4/18 - 4/20: She's coming along nicely! 4/22: I FIM'd her today and gave her about 20oz of water with cal-mag, humic acid, and boomerang and foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. Later, I rinsed off all the plants with a stiff stream of filtered water in preparation for tomorrow. 4/23: Today was BoomBoom Spray day! I just love how visible the growth is the day after a BoomBoom Spray day!😲 Tomorrow I'll spray her down with Axiom Harpin a|b proteins..she'll start flowering soon and I want her hitting her stretch with mega-vigor.👈 4/24: I did a foliar application of Harpin proteins and fed her with about 1/4-gallon. 😊 I removed all the cool white and blue light, and turned on the 3rd set of QB's and bud boosters so she will get her stretch on- I also reduced her photoperiod to 20 hours so she can start getting some beauty sleep. I also tied down her apex cola today. 4/25: Didn't have much time today, but I looked in on her. It's getting crowded in here, so I'll remove all the photos (clones and seedlings) tomorrow. So far this week I am starting to germinate 4 seeds. 2 are blue dream matic and the other 2 are pineapple Express auto from Fast Bud genetics. I also did a leak test on my diy undercurrent rdwc set up. I should have seedlings by the end of the week. Update 1. Both blue dream have 1/2inch tap roots and 1 pineapple Express has a 1/4 inch tap root. The other one has just opened up. Hopefully that doesnt mean they are going to be slow growers. Update 2. Sorry I dont have any more pictures this week. I dropped my phone and now my camera doesn't work. The 2 blue dream matic are about an inch tall and in rock wool. The 2 pineapple Express auto have not sprouted yet. The tap roots are slowly getting longer. I think it may be the temp of the seed starter. I purchased a seedling mat and have them on it. So hopefully I will have 2 more sprouts. I also have been fighting with fixing the leaks in the buckets. So I bought some flex seal spray and it worked!

This was their last week! Harvested on Day 60. Smells are incredible, tricomes are carpeted and have a good mix of amber and cloudy. Love the wireless microscope I got of Amazon ❤️ i gave the girls their last watering on day 55 , and I watered till I had about 15% runoff. I like to whole plant hang dry my plants in my tent, hopefully, aiming for about 60 degrees and 60% humidity for about 10-14 days. Typically the more there is, the longer it takes. i cant wait! 🤤

Day 70: Brain Cake seemed thirsty and wanting more nutrients: Topped off water yesterday, added +3ml of hyro A&B and +1ml of power roots & pure enzyme. EC went from 0.8 -> 1.0 Day 71: Brain Cake is showing symptoms, many top leaves have deformed tips and light interveinal chlorosis starting on opposite end of the tip and dark interveinal chlorosis at the end of the tip. EC is 0.8-0.9 (not very accurate meter :/ ) Not sure whether this is a nutrient deficiency or excess/lockout. The ph has been between 5.6 and 6.5 most of the time the past week, the reservoir change was 4-5 days ago. Plagron indicates to give more hydo A&B in proportion to their roots and enzyme nutrients in the first weeks of flowering (during veg these are given in proportion), so maybe these new problems are due to the different balance of nutrients that I may have times wrongly. Finally the problems may be due to the water reservoirs holding approx 12 liters in practice and the Brain Cake drinks approx 2-3.5L a day so maybe the water res is very unstable but after a day the PH usually remains in range and the EC usually drops a bit the first day after adding nutrients and stays pretty stable the rest of the week. Any suggestions are more than welcome! Day 72: Yesterday evening made an upgraded reservoir for the Brain Cake dwc (as we suspect the leaf problems may be due to instable water because of small res and roots nearly completely filling the res). Now the Brain Cake is in a 60L box with approx 32L of water, EC set to 1.0 and ph 5.7-6.5. She seems to be happy, nice and perky this morning. FYI the roots seem more orange in the video! They are on the white side though, just a bit of stain from the nutrients but looking very good overall.

This was the girls last week of Veg. ❤️ I did a big defoliation, the lit in my 4x4 custom SCROG netting and started tucking and bending the tops down to fill the spaces. They were looking pretty scraggly for a day or two after the defoliation, but within a few days the screen was filling out. I have a daily routine of lights on, tuck and bend, no weaving and then just before lights out I’ll do the same. Temps were good, watering has been vigorous. They are very thirsty! Feeding about 1 1/2 gallons every feed now, the 4 gallon pots are a bit undersized but I wanted to see what could Come of These slightly taller pots, rather than the wider regular sized pots. Haven’t had to add humidity this week, pretty consistent around 60%. At the end of the week I changed the light cycle to a 12/12 for flowering ❤️👊🇨🇦

Day 141 10/06/25 Tuesday Harvested the Orange Apricot Glue XL today! This run of autos I haven't done any dark period before harvest except, I managed to catch them just as lights were coming on. She has performed amazingly in consideration that she was only in a 2.5L pot. In hindsight, I now know I am able to do a SOG with small auto pots. Making for an exciting next run. Upon harvesting the OAG XL, The pungent smell of citrus, diesel and fruity twists is intoxicating. The buds are dense and compact, with formed calyx's boasting with trichomes. Wet weight on this was 427g of buds. (All wet trim gets dried in hangers and used for making butter later) To my suprise a super easer one to trim as she was mainly buds and fan leaves. She is now hanging drying in a 80x80 tent , with a small fan on low @ netted window entrance, facing down to circulate air from bottom to top. An exhausting fan with carbon filter also runs 2x a day for 1 hour. This lasted for 8days before humidity dropped to 49%. I have now put into containers to allow inner moisture to pull through now. After 3-4 more days she will have final trim and placed into Terp Loc Grove Bags to cure. Once curing I shall do a smoke report, dry bud weight, and update journal. Hello everyone, fellow growers! my girls continue the vegetative phase without problems with the sog technique. We are testing a new line of fertilizers and so far they are doing pretty well. excellent nuggets are expected!

Well its a late update from down under.. and its been shit. No other words for it. After all that un seasonal tropical rain a month back my Caramelo was hating life with water logged roots and was wilting badly for more days than id like, she recovered just fine... or so I thought. Thats when I noticed the Spider mites and a small patch of mould rot on a pre flower bud, so I grabbed my trusty Lime Sulfur bottle and made up what I THOUGHT was my usual 1/2 strength mix to use.....But turns out due to a new smaller bottle and me using the wrong mix to start with (I normally use 1/2 the 30ml per lt mix for seedlings even on fully mature plants to avoid burning em, But I used the 50mls per ltr ratio at what I thought was 1/2 strength) AND my old bottle turns out to be 1.25ltrs and my new one was 750mls!! So long story finalized is I used 1.25 X the normal strength mix and burnt the shit out of ALL new shoots and pre flowers. Thus why im only posting a vid of the cat with the ZkittleZ who is loving life harder than any plant Ive had before -So will be focusing a bit more on her for a while now.

Left it over the weekend with no water and it looks like we got some great growth. The fungus mosquitos came back unfortunately, gonna need to figure out a better solution. Next week we flower!

Esta semana la planta ha aumentado mucho el consumo de agua, han sido días calurosos que ayudan a aumentar el metabolismo de los cultivos, principalmente en esta etapa de crecimiento. Además, dos riegos profundos con Bio estimulantes con una concentración EC de 1.25, de momento, espero a una definición mayor de las flores para aumentar la cantidad y tipo de nutrientes. Kaiydaan started showing signs of Flowering early last week. A few stigmas, Pre-Flowering, but still more Vegetative. So I decided to consider this week "Flowering". She was popping stigmas before 21 days. So far these WeedSeedsExpress genetics have shown to be exceptional. I will be slowly reducing her Veg feedings and slowly working in Bloom nutrients. I feed very sparingly as the soil has been amended with all the good stuff, organically. I think my light may have been too close, so I raised it a couple of inches to 20". I'm not 100% sure it was too close, but it's better to be safe than sorry. July 1, 2021 Little calyxes have started showing all over Kaiydaan. Kaiydaan has really breezed into Flowering without any hiccups *knock on wood. July 2, 2021 I did some tucking-of-the-leaves and some mild LST on the entire crop. I had to tuck one of Kaiydaan's taller tops. I snapped one of her other tops, but quickly got her into 🚑Urgent Care and she's as right as rain. July 3, 2021 That main top, I tucked on Kaiydaan, has turned right back up and has put on some height. Trichomes are starting to pop and the leaves are sticky. She still has no smell or none that I've noticed. July 5, 2021 I'm still dialing back the Veg nutrients on Kaiydaan and Freeman. J is still vegging strong, very light defoliation as she is ALL tops. We're only 1 month away until My Freeman's birthday! July 6, 2021 I just watered the girls, they're not big drinkers yet, a liter every 3 days. J seems to be a different Pheno from the rest. Her leaves have more texture and she appears to be all tops (likely due to the FIM'ing she underwent) and she is over a week behind Kaiydaan and Freeman.

Moved these girls into the flower room at the end of this week.🌺 Gave them their first week of bloom nutes. 💉

Took a while to get there but OMG little note quick! So I started her in a 1 litre pot and stuck her on top of a 1.5L Pepsi bottle with the top chopped off! And she yielded heavily for that amount of soil a whopping! 224.63 wet weight so can’t wait to see what she holds dry because them buds were like boulders! So dense! I will be back to document her dry weight and then a couple of weeks later with the update on the smoke report! But I know it’s going to be so loud! She has deep pungent aromas like gassy and sweet! She’s going to be a powerhouse! She was a little over as today a banana developed but that just tells me “well done” timing just right! She’s a little long for my taste of auto but I do suggest anyone grow her she’s amazing! In the end!
