Week 3 since we first put seeds in the dirt. Found out the hard way that's not really how we want to germinate our seeds moving forward. Had a pretty shitty success rate. I still have 300 seeds left so, live and learn. The ak by critical mass has taken off pretty well, the OG Kush is taking longer than we expected, the quarter pounder is moving along quite nicely and the Northern Lights, which are only a week old are still lagging behind. In the "clone room" the MKUltra is looking very nice, growing extremely fast and we will probably be putting those into flower in the next couple of weeks. We went ahead and chose a few of them for mother plants; we took 25 clones today and set them up on a rack with cob LED lights. We also started our mother plant seeds; Northern Lights, blueberry, white widow, and super lemon Haze. Hopefully those will pop in the next few days, and in anticipation we have added a small mother room (closet really) for them where we will hang 2 800 watt LED cob lights and one Mars hydro sp250 and veg those out until we can start taking clones. Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:45 AM D 62 -Ooof! Not really sure what happened but a couple of my plants got rocked pretty hard. I must’ve overwatered them. I bought a soil meter so I can check what’s going on. I’ll put some pictures up. Hopefully it’s still going to be some fire. The strawberry crinkle is kicking ass one of the blood oranges is looking good and smelling great but the other blood orange and the forum Stomper got hit pretty hard. The blood oranges leaves have started to yellow and the smell It had disappeared. The forum Stomper still smells good but its leaves got hit the hardest. -this is my first indoor soil grow. Before this I grew everything hydroponically and if I dealt with soil, it was all outdoors. I’ve also grown using cocoa so I had that as a reference. That was a mistake. Growing in cocoa is really hard to drown your plants. Drenching a plant that’s growing in soil is not a good idea. -It might sound dumb to some of you growers out there, but having a digital meter for your soil is awesome. I stick that thing in there and I stop watering when it tells me that it’s good, highly recommended.

dear grow community, I report back with the fifth week of my Northern light auto grow. This week my plants have started to flower. They have grown extremely well and I have a lot of fun taking care of them. I have now stopped using LST as I want the plants to grow upwards. I have also changed my fertilizer. I also changed my sodium vapor lamp from veg to flower. I'm looking forward to see my babies flower and hopefully produce big buds. 7/20: All three are doing great. I'm hoping to extend Plant 1's vegetation week so that the others catch up to her for the flip, which is eventually coming. I added RapidStart this week. I've heard great things, we shall see. More root, more fruit. Trimmed 2 lower fan leaves that were not getting any light. 7/21: Our time is drawing near for the flip! Are those........
