Hello People! I harvested my Honey Runtz now some days ago already, was busy with life and didnt post. yet she is drying well in my dry tent! im a bit nervous about making the dry sift soon. will be my first time sifting a whole plant! will post more once she is dry and sifted! :) Hello People! guess its time to show my first time making hash off. its my first time doing this kind of dry sift so didnt know what to expect or what to do. i did alot of research and just free balled as i felt like is right. After Harvesting and Drying i took all the sticks out, left the sugar leaves on the nugs and then put everything in the freezer for like 3 days. ordered some dry ice and did alot of preperations. like getting some big sifting screens. so first i put like 1/4 of the frozen material in a 220 micron bubble bag inside of a big bucket. threw some dry ice in and then started to shake it, so the trichomes felt off.then i collected everything from my bucket and put it in a glass jar with parchment paper (to get better out again)did this 4 times so no material got left over. after the first sifting with the bubble bag, i threw everything on these big sifting screens with 190; 160 and 73 micron. then the drumming started, i used 2 spoons to like hit/drum the screens so the trichomes get seperated by size. i felt like the screens got clogged at some point so i stopped and was like yea thats okay enough lets go to the next step, collecting everything and pressing. the first layer 190+ got discarded. layer 190-160 got saved as well as layer 73-160. everything below the last screen got destroyed by my own mistake. the tape i used to secure the parchment paper on a plank ripped and everything went flying. well i wanted to discard it anyways.. after the sifting screens i used the frenchy cannoli methode with a hot water bottle to press the trichomes to some nice hash. the results: 190-160 micron: 12,4 G 73-160 micron: 32,2 G Total: 44,6 G fully legal here :) im very happy with the results, even tho the hash is a bit green. after all it was my first time doing it like that. i feel like i need to dry it a bit more next time. so the screens aint clogged and thus i can better seperate the trichomes, maybe it is less green then. maybe next time im not using the big sifting screens but rather go for some static with a glove or a ballon.

So day 21 of flower today, major defoliation done yesterday and feed only water and molasses phed to 6.5. The plants look good again but very bare with out the leafs, lots of light can peneetrate the lower buds now tho. Hopefully see some nice growth this week 😀. Day 23 of flower. Been battling humidity these past few days, with the de humidifier on i can get it to 48% so not to bad now, a good purchase lol. Plants are stinking really skunky when you open the room up, but to touch and smell its like pure citric 🍋 lemon. There Starting to put out lots of trichomes now, hopefully I have a good pheno.

At cruising altitude now. Moved the nutrients to full bloom mix and just keeping the PH even. Defoliated only a bit to keep as many buds exposed to direct light as I can. Around mid-week everyone’s crystals showed up to finally catch up to Pinex1. Pinex 1 is much further in bud development and I can tell she is going to be a fat one. Pinex 2 is a vigorous grower. I happened to take 2 clones from her and both are rooted and happy. She had the fattest stems and I can never seem to give her enough nutrients. Her leaves are a lighter green and clearly want the light. I’m interested to see if I want to make another grow from the clones or not. Pineapple Skunk is a very attractive plant. The leaves are dark green and the buds are bright white. Now that the crystals are coming in there is even more white and they just look awesome. The buds are starting to fill in more. I hope they get really fat by the end of flower but hard to imagine anything catching up to Pinex1.

Welcome to week 5 of flower. Trichome production and the density of the buds is really starting to accelerate. My dehumidifier is not stable, so VPD ranges from 1.2-1.4. I lightly defoliated 31/10 and last watering was 6/11 👽👉7/11 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems. I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line. Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut. 👽👉8/11 Their smell is starting to get more extreme. 👽👉9/11 I removed a bit of the bottom foliage and cleaned up the dead leaves. It has been really tight around the SCROG net, so it was highly needed for airflow and humidity 👽👉10/11 Waterday* ml/L change from last watering - to this. Timelapse! I've meant to get a timelapse camera set up since I first started this grow. I am reasonably confident that future weeks will include full-week timelapses. For most of this week, my plant has seemed to have stopped growing. It got to a point where the leaves were becoming wilted, which prompted me to add nutrients. I was a bit skeptical regarding whether it was a good time to do this, or if I would be adding nutrients prematurely. All has seemed to have gone well with the nutrients, as the next day the leaves perked up substantially. Mid week, I changed the light schedule form 18/6 to 20/4 because I figured more light would enable better growth. Currently, I am puzzled as to why the leaves have developed some light and dark splotches. Could this be a result of light stress? EDIT (in response to my leaf spotting question): Thanks to those who have responded to my leaf spotting question! I have raised the light from 18.5in (I never measured it until now) to the recommended 24in. There is no chance of nutrient solution getting on the leafs to cause the spotting, but I did spray the tent with water + (dilute) hydrogen peroxide in an attempt to raise the humidity. Maybe this is the cause? I am currently battling the relative humidity. As someone mention, it is low! If i plug in my room-humidifier, the humidity will get way to high (80%+). I've placed an open container of tap water + hydrogen peroxide mix in the tent, but it doesn't appear to do much! I'd like to note here that I am using liquid indicator drops for my pH, so the pH is only my best measurement at the time of mixing solution. My pH may not be as low as I indicated this week! I think I'll throw in some tap water in lieu of cal-mag supplements,. I figure my city's hard water may be of benefit here!

Hello everyone hope you staying cool Cause the weather is over 100 degree and everything is drying and dying. We really need some rain! Anyone with the heat wave I trying keep this gals water up. The biggest one drink water like no tomorrow, well both of them. I give them a tea liquid compost 3.11.11 of organic fertilizers. Just to keep up with the flowering stages she using up a lot nutritions and I’m glad that I was on top of my game with these outdoors grow. Not bad for novice first timer. My family love them. I’m keep in the sun as thst will help with resins production and the bees are doing a fine job pollen them.

Wow my gg is getting so fat. I love how big is getting. This week we had 2 days of rain and then a full sunny week right after. Let me know if you guys see something that I need to tweak. Thanks again for checking my plant out peace and love.

Today, day 23 was the last repotting. Girls went from 11.6L to a 20L pot. Now there in the right place. In fact, just 3/4 have beene repotting because I didn't have enough Lightmix :/ My order is late, and I'm not really happy with that 😡 I planned to top the girls on wednesday or thursday. It will depends on how they will recover. Actually, it's my first time with smartpots. If smartpots have a lot of advantages, repotting is not one of them ! I made a mistake : the plants were 60% dry, and abviously, it was not a good idea ! It should be clearly moist. Nextime I think I will water the girls 1 hour before repotting. I hope it will be ok and they will recover from this tough moment.... Will see in a few days 😰😨 Anyway, I have generously watered them right after repotting with no nutrient. Juste clear water with the right Ph. As they are in some brand new light-mix medium, I thought they have enough nutrient for a at least 2 or 3 days. D-25 : Everything is ok. Girls seems to have recover very well :) Anyway, I'll wait at least one more day before topping. The last Chocolate Haze (the one that was 5 days late), doesn't have 6 nodes yet and I would prefer to top each girls at the same time. D-26 : Repotting the last one and topping everybody. Fingers crossed for the next couple of days... I also feed the girls right after the top. During the topping process, the plants were reduced from 19cm to 12cm.
