Pot Elevator if needed. Made a Irrigation ring and a bunch of things to hold it to the Mini Pail nicely. Connected to a LetPot WiFi Auto Watering System that allows me to set how many times it waters a day. It also provides a feature that when its watering schedule starts it can be done in intervals instead of continuously watering. I am leaning toward using the Auto Watering System over the AutoPot to avoid salt buildup. If I use the AutoPot I wonder if I would be fine if I topfed like 1000ml~ every Saturday Afternoon?

January 16, 2019 Everything is moving along nicely now. Bud sites are building day by day. This week I fed some Recharge and some Espoma Organic Bloom (available at most big box stores). I’ve had it kicking around since last season and figured I should use it up before it goes bad. I’m looking into more organic nutrient options for the future. I’m not sure I’m ready to start making my own organic compost teas yet. But BioBizz seems like they will take care of what I’m looking to accomplish without needing to make my own teas (fingers crossed). I removed the house plant that brought in the bugs and everything is back to normal now, no new bug damage. I finally received and read “True Living Organics” by The Rev. Its a good book, but growing the “TLO” way is vastly different from other growing methods I’ve read. I’m going to have to read this one again before making any comments. Thanks to all of the answers on CO2. Seems like its more valuable with larger setups than I’m running.

So, they’re still growing vertically, again, I had to go away for 3 days. Not planned. Tops got too close and a load of them burnt to a crisp, the seriously burnt ones have been cut off and the other ones that weren’t too bad have been bent down. It was 14 inches when the plant was flipped, I reckon she would be around 48 inches now if I didn’t have to hack at her. But disappointed as I reckon she would have been a beauty. But... life goes on and I’m sure she will yield alright when the time comes 4ish weeks time. Literally the only problem this week has been vertical space, plant itself is very healthy. Next time I better get a taller tent 🤦‍♂️

3.23.2024: Start of week 10. Day 60 from sprout. Moving along nicely. Did some defoliation to open everything up. Main cola is legit. One of the side branches is almost as big as the main cola. Bought a loupe and trichomes are just slight turning milky but only in a few spots. Some purpling but def not to the level of some of the other pheno's i've seen which is kinda a bummer. 3.24.2024: Day 61. Fed 1/4 strength nutes. 96oz of 6.5ph. Got stoned last night and did some more defoliation. 3.25.2024: Day 62. ZZZzzzZZzzz 3.26.2024: Day 63. 96oz at 6.5ph. Runoff ppm at 730. 3.27.2024: Da 64. ZZzzzZZz 3.28.2024: Day 65. just the tiger bloom and cal mag today at 1/4 strength. 96oz at 6.49ph. 3.29.2024: Day 66. End of week 9. Trichomes starting to get milky. Maybe 70/30?

Pictures are from Day 91. Top Gun 2 is coming to the finish line, the whole tent reeks and starting to see good amounts of amber, although the buds aren’t as solid as I was hoping for. I could harvest as soon as today. This grow has been another great experience of learning about these awesome plants. Great week! She grew 10in and responds well to the full dose of nutes. Cut back on the Gro and upped Bloom. Smell up 1100sq feet nicely. She’s been under a 600w and will be put in a 5x5 soon with a 1000w LED.

Week 3 update and all systems go for launch. We’re flipping to flower exactly 21 days from seed and so far, the mix looks to be impressive. Counting about 4 males (one that won’t make the cut), 2 indica leaning phenos and the rest are sativa leaning. Side branching has also been impressive so we should be able to pull some rootable cuts within the next week or two. If we got the sexes right (it is a little early to be certain), then the dutchy cabinet will be full up for bud testing👍. Next week will tell the tale🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Day 21 She looking strong and Healthy

Well she’s definitely gaining weight 🤣 we’ve still got 5 weeks ish to go before I even think she’ll be remotely finished up and ready to chop. The 30w UV Mantis bar from Grow the Jungle has upped trichome production, I can’t wait to see how frosty she is by the end of this run.
