Good morning, time for the weekly update! Today is day 34 of flower and I’m starting to miss the training, topping, and busy days of veg growth! Just peek in on them once a day and water anymore, getting boring! Last week they got one watering with silica and one with fish shit, week 6 of flower is starting so after this week I’ll probably just be giving them plain ph water. I hope the flowers have stacked well and start to put on some weight now, maybe you guys can give me some feed back on how the buds are looking at this stage! Thanks for reading see ya next week :)

I did bend her down and she's doing Great! I think i will Mainline her or so it Like i did with the Fastberry. The topping went good. She recovers from the Stress pretty fast and ist doing a grat Job! Looking forward. Stay tuned 🤙🏽

Bienvenidos cultivadores de marihuana clandestinos, y también, a los que tienen la fortuna de no serlo!🖐️👨‍🌾 Quince semanas de vida de esta cepa psicodélica, cinco semanas desde el paso a floración 12/12h! La planta avanza hacia la gloria subida en un pedestal para estar más cerca de la luz, los brotes cada vez más protagonistas, la masa foliar intacta, apenas se está desprendiendo de hojas, ella necesita toda la energía, esta planta por su tamaño y masa le está entrando buena luz por todos lados. Buen consumo de agua teniendo en cuenta la maceta old-school, riego profundamente cada cuatro días con una cantidad equivalente al 15% de los litros de tierra de la maceta. La planta además está mostrando un apetito insaciable, todo le gusta y en grandes cantidades, los últimos 5 riegos con EC por encima de 1.6, hasta 2.5 en el último riego, esta es la planta a la que más comida estoy dando, cada vez diferente, tal y como me gusta a mi también... todo por la causa! Alimento la planta con mezclas variadas de Bio Nutrientes y a la vez alimento la tierra con nuevas capas de mulch que traigo de las hojas desechadas por la propia planta, las trituro y las añado al sustrato, estas hojas todavía húmedas han demostrado que es un excelente hábitat para la proliferación de la microbiología aeróbica, actualmente todo el mulch de mis cultivos tiene un tacto grasiento, esto es la señal inequívoca de la humificación de la materia orgánica del mulch, además, esta semana he añadido como enmiendas secas harina de huesos (Ca, P...) y Guano de gusano de la harina o mealfrass (P,K, Mg...), este guano para mi es excelente, pues promueve como ninguno la proliferación de la microbiología y es de más fácil digestión que los clásicos guanos de aves o murciélago, también tengo una fórmula donde he solubilizado este guano con Microrganismos de Montaña Activados (MMA) y Pasto Fermentado, demostrando ser un compuesto fantástico para reavivar cultivos perezosos. I harvested on day 55 flower. She smells great and the yield looks pretty decent. super dense buds! I decided to harvest earlier- 8 weeks vs 9 weeks to get a more energetic high out of the blueberry :)

Semana 6: Engorde Precoz Las Auto Pablo Escobar dejan atrás el estirón y enfocan toda su energía en engordar cogollos. Los cálices se inflan con ritmo, los pistilos empiezan a cambiar de tono, y el olor se hace más denso. El verde sigue intenso, la planta está en su mejor forma. Removed autoflower and put her in her own pot outside the tent. Foliars applied in strong blue 430nm with 4000hz tone. 20min dose prior to application. In essence, you're seeing a combination of the infrared light reflected by the plant, which the camera perceives as red, and any residual visible blue light the plant reflects, which results in a purple hue. I was doing more stretching of the stems, adjusting weights, just a little too much, and it snapped almost clean. I got a little lucky in that it was still connected, wrapped her almost instantly while holding her in place with yoyos. I am hopeful she will recover and reconnect the xylem and phloem channels. Oopsy level stress event. ANTHOCYANINS!

25.05. 🌿 Day 25 – Stretching Begins! The plants have noticeably stretched since the last update — a clear sign that they’re moving deeper into the vegetative phase. The vertical growth is picking up pace, but they’re still looking strong and well-balanced. Despite the rapid upward growth, structure remains solid, with thick stems and healthy leaf development. The 19L pots and BioGrow feeding seem to be doing their job — no signs of deficiencies or stress. Light distance and environment are being carefully managed to control the stretch and keep the plants from getting too lanky. So far, they’re adapting really well. 💪 Overall: they’re thriving! —————————————————————— 27.05.

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Remember, For every molecule of glucose produced during photosynthesis, a plant needs to split six molecules of water. This process provides the hydrogen needed for synthesizing glucose and other organic compounds, while oxygen is released as a byproduct. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration. RuBisCO is a very large enzyme that constitutes a significant proportion (up to 50%) of leaf soluble protein and requires large investments in nitrogen. Insufficient nitrogen supply limits the plant's ability to produce adequate amounts of RuBisCO, thereby limiting the overall capacity for photosynthesis and carbon fixation. Maintaining the optimal, slightly alkaline pH is crucial for the proper function and regeneration of Rubisco. Deviations in either direction (too high or too low) disrupt the enzyme's structure, activation state, and interaction with its substrates, leading to decreased activity and impaired RuBP regeneration. (Lime/yellowing) Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. For those high-intensity workouts when 1 meal a day is just not enough! Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The plant was getting a little limey yellow in the centre. Shortly thereafter, she was back in business, green mostly regenerated. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems. Confidence is evidence... nothing more. This out grow for me is extreme, cause daylight time less than 12 hours, Just awful weather, and at night temperature is 15 degrees. Despite all the difficulties Blackberry grows very vigorously and healthy. I am sure this strain will grow in any conditions.Nice genetics. Plant have already started flowering, so fast, and easy strain. For now buds r green, maybe just got the green pheno, or still early and i will see purple colors, color is not important to me. Blütewoche 3 – Radikale Entlaubung & Pflanzenpflege Zeitraum: Vom 05. Juni bis 12. Juni Zu Beginn dieser Woche habe ich mich an eine großflächige Entlaubung gemacht, da sich das Blätterdach der Pflanze sehr üppig entwickelt hatte. Diesmal war es ein richtiger Radikalschnitt – es ging ordentlich Blattmasse verloren. Ziel war, mehr Licht an die unteren Triebe zu bringen und die Luftzirkulation zu verbessern. Um der Pflanze bei der Regeneration unter die Arme zu greifen, habe ich 6 Liter Wasser mit EM1 (Effektive Mikroorganismen) gegossen, um das Bodenleben zu stärken und die Pflanze vital zu halten. Verlust von Trieben: Leider sind mir beim Entlauben drei Äste abgebrochen. Zwei davon haben es nicht überlebt – eine jedoch hat sich erstaunlicherweise wieder erholt. Trotz des Verlusts konnte ich keine ernsthafte Beeinträchtigung der Gesamtstruktur erkennen. Beobachtung möglicher Mangelerscheinung: Zwischenzeitlich sah es kurzzeitig nach einem leichten Mangel aus. Blätter wurden von innen heller, am äußeren Rand dunkler, und wölbten sich etwas nach innen. Doch schon einen Tag später sah die Pflanze wieder völlig normal aus, also alles im grünen Bereich. Wurmhotel & Spezialfutter für die Würmer: Um das Bodenleben zusätzlich zu fördern, habe ich meinen Würmern etwas hochwertiges Wurmfutter gegönnt, bestehend aus: - gemahlenem Pilznährmalz - Kälbmehl - Neemcake - Algenkalk - Naturpur Grieß Davon streue ich wöchentlich eine Hand voll über die Erde sowie gezielt in die Wurmhotels. Und siehe da, zwei Tage später war alles restlos verschwunden! Die Würmer waren deutlich aktiv und sichtbar am Futtern. Sehr erfreulich zu sehen, wie lebendig und gesund das Mikrobiom im Boden ist. Allgemeiner Zustand & Wachstum: Im weiteren Verlauf der Woche habe ich die Äste weiter nach außen gezogen, um die Fläche optimal auszunutzen. Durch die Entlaubung kam nun spürbar mehr Licht an die unteren Bereiche, die Triebe entwickelten sich prächtig und schossen sichtbar in die Höhe. Maße am Ende der Woche: Breite: ca. 65 cm Höhe: ca. 15 cm Blütenentwicklung: Die Pflanze befindet sich jetzt klar in der Anfangsphase der Blüte. Die Blütenansätze sind deutlich sichtbar und zeigen ein gleichmäßiges, gesundes Wachstum. Die Pflanze wirkt insgesamt sehr vital und kräftig. Bis zur nächsten Woche!

My biggest mistake of this grow was using peat pots (pictured above) for the seedlings. They are advertised as though they are to be put right in the ground. Unfortunately, they don't decompose fast enough. This bound the roots and made for a very stunted grow. I finally tore them off and put the plants directly in the soil and things have improved dramatically. I used them last spring for my vegetable garden and had horrible results. I assumed it was a soil problem. Now, I know the pots were the issue. The big news this week is the soil. Two of my plants are in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend. The third plant is in Fox Farm Ocean Forest. The two in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend look so much better than the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Plant.

Over all + Speed Auto is doing well. Seemed a bit slow taking off but she is progressing nicely. Had (1) seedling that completely stalled out. I went ahead and germinated another bean which was placed in soil (germinated tap root about 2 inches long) 5/18. Day 7: + Speed Auto showing second leaves coming in. Still slightly yellow, might be hungry or slightly over-watered. Will feed nutes in the next few days and see. Temp: 75º RH 75% PPFD: 300 VPD: .41 kPa Day 8: Just misting no water or nutes yet. Looking good. Temp: 75º RH 75% PPFD: 300 VPD: .41 kPa Day 9: Fed 2ml Cal-Mag, 2 ml FloraMicro, 1ml FlorGro, 1ml FloraBloom PH 6.2. Temp: 75º RH 70% PPFD: 400 VPD: .72 kPa Day 10: Responging well to nutes. Looking much darker green today, must have been hungry for nutes. Temp: 70º RH 75% PPFD: 400 VPD: .72 kPa Day 11/: Growing and looking darker green today. New leaf growth. Replanted new + Speed Auto in 3 gallon pot. ProMix HP. Temp: 77º RH 55% PPFD: 500 VPD: .67 kPa Day 12/Day 1: +Speed looking healthy. New seedling popped/ Day 1 under humidity dome (Gatorade bottle cut in half). Temp: 73º RH 62% PPFD: 500 VPD: .67 kPa Day 13/Day 2: New leaf growth. + Speed seedling coming along. Temp: 75º RH 60% PPFD: 500 VPD: .62 kPa Day 14/Day 3: New leaf growth. Fed 4ml FloraMicro, 6ml FloraGro, 3ml FloraBloom and 2ml CalMag. Seedling got spritzed/sprayed and left humidity dome in place. Roughly 1" tall with first leaves coming in. Seems to be doing better without rapid rooter start. Temp: 78º RH 61% PPFD: 500 VPD: .76 kPa

3 seeds from barneys farm : zkittlez Og auto. Diary : Day 1: I dug a pit and cleaned my dirt with metal grid and a wheelbarrow & Installed the greenhouse. Day 2 : I rotated my dirt and added universal soil. 4 x 70l to area of 6m2 . I also planted seeds in universal soil without sprouting first. Day 3 : I gave water and checked for sprouts. Bought moist meter and dripping hose. Installed those and making the greenhouse more moisty now. Putted seeds in small sprout basket for now. Feeling : Verry happy for my first time. Lots to learn.. . Excited

I want to thank all the growers that take the time to post their work and results, these journals were invaluable in my grow. I also want to thank Royal Queen Seeds for making such a resilient plant available to people like me... I really tortured this girl. Site update really ruined the experience of posting for me for the moment ... so Im going to take a break for a bit and perfect my craft on my own while it works out the kinks.... I cant post many pics, the order of which I can organize them is locked out or moves to another position, and it takes forever to fully load the page so I can edit or update. But I 'really' wanted to finish this journal, so here it is. I promise to be back better than ever once the site works it all out. Hopefully not too long. This was my first seed to weed grow and I learned a lot. I hope my notes, pictures, and videos benefit someone else as well. My results were not typical, Im sure I could have done better, and I will continue on my path to learning and becoming an experienced cultivator of cannabis with skills I can be proud of.

Day 23 They are getting very hungry/thirsty they take much water and love the higher nutrient content!!! 🙀 Green gelato buds already smell nice a little hint of citrus and they fatten up good... Sweet ZZ still isnt showing a hint of the stretch I was hoping for ... hopefully she will get enaught light.. Fruit Spirit going fast and better than expected. I know there are some yellow / brownish leafs.... but i wont pick them unless its bad because i gave her heavy defo all the way and just want her to relax and get fat now for the rest of her life =) Day 28 Lowered the light about 10 cm to just 35-30 cm distance and so far they like it =) Also installed a fan under the scrog in the middle of the 4 pots for air circulation under the buds The Sweet ZZ Finally really developes some flowers (yessss was a bit worryed) Green Gelato just is a beast 100% love the genetic so awsome!! no topping just lst and scrog and that girl even goas better than the 2 weeks longer vegged Fruit Spirits. respect to RQS for breeding that girl cant wait to try the auto version got 5 seeds ready to go =P Fruit Spirit starts do get some nice berry like smell and looks like shes gonna finish early. so i guess when they are ready for the chop i will replace them with some autos maybe cookies and blueberry or something will see week 4 finished untill now im very happy with the outcome 😁
