04/20/25: This week brought a bit of a lull in growth, and I’ll admit it’s been a little disappointing. While the plants still appear healthy overall, vertical and canopy expansion has slowed, and I’m still not seeing any clear progress in preflower development. I was hoping for more definitive signs of sex by now, but unfortunately, the plants are holding onto their mystery a bit longer. That said, it’s not all stagnant. There has been noticeable thickening in the stems and branches, which tells me the plants are shifting some energy into building structural support. That kind of development is a good sign—it’s almost as if they’re preparing to bear some weight, even if the upper growth hasn’t taken off just yet. If you’re looking at the photos and thinking they look a bit droopy—don’t worry. The plants were intentionally allowed to dry out. I like to let them go a little longer between waterings at this stage to encourage root expansion, forcing the roots to explore the full volume of the pot in search of moisture. That strategy continues to pay off in strong root development and better resilience going into flower. I also finally got around to the defoliation I had planned last week. The plants are looking a little bare at the moment, especially after just being watered, but that’s by design. Over the next few days, they’ll perk back up, and all of the exposed growth tips should bush out and push new growth as the plants respond to the open canopy and fresh airflow. We’re about a week out from transplanting into the final 6.9-gallon AutoPot XLs. My hope is that sexing becomes more obvious before then, so I can make informed decisions about which plants to move forward with. I’ll be watching closely and will update sooner if anything changes on that front.

Hi guys, this week was okay, the temperatures are under control. I've only watered with a bit of voodoo juice so the roots can establish right. Not sure when I should flip them. Anybody any advice. Hit me up in the comment section. Good day and good grow my friends!

Hey Growers, End of week 3 from seed :) - From the start of the grow Ive been experiencing small issues with plant #2 but everyday I learn new things and try to figure out what she wants and try to adapt to it. looks like its working slowly. 1st time of transplanting, it was a success. 1st week of nutrients, I will feed 1/3 to start

This girl needs to be defoliated regularly…I’ve been feeding her 3 gallons of water for the past week as the dry seasons steps in no problem.

Gave the plant a big defoliation this week and have put the net in place. This is my first time using the net so am a little unsure if I should be flattening the four main tops as much as I have. If anyone sees anything I should be doing better, please let me know 👍

Hello, my green connoisseur! The moment we've all been eagerly awaiting has arrived—the Harvest Report for our botanical queen, Jealousy, in the Power Buds competition. This has been a journey filled with anticipation, and now, we stand on the shores of botanical triumph. Jealousy, in her final act, bestowed upon us a generous yield of 195 grams of dry bud. It's like a cornucopia of green abundance, a testament to the meticulous care and strategic decisions made throughout this green saga. Each nugget is a jewel, a culmination of weeks of growth, love, and dedication. But the story doesn't end there. Jealousy, in her love for the trim bin, gifted us a beautiful golden pollen. This precious powder, transformed into ash via the French Cannoli style. Also gave me a Charas/Finger Ash ball. It's like capturing the essence of the plant in a tangible form—a botanical relic that encapsulates the spirit of our green empress. Now, let's talk about the auditory symphony that accompanied the harvest. The sound, reminiscent of a tree making timber, is like nature's applause for the bountiful harvest. It's the soundtrack to a successful cultivation venture, a melody that resonates through the grow room, echoing the grand finale of this green symphony. The drying process, carried out over two weeks with a temperature of 17°C and humidity at 58%, is like the slow and methodical crafting of a fine wine. Each day, the buds undergo a transformative journey, evolving from freshly harvested flowers to dried and cured masterpieces. And now, the pièce de résistance—the preservation of terps with the Grove Bag featuring Terploc technology. It's like locking the aromatic essence of Jealousy in a time capsule, ensuring that every toke carries the full spectrum of flavors and aromas. The anticipation for the smoke report is palpable, as the strawberry candy profile promises an exquisite sensory experience. Reflecting on this entire journey, from germination to harvest, it's like turning the pages of a botanical epic. The decisions, the challenges, and the moments of sheer joy have shaped the destiny of our green empress. It's a narrative that will be retold, shared, and cherished in the annals of our horticultural adventures. As we conclude this harvest report, let's extend our heartfelt thanks and shout-outs to Zamnesia, Plagron, Grow Diaries, and the vibrant community. Your support and contributions have been the guiding lights on this extraordinary green expedition. To my fellow contestants and growers, may your own harvests be as abundant, flavorful, and joyous as this one. Here's to the culmination of our shared green dreams, the thrill of the harvest, and the anticipation of what lies ahead. Stay green, stay inspired, and keep cultivating those dreams! With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself and always do things expecting nothing in return, with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will respond in ways you can’t even dream of . Friendly reminder: all you see here is pure research and for educational purposes only. Buds are forming nicely. Pushing a EC of 2.4 this week and a PPFD of 60-725 on a 24 hour light cycle. Putting them in overdrive and they are loving it. Can’t wait until I harvest these two beast. GSM is 40 inches and the GH is 32 inches.

Week 7 of 10 for super lemon haze. She's reacted well to the increased P & K in the big bud coco series as the buds have plumped up a lot from last week. The lemon citrus smell is getting stronger, which makes me very happy! Thanks for looking! 👽🌳💚

11/24 I was checking the bottom of the pot looking at the roots and I accidentally hit one of the colas off the light and it almost broke it off. Thankfully it didn’t that’s why I have that random tie connected to my tent pole. 11/27 the main colas fan leaves are really starting to fade which worries me a bit since it seems a bit too soon, but oh well we are going to ride it out. There is not much I can do at this point without making it a harsh smoke.
