8/22 - There has been some explosive growth among my 4 purple Microdots. They are growing by leaps and bounds each day, 8/23 - So far everything is going smoothly. Just watering each day w/ RO water and organic black strap molasses. 8/24 - Brewing up some compost tea. This will be there first! As they start to get a little bigger I've made a prediction for sex. I think A238 & A239 are male and A240 & A241 are female. We'll see! 8/25- Fed the ladies with the compost tea and used it as a foliar spray as well. They responded very well and continue to have crazy, rapid, growth. 8/27 - They have gotten so big and bushy. I'm going to start a little LST on them today! 8/30 - They are starting to show sex! Still can't tell whether it's male or female...but it should be any day now!

Day 22, 11th of October 2021: Helllooooo there. 1st day of the 4th week. Let's see how it goes.... we crazy... So: Mastodon Kush absolutely killing it.... just grow and grow another LST is performed. So one goes that way another one another way lol. Healthy and beautiful 😍 RQS girls both of them do well Cookies Gelato amazing lady.... LST performed. And no complain also about Northern Light neither.... She also deserved an LST training. And finally Spliff Seed girls: Afghani Gold and Spliffs Strawberry are one week younger but they pickin' up quick so soon it can not be seen. Anyways all good yes they grew a lot. CBD Medi Kush is amazing I fimmed a bit by accident of the top "head" no problem at all and again continued with LST. She is a beast. Blue Berry seems to be a bit "pale" let's say light but apart from that she is more than okay. LST is done on her too... Afghani Gold I just love her chunky indica comin' I can see the leaves lol. She received her first LST as well. Spliffs Strawberry is alright as well so I am happy. Actually, not much has changed since last week I just set the lamp back to 125W so approx 40% of the max and the water intake is more a bit so: Lamp is set to be on 125W approx 40% of the full power..... Humidity stays on approx 60% Ventilation switches on in every 2 hours for 5 min.... Watering like 0.08l per day.... Fertilization also with Bat Guano, Biobizz family - BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax... so these ones 2x a week.... Epsom salt.... 1x a week.... Ratio can be found above. That's all basically. So I wish you the best and very Happy Growing ;)

17.12.24: Seedling is looking nice and healthy, good green colour 👌 I didn't use a humidity dome this time, as the other Seedlings damped off. It has clearly done very well without it, so I don't need it at all really, as my humidity is very high on it's own. It's about 75% currently. 19.12.24: Ok so the powdery Mildew has appeared again, I have not watered, and the plants are doing well. They seem to have recovered significantly since last week. I have scooped out the top layer of soil to get rid of the Mildew, again. I then top dressed with;- Biobizz Light Mix, cinnamon, extra perlite, Vitalink Bat guano, and worm castings. Very pleased with the progress of Watermelon 🍉 Watered in with 100ml containing;- 1ml per litre of Biobizz Bio-Grow and 1ml of Ecothrive Flourish Fingers crossed 🤞 Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Week 4 flower : everything’s looking nice still got the lights about 7-9” from top of canopy without any issues . The humidity has gone up to 50% in day and I can’t really get it any lower I’ve already got a dehumidifier so don’t want to get another one . I would like to lower to 40-45% and lower for last 2 weeks but can’t see that happening . I’ve started the pk from end of week 4 (day 28 )at 1ml per litre this took my ec to 2.2 I will see how it goes and maybe up it to 1.2-1.5 and I’m going to use the pk for 7-14 days then I will start the flush I also lowered the silicone to 0.5ml per litre 3x blue cheese plants are on the left but has spread over and 1x sunset sherbet on the right

🌸 Week 1 – Flowering Stage Strain: Permanent Marker (Zamnesia Seeds) Project: Dognabis Cup Example Grow 🌍 ⸻ 💚 Transition Into Flower The girls wasted no time: at ~90 cm tall, they’re stretching beautifully, branching with symmetry, and already showing early pistils by the end of the week. Both phenos (PM#1 and PM#2) are very close in appearance, but Pheno #1 is leading slightly in height (about 5 cm taller), while PM#2 is equally vigorous and balanced. This uniformity is exciting, strong genetics with consistency across the phenos. The kind of stability you want in a Cup. ⸻ 📸 Studio Session Took them out for a proper photo shoot with the Sony 📷. Leaves shining, structure elegant, early flower sites beginning to peek through. Even filmed a few videos to capture this milestone. They’re looking like queens, and it’s a joy to document every step. ⸻ 💧 Feeding – Adjustments for Flower We’ve officially adjusted the recipe to start the flowering journey: • ❌ Start Booster – removed • ✅ Top Booster – added at 0.25 ml/L • ❌ All-in-One Liquid – paused (the All-in-One Pellets + pre-mixed recipe in the soil are now fully active and doing the job beautifully) • ✅ CalMag Boost – continued • ✅ Regulator – continued • pH: ~6.1 • Feed EC: ~0.6 This gentle transition sets the base for flower, without overwhelming them. ⸻ 🍃 Notes & Observations Some leaf burn spots appeared this week, nothing major. Likely from wind stress with the fan blowing directly on them. Honest note: it’s part of the process, and we show the good and the less-than-perfect. Overall, the plants are thriving, strong, and unfazed by small imperfections. ⸻ 🌱 From Seed to Here – Quick Recap • Week 1–2: Germination & early veg, bottom-fed by hand • Week 3: Transplant to 11L Zamnesia fabric pots, roots thriving, super soil mixed with Aptus Holland products (MycorMix, All-in-One Pellets, Substrate Buffer Powder) • Week 4 Veg: Explosive growth, steady feeding, compact structure, preparing for flip • Week 1 Flower (now): ~90 cm tall, branching beautifully, pistils showing, first signs of floral transition ⸻ 🎓 Looking Ahead • Expect stretch to continue through the next 1–2 weeks • Bud sites will begin stacking, pistils multiplying • Watch closely for balance in nutrition, especially with Top Booster now active • AC unit arriving soon will help stabilize temps (currently peaking ~31°C) ⸻ 👑 Genetics & The Cup Permanent Marker is more than just a strain, it’s a modern heavyweight with a strong pedigree (Biscotti x Jealousy x Sherb Bx). These genetics are already proving themselves with vigor, balance, and beauty. As the organizer Dognabis Cup, it’s a privilege to showcase them here. A huge thank you to Zamnesia for providing the seeds, and to all the sponsors who support this journey. Deja tu like y síguenos para no perderte nada. Buenos humos.

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

LST'd all of my plants this week. The growth is getting quite amazing! I also trimmed a lot of fan leaves to give the lower growth more light. I'm not really concerned about extending the timeline as I'm going more for quantity more than speed. In total the LST, Trimming and watering took about an hour each, I really enjoyed it though. The third plant that dried out last week seems to have bounced back quickly. I trimmed the leaves that were dried out since they were only going to be a drain.
