Moved the whole veg tent into the flower tent😍 Done the final flush on the 2 plants in the front of the tent, should have them cut down in the next 3 days to make some more room for the rest of the ladies! Everything seems to be going good so far! Fingers crossed for harvest & cure!🤞🏼✌️🏼🌱

Alot of trial and error on this gal and shes fast to spring back, resilient to a lot-- hot res temps, training, etc. beautiful plant and genetics!

Wednesday, January 27 Fed plants yesterday(26JAN) 3/4ga each plant. 2tsp/ga ratio of Bud Candy pH’d @6.3’s. Have a compost tea brewing that I will feed them tomorrow. Compost tea is comprised of 1 Cup of worm castings and a 1/4 Cup of bone meal powder. Bone meal powder is a great source of calcium and phosphorus to help in the flowering stage. I also added 1.5tsp of Great White Myco root powder to 3ga of compost tea. This morning I noticed little white hairs growing out of pistils all over the plants! Finally, signs of early flowering since switching to a 12/12 light schedule this past Saturday. Plants have shown a sizable amount of stretch in the past couple weeks so I’ve projected at about 6-8 weeks from now for a harvest? Day 1 - Ended up with 6 this run. Just popped their heads out of the coco This is a DWC run, 5/6 autoflowers All seeds from both seed companies germinated 100% It’s a coco perlite mix with a few clay pebbles at the bottom of the pots. Gorilla cookies FF and Tropicana cookies auto were started 3 -4 days after the others. (GC in dirt/ perlite ,will be mother plant) All is good Strawberry gorilla most vigorous one so far

So I am harvesting sweet Bourbon Kush Autoflower. It grew really fast. It smells like a wooddy sweet Bourbon. Hence the name. 🤷. She grew great for me in coco/perlite in a 1.5 gallon Potter. She has a great smell, great frost. Looks delicious. I am super eager to try the results. Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

Well we thought something was wrong with our white widow being that from one day to the other she was crooked and looking Ill.. so we cut her way before time.. BUT (bud hehe) after closer inspection it was a block of in the autopot.. so she prolly could have bounced back..

Veg Week 4 Day 28 to 34 - 4/24 to 4/30 A lot more to talk about this week. It's time to start the AutoPot resevoir feed, 2nd Topping, and Wire Training I waited until I saw 3 new nodes of growth (day 29) and then I topped those branches back to the first node leaving a stump for the new nodes to grab as they swell in growth. The branches are quite more stretched than I am used to, so a break is required on the Y branches as they thicken up. I tried not to break the skin and used knitting needles to smash the branches where I wanted them to bend. All went well. I then used ties to the soil to hold them down while they turn back up to the lights. By the end of the week I moved the wire ties to anchor on the main stem instead of the soil Feed this week was a reservoir feed of 200ppm total before add-ins. I used 200ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and then added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0). I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.1 Feed plan next week will be a another ph decrease and nute increase. Things did'nt go as planned. I decided to harvest her this week, she was 7weeks in to flowering and looked allready good. The forecast predicted some stormy weather for the next week and i did'nt want to take the risk to get her destroyed because of the weater or deseases. besides that she had 40% of orange growhairs and milky trichomes. If the weather was going to be better i would have let her life a week or 2 longer. update: We are one month after harvest the buds are dry and have been (or are still) curing. Its allready pretty smokeable! 'best homegrown I ever had' is a frequent comment when i let others taste the buds.

She's starting to show me why she's called Sherbet... getting some orang-ish throughout the buds & leaves are starting with a hint of deep purple. Using dirty aquarium water has been going great through flowering so far, no nitrogen toxicity. 3/11/22 - Defoliated for the last time! Defoliated so there's no moisture buildup between leaves, preventing PM. There were so many leaves, it looked pretty like a beautiful bush - but my intuition told me that those are going to hold too much moisture. Now there is enough space for the buds to fill out with even airflow throughout. They don't look as beautifully full after defoliation but they'll be cleaner & easier to trim come the end of flower. 7/16 some plants are showing yellowing in the leaves and one the plants has branches drooping. theyre flimsy as is. same plant is showing airy buds, almost no bud structure. maybe will pack on weight a little bit? probably not 7/18 could be a nitrogen issue. considering theyre autos, i shouldve dialed it back before flower 7/22 plants are still throwing out pistils

Day 97 and the grow box is battling to stay at 16 degrees as the garage drops to -2 degrees. I made my first ever compost tea for a batch of homemade super soil that I’m feeding. I gave the girls a drink of that yesterday, although stopped with the biobizz nutrients a few days ago. Will stick to water and slowly flushing from now on. It’s finally started to smell a wee bit like weed but it’s not noticeable in amongst all my fermenting jars of the various homemade KNF nutrients. I’d highly recommend getting into making your own KNF nutrients….lots of good fun. I started making Fish Amino Acid tonight so the whole garage is looking a bit like I rented storage space to Jeffrey Dahmer. In the video, the first plant on screen is the Skywalker and the smaller one is the. Orange bud. Both have not grown much in last few days (16 degrees or end of life territory?). I’m looking out for the clear to milky but I can’t really tell with my shitty magnifying glass. I’m fed up smoking ‘session weed’ and got Skywalker on the go in the hope I can tap into that 26% thc they boast about. So don’t want to chop it too early. The second I see one amber trichome, auld Luke is getting the chop. May then leave the orange bud for a bit longer to see if less competition causes it to bulk a bit.
