Howdy, So this is now the first day of week 14, which is 99 days from sprout, 53 days from when I flipped the lights to 12/12. Still maintaining nutrients at the same levels, topping up on alternate days with RO water or Nutrients. Checked the trichomes under the scope yesterday, but forgot to save the video. So will post a video in a couple days time when I check them again. So far it’s looking like they’re about 75% clear, 24.5% cloudy and the other half percent are made up of translucent amber trichomes. I think she’s still got another 2 weeks in her, as I’ve read that people make the mistake of cutting early because they go off breeders flowering type from the day they flip lights when you should do it from the day you see pistols, which for me was about 8 days into 12/12. Really struggling to keep humidity down, so have a 10L per day dehumidifier coming this week to aid me in the last couple weeks to make sure all this hard work wasn’t for nothing! I needed one anyway to use once this lady is hung up to dry. I am still having to cut off about 5-10 buds per week that are burning unfortunately. I am also in the process of building a grow room around the tent, if I can get it finished, that will mean I can give these ladies some more space and finally be able to raise the lights. I think the better quality smoke will be just under the canopy as I have a feeling the lights are frying off the THC faster than the plant can produce it. Hopefully it can recover once I raise the lights... Anyway, waffling over. 🌱

21 september What a week...nothing but rain. MAROC got chopped, she suffered from mould the worst. Grapefruit does a better job in this terrible weather. Few spot with mould were detected and those branches were removed. Every time keeping alcohol at hand to clean immediatly. Carefull not to spread the stuff. Curled/ twisted leaves, black spot are the first indications of rot. I have taken rotting flowers and leaves out and buried them. 2 weeks with little sleep and carefully checking every bud twice on each visit. Now we have 3 sunny days. She will get chopped before the next rain. Hopefully the sun to come is enough for her too bulk up a bit. I would love those calyxes to be fat and swollen. I have given up on reaching amber trichs. Weather wont allow it.

Last week it rained and it looks like it is going to rain again this week. Frostbanger didn't get any nutrients last week which is okay because it is time to flush. I am flushing earlier than I had planned but it is time to take Frostbanger down!!! It has also been very humid here, around 90% and I am worried about bud rot. Frostbanger is definitely dense and resin covered, just like its description. It also has a very strong smell. I am sure the neighbors can smell it-LOL. This strain has been a pretty easy strain to grow. The weather conditions have been my biggest challenge.

A modest addition of Orca and a bit of boost to feed the fungi has been more than sufficient. This vigorous growth is a clear indicator of the strain's robust genetics and its compatibility with the hydroponic environment. All side branches have been intentionally removed to direct the plant’s energy towards vertical growth, a technique that's paying off with the plant’s current stature. The light intensity remains at a conservative 25% to encourage stretching. New week starts! ☀️12.10.2023 Pre-flowering state begins! There are white stigmas on the top of every plant. My garden is full of nice green bushes. But I'm still worring about they tall: maybe I'll use a SCROG net later, we'll see. Another deal is a roots coming from lower part of trunks. It's because of 80% humadity in the box bottom. I should mount one more ventilator to aerate it. ☀️14.10.2023 78cm tall plants are too large for my box. I considered to mount a SCROG net and another 100w LED lamp to bend them down and give more light. Pre-flowering goes on...

She’s still stretching! This week I removed Voodoo Juice, Tarantula and Piranha, and added B-52 and Bud Factor X (never tried this one before). Since the princess loves this 2ml/L dosage for NPK nutes, I’ll not be touching that for the moment. That seems to be the optimal dosage for a sativa like this. Very nice!

This ones doing well. They got moved into the 4x4 with the jimmy rigged 180w quantum board light built from ceiling tile grid. The tnb co2 is newish but I gotta get the heat up and bring in a more powerful light to take full advantage.

They had a big stretch in about 6 days.Did a slight Defoliation

Beginning of week 3 and I have selected the 4 best plants out of the 6. Those 4 plants have been repotted into Freedom Farms 20l fabric pots with the same FF Formula 1 premixed soil. These plants have been placed into another tent with the 400W MH to finish vegging.

Week 10, transitioned nicely into flower. Had her first and last spray with some Moonshine Sunshine Spray. Stay tuned to see what see ends up like

This week went by fast! They're growing really fast and always hungry! They're getting ready for the flower stage and entering Bloom. They're getting 2L of H20 per day that's pH at 6.8. I water 2x a day! I turn them on at 6am and give them 1L of H20 at 9am that way they're awake and 1L of H2O at 9pm that way they're split. I feed my nutrients at the 9am watering. I pH my nutrient mix somewhere between 5.8 and 6.2. I also have amended the soil with Soil Recharge and that's once a week as well as the Fish Shit and The Stash Blend. Then, I always flush with only pH H20 the day after any nutrient mix. Overall, the plants are healthy and I'm waiting to see how they turn out!

Ora ho sistemato l'areazione e la temperatura va al massimo sui 28°! Ho incrementato la Co2 leggermente, in modo che le piante superino bene quelle ore di caldo! E sembra che stiano bene tutte!
