Hello Diary, I apologize right away for the large number of photos, but it is important for me to document as best I can. This week I also photographed on a black background because they are really beautiful plants. So Medusa F1 is incredibly fast, after only four weeks of flowering, the first Medusa F1 is approaching harvest. I checked the trichomes under a microscope and most of them are milky, on the lower branches the ratio is 50/50. So I will wait a few more days, monitor the situation and harvest at the right time. This time I photographed the second Medusa, a really beautiful plant, but it has not yet matured like the first one. Considering the number of photos, I will not describe the appearance too much, therefore the smell, incredible. No other strain has had such an intense and strong smell so far on my small farm, I am very much looking forward to trying this new strain. Watering is more frequent, every three days I water them with almost 4 liters of water per plant. The conditions are excellent, 25 degrees and less than 40% humidity in the air. Here's how it went last week. 09/03/2023 - Day - 44. Watering. I lowered the p.H. at 6.0 and with 7 liters of water, I watered both plants evenly. 12/03/2023 - Day - 47. Watering and checking trichomes with a microscope. I repeated the watering procedure as I did three days earlier. 14/03/2023 - Day - 49. Photography and video. this time, after the grow box, I also photographed the plants on a black background. It was worth every effort. This weekend I also visited Spannabis, a great event and I'm really grateful to have met some new people in the industry and also some great growers. I'll definitely see you next year. I did her first water change on day 10 upped the nutrient dose and increased the reservior to 12 gallons. Gave her the first dose of armor si and humic acid. I topped her on day 12 to start 4 main branches. Will most likely top again and start training in about a week depending on how she wants to grow. The goal is a maximum of 5 weeks veg if I they cooperate. The first set of leaves came out a little abnormal but I am sure the next set will be fine. They are under 240w qb and a galaxyhydro pulling about 140w for now. Will be adding more qb when I spread the buckets out.

As seeing some deficiency pop up after flush. Also some stress from light. Added dome Cal mag, Alaska fish fertilizer and it started cleaning up. Added another king Brite 240 raised the lights and set them at 45000 lux evenly accross the tent. Everything looks like it's doing better. Defoliated a massive amount on most of the plants which you'll see in week 9. After I did it the 2 smallest plants started taking off. Dropped off c02 till the recovered. Only getting co2 @1100 ppm for 6 hours, 2 hours after they wake up to start. Still around 600ppm when lights go out and then down to 380 during dark.

Well, this is week five and these lovely ladies are taking off. The only problems I have had (knock on wood) was the autopots valve sticking and flooding occasionally. I think I have them figured out though. Customer service from them is amazing. I will as always update throughout the week. Take care and happy growing. 🙂

Smells Sweet, amazing Taste, heavy nugs

DAY 50 f (a day late !)!: Hi all. Thankfully i am on the mend now and starting to function again so could get back to the fun that is growing. After a week of the girls going it alone with a very very light watering only . They have proven the lack of need in my help !!!. Gutting to see them not care that i was ill and just keep growing anyway ... not sure if this is a part of the disease resistant qualities or nature proving we really get in the way ?. Lol Their week has been about ripening the pistils and trichs by the look of them now. All of the strains are really showing their proven genetics off so well . Even the stunted Mexican has added a little "something ,something " this week. They are smelling so unique between the strains with the six shootwr being the most pungent with her diesel overtones. All nice and tacky to touch with a week to add even more trichs and oils. The Strawberry An exciting ending in sight now...

Growing Fast Buds Tangie'Matic again. This was one of the first strains I grew and I had great results the first time. Looking forward to seeing if I can up my game at all this time. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Great first week: 4x4 grow tent with 350 watt dimmable Viparspectra LED. -Germinated all 4 in paper towel between plates. -Planted in Solo cups -Solo cup needed extra soil mid week. -Going strictly off nutrients in soil and things are going great. -Started light on lowest setting for 3 days and have it at full strength by the end of the week

Well the girls are all doing good and I haven't had a problem with any of the girls as of yet . The team at fastbuds has some great beans the plants are all doing so dam good and the smells each plant is just tasty as hell I can tell all ready. The blackberry is so sweet smelling I can not wait to get these girls hanging and drying I'm overly excited and can't wait to see the end results here good luck every body and cheers ...

Meow! Week 4 is upon us! We adjusted her ties this week and removed a few of the larger top fans..her color is nice and uniform..her bud development looks closer to week 3 than 4 but she'll probably start plumping quick in the next week..we lost half of our flower lighting for most the week, we use a dual 315watt and one side of the ballast had a short..we remedied this and ordered another 315watt CMH..now that we have more light than we need, moving from a 4ft an 8ft flowering tent may be in our future... thank for reading and happy growing 🐱 7/12/21- light defoliation thru the center to base and removed some large fans from the top of the main stems
