Let a seed of them germinate and I am in week 2 now. This time I won't do the mistake like with other two plants that I gave Nitrogen to too early. I will keep you updated.
Plant starts to grow faster day by day. Started with some organic N and she seems to like it. Had the VPD on 1.4 which she did not like too much. I guess she got to much nutrients through that because some hours later two leafs started to fold upwards. Got the VPD right again and I hope she recovers.
Last week went on nicely even though she lifted the sides of her leaves probably due to having given bio grow to early. I measured the EC and watered her with an EC of 400 consisting only of CalMag without any further N. Probably gonna top her in the next few days.
Topped her in the middle of the week. After three days she got new branches on the top and the side branches really started growing. She accepted the first N fertilizing really nicely and shows a wonderful green on her leaves.
In the middle of last week I topped her 4 shoots and 4 days later she is performing nicely. I thought she would grow a little bit faster and manage the stress of training better but she is doing ok. I wonder sometimes if those CBD strains are a little bit less strong and grow slower. Somehow I have the impression they are not the most stable strains. Anyway. I will continue topping the shoots when it is time again, probably in another 3-4 days and next time watering her she will get a little bit more N fertilizer.
Last topping was successfully. 16 shoots now which start growing in height. Will leave her in veg phase for approximately one more week and then switch to flowering. Stem became purple- probably due to stress. Very happy about this plant
Some problems concerning soil pH. Leaves started yellowing and folding upwards. I flushed her with pH 6.0 at 24 °C and it becomes better day by day. Became a little more green again. I want her to become stable and will then send her into 12/12.
Day 3 into flowering. I managed to get the soil pH into an adequate zone again. After having flushed her and switching the light regime to 12-12 at 800 mikromol/s-1/m2-1, she recovered really well and shows a significant stretch now even though DLI stayed the same. VPD is kept constantly at about 1.2 MPa. Really looking forward to the next 7 -8 weeks!!!!
