The girls had a great week!! Starting to smell already... incredible!! I watered them 3 times with .75 cup and the last watering was 1 cup. They have sprouted up amazingly!! 01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4 Things are moving along well. Both the girls have done some nice growing the past few days. Have finally had a little warmer of temperatures. Still not where I’d like it, but I’ll take it. Watered yesterday, slowly, until I got a little run off. They did get food at 2.5 ml across 3 parts. I increased the calmag (1) and silica (2) as well. They have 4 nodes now and I will top them as soon as there’s 5. I was a dumb dumb and left my measuring tape inside the flower tent and lights are off so I’ll have to come back tomorrow and update that. #1 is still a very yellow/light green. She’s been that way since birth lol. She’s growing just fine and seems happy still. I’m not sure why she’s the color she is. #2 appears to be darker green as usual. She’s grown quite a bit and is pretty similar in size now to 1. Update: 01/29/2025-soil was pretty dry so watered both again with food. With the majority of trichomes now turned milky with some turning Amber, i have decided to begin a 10 day flush using nothing but ph balanced water. Doing a shorter than normal flush as the plants with deficiencies don't have much nutes to use up.

Final weeks..

The whole growth was pretty straight forward. Good flying start and she had many healthy pairs of leaves after two weeks. Plus the pre-flowe phase also started just after two weeks. This strain is a bit of a ”lazy flower” buds getting big in no time, but feels like I could have ripen her easy for the next two weeks.

This week I transplanted my little Strawberry Banana girl to a Big Girl Bed-LOL. Seriously though, I transplanted her to a large garden bed as opposed to 5 gallon pots like I usually do. I wanted to give this plant all the room she need to grow her very best. I'm curious to see if having a larger grow area will produce a larger plant. I am thinking more room for the roots to expand. My plant did not grow very much in height but the width of the leaves did grow. Weather has been very nice here this week.

Work in progress however I finally was able to get the girls into the drip system. They have recovered nicely from the light burn but unfortunately I lost one of the girls. Now I am working with 4 and so far happy with the results. I am waiting on a better light, I ordered a 720 watt bar style light from Alibaba which will arrive in just a few weeks hopefully before flower. Still need to get the room in order so more to come on improvements. Switched to Gen Hydro Maxi Series just for the simplicity. We will see how this goes.

Here we are in what it will be the final week... I am now at day 61 and I'm considering to cut at the end of this current week... in 2 days basically... I recently bought a scope that allows me to check the trichomes and I can see all milky ones, I also posted some videos of it, please guys let me know your thoughts... Beside this buds are hard like rocks and smell still pretty intense and I cannot wait to taste this short but bulky phenotype. I decided to give her few more days, so next week will be chopping her, this mostly cause I watered her last time on Day 61 and now I am basically just waiting for the soil to be dry. This plant did grow very fast and became very tall, i had to do a lot of LST to keep her under control. The plant has big internodes, so there are a lot of little buds on the plant. Maybe they could have grown a bit bigger if i had given her more nutrient, but she was on the same system as my lemon Kix and she was a bit overfed soon, The bag appeal of these buds are very nice, lots of trichomes very nice !

Day 1 Today is the first day of flower here we go doing a water changer in 2 or 3 days will set it to 900 or so can't wait to see the first buds on my girls a lot of love in this grow Day 2 Ppm at 450 now time to change out tomorrow Day 3 have a five gallon bucket at 1500 PPM to add back during this week is the reservoir gets low. ppm's are at 1150 with a fresh change of all the water we'll see how she's doing tomorrow Day 4 had a major disaster last night went in to check everything and have an inch of water inside of the tentnot too much water drain from the pots that the roots got dry but it did sprung a leak when I change the water out I filled the buckets too high so my sealed job broke had to think on my feet put the 4 plants into DiY dwc buckets I built with their bubble inside no way of maintaining the temperature in there going to have to get some kind of a new epoxy and hopefully have the system up and running tomorrow. Day 5 all is well with the grow again completely cleaned out the system and all the buckets put the new epoxy on there and everything is leak free did another exchange what the plants back to their original pots with a slight adjustment to the placement I hope the stress of moving the girls is not going to affect my yields too much it is only day five of flower hopefully everything's smooth sailing from here on out P.s had to add the 5-gallon of 1500 PPM nute solution to the reservoir to get everything at the proper level along with some extra Cal mag and a small amount of the other nutes the PPM in the system is now at 740 Day 6 happy to say not much to report lol everything looks good 🙂 Day 7 week over

used my own fish shit to do a massive watering of nutrients and microbes into the soil. added some more power bloom because I ran out of stepwell bloom amendments. should have some in next week. they are looking like they are 3 weeks into flower at week 2. grow fam, love ya!

Day 65 - Starting week 10 and she’s definitely starting to fatten up a bit since lowering the lights for her. Already getting close to another round of water so most likely tomorrow, she’s drinking quite a bit lately. Day 66 - She was just about dried up already so gave her 2 gallons of plain pH’d water. Gonna start checking out the trichs soon, I’m thinking she’s down to about 2-3 weeks left but when the trichs tell me she’s done, I’ll chop her. Day 67 - Not much to do with her today, just some updated pictures and checked out the trichs for the hell of it and still mostly clear with a few milky scattered throughout. Day 68 - She’s gonna be ready for some water tomorrow, other than that, just been checking the trichs and tucking some leaves when I put her back in the tent. Day 69 - She was ready for water today and thinking she’s got about 10-14 days left, I went ahead and started the flush according to the Technaflora schedule. So mixed 5ML of MagiCal and 80ML of Sugardaddy with 2 gallons of water. Day 70 - Ending week 10 and she’s getting down to the wire. Still looking at about 7-10 days and everything is on track. Very few clear trichs in there, most are cloudy with a few amber scattered throughout.
