Every branch required training since day 1. Also, before maturity when the plant made symmetrical nodes, only one of each set of shoots would develop into a proper branch. The other one would stay very small, no exceptions. But it smells absolutely amazing when the stem is rubbed! So I'm giving this one to the 2x2. Let's see it flower. Soon. No fuss veg - will update weekly in flower. There's a bit of burnage due to the lights being to close for a shorter companion plant. I enjoyed pruning this giant bonsai but I gained a lot of air hopefully all goes well

I let the girls spend the whole week getting used to their new home and recover from their transplant shock before I began Low Stress Training (LST). Everything looks great in my opinion. A little on the smaller side for being so far along but I think they will burst in growth in the coming weeks. Don't forget that they will double in size during the initial flowering period. I plucked a few leaves off and tied down 2-4 branches on each plant and will continue to tie down more throughout this week. I want to keep a nice even canopy from here on out. Depending on how fast these ladies grow, I think I will be able to start super cropping soon. I'd like to get my SCROG net up so that I can start weaving branches as they continue to stretch. This is the key to getting a good yield when working with a small area such as a 5x5 tent. I expect anywhere from 28-36oz which is around 2lbs. Of course good lighting, nutrients, and good genes go a long way but sometimes you just need that extra boost to get you there and these techniques are what has worked for me (LST, SCROG, Super Cropping). The only thing I think I am lacking is Co2. I have read that I could increase my yield by up to 40%. That's incredible! I'm going to have to do some research on pricing and see what I can work out. ==== UPDATE 31-10-18 ==== Weight after 4 weeks: 137 grams from one plant! I am so happy :). 123 grams of grade A bud, 14 grams of great quality larf. My last grow had about 130 grams from 4 plants. Only two thirds of it was good bud. Autoflowers, never again! This plant never got bigger than the 70*70 tent it grew up in, so I used 0.5m² . 315w CMH started during week 3 of flower. Thanks again to Zambeza for a monster yielding plant. ======================== It's been quite a ride. The plant was harvested at the end of week 11. This plant survived spider mites, maybe thanks to the predatory mites, and environment actions. A slow start in the first few weeks but it turned out quite beautiful. My 4 plants are still there, with the banana as a smile 🍌😁 I continue the defoliation, I wonder if I'm not doing a little too much sometimes.. Things are getting frosty around here! Critical Cures are at the top of the class. Critical Mass is in second. Charlotte's Angels are in third. Durga Mata is in fourth, with Blue Shark rounding out the pack as far as blooms are concerned, and how far along they are. This week I used the last of my "Tiger Bloom" and "Big Bloom" and I didn't feel like buying more, so I started making compost tea! It comes from my pile that consists of kitchen scraps, horse, chicken and sheep manure. They seem to be liking it. I also gave them a little nitrogen foliar spray this morning. I've had to spray insecticidal soap twice this week. Smells so fragrant out there, it's attracting a lot of bugs. I sent a pic of one of the Critical Cure's to a friend of mine saying "Not long now!" (As in like 3-4 weeks on this particular plant) to which he replied: "You've still got 6-7 weeks!" No, just no. Same guy also told me my plants would be 8 ft high. Ha! Silly boys.

Alright gents, it’s the 2 week homestretch!!! Gonna start flushing with RO water and that’s it. Want to get rid of all the nutes I’ve been feeding for that nice smooth smoke. pH of 6.2-6.4......temperature usually 72-76 F on the water. I only have be defoliating the bright yellow/white leaves. Today was my last feeding with nutes and I’m excited to see development without nutes. Really happy so far with my first grow. Spent so much time on YouTube, reading articles, and scrolling through so many friggin forums.

На протяжение всего времени одно растение показывало больший рост чем другое, но это не мешало мне получать клонов от двух растений. Поэтому на протяжение всей недели я продолжал клонировать растения. После того как я взял нужное количество клонов я обрезал центральный стебель, сломав привычку растения выращивать один центральный стебель. На одном растение я оставил две ветки, а на другом, то что поменьше, оставил три ветки, натянув их нитью чтоб улучшалась их мускулатура.
