Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

Strawberry Trop Cherry - STRNG Seeds W18 F9 3/8-14 Harvest week 3/9 The Strawberry Trop Cherry’s hung in the closet hanging to dry. With summer temperatures outside harvest week, the humidity in the garage was over 75% and the temps in the garage were in the mid-70s. I did not want mold after all this work. In the closet with the air conditioner running and the door closed, I can achieve 54-60%rh and temps of 66-74F. The S. Trop Cherry were #1 40’,’ #2 50” tall and inches from the lights and #1 was overshadowed by the Cadillacs. I flushed 3x with flawless finish. I used all 577 wet trim of all 6 plants in the strawberry collection in bubble hash. I was in awe as the bagged leaves swirled in the washing machine, the water was Kool-Aid red and later was a deep wine red. The strawberries show their true colors. These were harvested on 3/9 and dried for 2 weeks dry weights taken on 3/27. Strawberry Trop Cherry 1 149g wet 10g dry Strawberry Trop Cherry 2 522g wet 62g dry This totals 72 grams or 2.57 ounces The yield is like my previous auto harvests. For a photo period strain I think the yield would have been larger per plant given their size. The taller Cadillacs overshadowed these as they were pushed to one side. The smaller harvest is confirming my preference for growing autoflowers since the harvest is about the same size but is finished in 8-10 weeks seed to harvest rather than 18-20 or more. What’s up Growmie’s!? New grow, new genetics Truffle Treats by BeLeaf. It’s been busy, I’ve had a few grows going at the same time, and it’s getting hard to keep up, but this Grow deserves to be documented, if the pheno is there, they should be FROSTY ☃️ Started by soaking 4 beans in a glass of distillled water with a shot of hydrogen peroxide for about 6 hours. Once soaked, I planted directly into starter pots and placed humidity domes to increase the RH. Temps were set to about 78 degrees and RH was hovering near 75% or more. It took 36 hours after planting for me to see the first sprouts, and throughout the day they all popped up.

I cannot believe how much growth this week!!! I think she has almost doubled in size!! For the first time I've had to higher the light fixture. It is now almost as high as I can put it. I'm kinda regretting not FIMing her now...... I hope she does not grow much more in height!

I’m just giving water this week and she seems to be doing great, happy color and healthy stems! I’m going to be giving a tea in addition to their watering some time soon but other than that she’s been on cruise control 🤙 I did alternate my fans around in the tent to avoid wind burn and I also added a dehumidifier to my room that has my grow tent so I can gradually bring the RH down as needed. If there’s anything I can do to improve please, feel free to let me know!

So this is the first round for 2023. This year will be USA PREMIUM quality and types. I did the last upgrade on my growing tent so everything is set for newcomer. I really excited about this year, this will be a brutal grow year.

Update time. (1 day early) During week 8 Watered once with compost tea (Worm castings and unsulfured molasses) Light defoliation every few days on bottom leaves/popcorn buds Noticed some of the girls fan leaves are darker than others. These autos are very sensitive to nutes/light/watering. **Promoted to Apprentice Grower. Thanks!! :D Plan for week 9 Planning on adding phosphate/potassium with dry amendments one more time during this week. Nitrogen seems to be showing a bit high in a few of the girls and not in the others. Not sure if its early N toxicity or just the genes of the plants. Feeding each one the same. Watering with regular PH water 6.6-6.8 (checking run off) More minor defoliation as I see fit. Overall really happy still with this grow! I am definitely a "Newbie" when it comes to growing Autos so this is a great learning experience. I have noticed these girls really don't need too heavy of nutrients and are very sensitive plants. Día 22. Las plantas van muy bien. Veo un buen tamaño de flores y buena cantidad por ahora. Espero que sigan en ese camino. Estimo que van a ser unas 9 semanas de floración en total. Así que entrando en la 4ta semana, estimo que voy a empezar a usar el overdrive desde la próxima semana. Seguramente voy a tener que hacer otra defoliación. Día 24. La floración viene muy bien. Las plantas van engordando parejo. Aproveché que algunas plantas están más bajas en altura y coincide en diagonal, así que puse la luz en diagonal para lograr una distancia pareja a la luz con todas las plantas. Voy a leer algunos diarios para ver cuando jan empezado a usar overdrive de advanced.

12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Added another 150w of 3000k below the canopy. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season.
