24-07-21 Week 5 Flowering Day 34 🙌🏻 I apologize if I'm not active lately I've been busy and haven't had time to upload any updates. 😬💚 Today we are in the fifth week of flowering! As you can see two plants are missing..😅 That have been removed from the tent due to (hermaphroditism) I don't know what caused this. But I only managed to save the Meringue which is growing outside, she is fine now and in shape! I removed her because I found a seed on her, at the time of the beginning of the general flowering of the plants. While the K-Mintz I had to kill her because she kept growing only seeds without seeing any female sex signs. I didn't have choice. Leaving the latter, the survivors are the Lemon Tree and the Mimosa. I'm really happy with them! They are strong despite having had some problems due to wrong PH value (7.1) now it seems for a week to have corrected the right value bringing it to 6.5 at the drainage of the plants. DAY 66 from EMERGENCE......still struggle with RH. Made adjustments with set up to increase circulation/airflow. Hard to see thru jewlera loop sometimes Clear: 40-50% Cloudy: 35-45% Amber: 5-10% White pistols are 40% orange. Any brown hairs are from mechanical damage of me leaning over and I brush the top colas. I know I know. I wear full PPE. Always wear gloves if possible. Keep clean! STARTING FLUSH TODAY. 7-10 days (I know studies say you DO NOT have to flush, especially with hydro, I would with soil, but that's my opinion). Might add some bloom depending on how they look. RH: 45-50% Temp: 74⁰F. VPD: 1.3-1.6 (i know) H2O temp: 72⁰F (I know).... 3 circulating fans, 1 air intake, 1 exhaust. Vents open or tent open to help with stats. Last week blizzard, this week rain for 6 days. Usually open windows for fresh air but can't. Added dehumidifier to lung room and standing oscillating fan to keep air moving in lung room. Día 88 y penúltimo antes del corte. Ya se aplicó Flawless Finish para un acabado impecable como su nombre lo indica. Siempre prefiero hacer el lavado de raiz solo aplicando agua en las últimas 2 semanas, pero esta vez lo hice aplicando el finalizador y luego los últimos riegos con agua purificada. La verdad es que estoy contento con los resultados de esta nena, que es hermosa por cierto, desprende olores ácidos, cítricos, dulces. Los colores son hermosos y las flores están rebosantes de tricomas, lo que la vuelve muy vistosa. Es todo por ahora, estaré manteniendoles informados en estos últimos días. Buenos humos! 👽

Harvest time!!! Sadly one plant was taken by either an angry farmer or a lucky one, but the smaller plant did make it all the way. There´s things I will change next time around for huerilla growths in general. 1.) No more photoperiodic strains for outside grows. Takes too long and they hardly ever mature in my part of the world. 2.) I will add soil/nutrition for the plants next time. Now I have tried going the natural way and I´m happy I did. It was a nice minty smoke, but honestly I would liked more than 2 joints for half a year of waiting 😉

Hola!! Bienvenidos a esta nueva aventura. En este diario cultivaré la genética de dición limitada del banco GB Strains bajo una luminaria LED de mars hydro, la sp 150, que da unos 140 watts de potencia nominal y en espectro completo. El armario será un trafika de 60x60 y el medio de cultivo 11L de coco en maceta de plástico blanco. El coco va a ser un ladrillo de ugro de 3L hidratado con agua a ph de 5'5 y sin recirculación del agua. La germinación será en papel y usaré el seedboster de plagron ya que he leido varios casos de problemas en la germinación de esta genética y únicamente tengo 3 semillas y me gustaría gastar solamente una. Como novedad para los seguidores escribiré este diario en español, mi lengua nativa, dado que el banco de semillas GB Strains opera principalmente en España, y creo que también en Francia y me suena que Reino Unido, pero no estoy completamente seguro de eso y la idea es que sea lo más útil posible para otras personas. En cualquier caso recordad que en la parte izquierda de la página se pueden activar opciones de traducción a varios idiomas. Sobre la genética remarcar que el banco indica unos porcentajes de thc de 30-33%e n condiciones óptimas con un uso recomendado medicinal y con efecto de relajación intensa. Si no tengo problemas durante el ciclo de cultivo y éste se desarrolla correctamente realizaré un análisis de cannabinoides al finalizar el secado y si este no fuera concluyente o diese valores de menos del 20% que es una desviación bastante sustancial, realizaré otro tras el curado para verificar. Hace bastante tiempo (años) que no cultivo una genética fotodependiente pero espero no tener ningún problema Para los abonos utilizaré GHE/terra aquatica que ya he utilizado con muy buenos resultados (de momento) en mi primer intento con coco y añadiré también fulvic (o diamond nectar) de la misma casa Germinaré la semilla una vez tenga montado el armario de cultivo en los próximos días o semanas. Tambioén grabaré todo el ciclo y crearé video timelapse global y semanal para apreciar reacciones de la planta a estímulos y seguir mejorando la técnica La semilla ha germinado en 48 horas. La dejaré un poco más antes de moverla al jiffy de turba Ha tardado pero finalmente ha germinado la semilla y ya está en el jiffy en el armario. He usado el agua sobrante de mojar el papel para germinar para alimentarla estos primeros días. Cuando muestre sus primeras hojas (no cotiledones) empezaré con el abonado. Finalmente será la serie flora de GHE, no la específica de coco. Este es mi segundo intento con la genética, en el primero falló un programador de riego y generó problemas irrecuperables en la planta por lo que la deseché.

This plant grew great and then one of my bigger plants over took it. She turned out so tiny But I will learn from my mistakes

Hello growmies! Welcome to week five of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! The girls are all at different early flowering stages, but they are only days apart from each other. I have a bit of a quandary now though, as I am no longer following the nutrient schedule as these plants are too fast for it. So I am unsure whether to start PK warrior or not yet. I have also realised I have probably underfed them in the last week or so, which to be honest isn't a big deal for me right now as they are already waaaaaaaaaaay bigger than expected. Let's talk about that a moment. This strain has an average height of 50-70cm. I wonder if those numbers were for soil grows? It seems for coco you will get even bigger plants. Case in point these six girls measured at 3pm 24/7 day 30 as follows: Plant 1: 111cm Plant 2: 99cm Plant 3: 90cm Plant 4: 89cm Plant 5: 85cm Plant 6: 84cm Plant 3 appears to have stopped stretching and is the most advanced into flower. Plant 4 is right behind it and has slowed down but not yet stopped stretching. Plant 2 is next in terms of flowering development her stretch is slowing. Plant 5 is still stretching rapidly and is coming to the end of preflower. No concern really at 85cm she has some room yet. Plant 6 is still stretching rapidly and is still in preflower. Slightly concerned despite her 84cm stature as she has been the most beefy looking plant all along, so I am expecting her to grow a good bit more. Plant 1 is still stretching rapidly and is still in preflower. Extremely very concerned about this one. The light is about as high as it can go. 111cm!! I have scoured the internet and the tallest Epsilon F1 I have found was 95cm. It's great that she is so happy this plant, but if she gets much taller I'm going to have to super crop her main cola. Whatever happens I am starting to dream of smashing my yield target out of the park, these girls are all impressive. Hard to believe they are just 30 days old. Plant 1: 126cm Plant 2: 107cm Plant 3: 93cm Plant 4: 94cm Plant 5: 97cm Plant 6: 96cm Plants 3 and 4 have stopped stretching now and are fully into flower. At 93cm and 94cm respectively, by the end of flower these girls may hit 1m but they wont go much more than that. Plant 2 looks to have just about stopped as well. It might go another 10cm overall. Plant 5 is still stretching but I think not much more. Plant 6 is still stretching and I am still expecting quite a bit of growth from her. Then there is plant 1. 126cm and still stretching. It has now grown beyond the height of the light. I hope it can somehow finish itself before it hits the top of the tent. I mean the secondary colas are over 1m already. It is a great shame this giant plant doesn't have more horizontal space to itself, either way it is absolutely shocking to see. I really do not want to super crop her, but am out of options. This grow, incidentally, constitutes the first and last time that I let any indoor cannabis plant go untrained. With basically 4 x 4 x 4 of usable space, training my plants is not really optional - and now you can all see why. This "50-70cm" strain has rapidly outgrown my space. RQS it may be time to revisit the height claims on this strain. Just saying. ### Week 5 Day 6 01:00 28/7 Rearranged the tent and photographed. I have been regularly rotating the plants and periodically moving them around. My problem is now plant one has already hit the top of the tent and there is no easy way to give it anymore space... still not sure what I am supposed to do but it's fine for now... tried to capture the problem with the photos. As well as plant 1, plant 6 looks like it's going to keep going for a good bit yet, and plant 2 is still putting a bit of height on. I took plenty of photos today to try and capture the essence of the jungle. It is quite unbelievable what these plants have done. I just cannot stop looking at them, they are magnificent. I have not fed for 4 days, will probably feed later I am just trying to slow them down a bit by not feeding them. It doesn't seem to be working. ### Week 5 Day 6 23:00 28/7 Defoliated heavily all plants. Fertigated 2l each. Removed some more lower side growth off the smallest plant (plant 3) to make space. Might leave it a few days before I photograph again. Plants 2, 3, and 4 are all well into flowering now, plant 5 is not far behind them, but plants 1 and 6 are still in preflower. :( What is really remarkable right now is the difference in colour between the plants further into flower vs the plants still in preflower. day 27 - He podado las hojas bajas y las mas grandes para que al aplicar el lst entre mayor cantidad de luz a las ramificaciones. El objetivo es conseguir mínimo 8 colas. En la próxima semana ya probablemente instale la malla scrog y pase a periodo 12/12 para floracion. Se puede ver algun ligero problema de fertilizacion (exceso) en la punta de las hojas, pero no parece algo realmente preocupante, ya que en general la planta tiene un muy buen verde como se puede comprobar en la foto de las hojas cortadas a luz mas natural.. Tambien he abierto un poco mas el gotero ya que los dos ultimos dias no he identificado agua sobrante en el plato y el coco es mejor que drene para liberar exceso de sales

Another amazing week of weather, 24c highs 8c lows, full sun no rain, humid mornings but the large cherry tree above my plant really does minimize morning dew. No matter how much I inspect I can't find any budrot (knock on wood), snipped 1 tiny nug suspect but that's it, I'm utterly shocked. Good genes, even better weather, and incredibly healthy eco system and root zone. Plan is 1 more week and I will harvest, wash, and dry maybe 1.5lb of tops. Then 1 week later harvest the mid and lower sections straight to freezer for bubble hash. Maybe I'll leave a third to for another week to see how far it will go. Caught moth laying eggs, very cool to see, so one more spray of BT today and dropping drip irrigation to 45min every 3 days for the rest. It's been over 30weeks total for this one so far, that's 8 months! Wild to think how long that is. Hardly anytime in 12 months I'm not growing something. Those 3 months off will be hash making time.

Week 8 and the blue dream keeps getting taller and buds are growing slowly, but she seems to be growing very good I also added the led full spectrum lights on the sides for my seedlings since my other two died because i didnt have enough Light and they been helping a lot .. purple lemonade is growing slower but looking good hopefully this next week she does better

These 6 slurricane are set up to be some frosty MFr's. 4 phenos, im hoping at least one of em is the frostiest nug ive ever seen, cuz thats what the marketing told me. A smaller stature plant than some of the others, but one of em is just a fkn mutant. The growth in the coco/perlite hempy's is astounding, right up there with DWC. Many of these girls have outgrown their mother which resides in 5 gallons of soilless. Loving the node structure and red stems on this plant. F11 and all is good. Environment on point, smell in check, and visiting the garden only 3 times a week. Stay tuned for some monster nuggies!!!
