Buenas a todos!! Ya las he pasado al armario donde estarán hasta la cosecha, en este armario hay más espacio y más w de luz, en este hay 300w, lo hago así para ahorrar energía, pues es ahora a partir de la 4º semana de floración cuando va necesitando más lúmenes para engordar los cogollos. Más tarde cuando finalice la 5º semana también pongo una luz UV para que generen más resina. Como veis ahora están más separadas, por lo que correra mejor el aire entre ellas, pero para asegurarme de que no aparezcan hongos lo mejor es prevenir y usar Leaf Coat pulverizando vuestras plantas desde que lo uso no he visto ni bichos ni hongos. Voy aumentando La EC poco a poco, el PH lo mantengo a 6.3 pero lo subiré a 6.5 a lo largo de esta semana, voy alternando un riego con nutrientes, uno con agua solo a 0.45EC Plantas con una buena forma, buenisima distancia internodal, el único fallo es que el tallo es débil, por lo que tendré que poner tutores en el proximo riego aprovechando que está blando el sustrato, ya mismo se empiezan a ver los cogollos!! This week a few different things happened . 1. After I flushed to remedy all purple stems Runtz & Zkittlez developed deformed leaf sets. The runts leaf set didn’t form on 1 side of the vein. The Zkittlez formed leaf sets with a missing finger . Instead of the being 5 fingers on the 3rd set there were 4 fingers . 2. Day #10 plants looked really sad & droopy the leaves of my plants where pointing downward & the 1st set of serrated leaves began to yellow . 3. To rectify the “super soil” dropping the PH of the water I fed the girls I purchased some PH UP & experimented with a few cups of my soil & found if I put in water at 9.5PH the “Super Soil” balanced out at 6.5 . My tap water PH is about 7.5 with a 200ppm (yes , yes, I know , tell me about it) if I put regular tap water in my soil drops it to a 5.1 -5.3 which led to the purple stems in the 1st week. Granted I’m kinda working backwards to work with what I have in order to utilize my investments it’s a means to an end I suppose BUT I AM OPEN TO SENSIBLE THOUGHT OUT ADVICE THANKS. 4. Day #11 I transplanted all the girls into full strength super soil . If I hadn’t had to flush i could have held out another week tops in my solo cups . I could have gotten to atleast the 6th maybe 7th node before transplanting into full strength soil. Currently I’m at the 4th node & noticing slight canoeing of the leaves . This is my first grow in this “supersoil” also my 1st time mixing my own amendments to make said “supersoil” so for the time being I’ll just keep an eye on it & hope the plant establishes quickly enough to be able to consume the quantities of nutrients in this soil THUS my generous generous use of Mykos . Today makes 2 weeks for Runtz & #1 GDP the the remaining 4 are at day #13. I’m still hoping by day 16 I can start LST’ing . All but 1 or 2 of the girls have began growing secondary shoots along the nodes so I’m getting more an more excited . I’m just envisioning the plants I want to have until it comes to fruition. I am by no means an expert I’m not even a reasonably decent grower . Out of the 3 runs I’ve done so far only one produced smokable poor quality buds . Each time spawning more research & a tweak to the setup . THIS TIME I AM CALM COOL & COLLECTED as I’ve ever been & have my eyes set on a lofty yield of high quality buds I’m aiming to get a QP p/plant but honestly I want to push them to get a HP p/plant . Which sounds like I’m in Narnia NeverLand with such high expectations .. I’ll just shoot for the starts & if I land on the moon instead I’ll be happy with that as long as the end results in me being high . Week 2 in the books 📚

Day 44 flower... Just overdrive for a few days then flush for a week or so.. Buds seem to be small and not swelling any ideas or tips welcome ;)

4th week of flower water Reservoir is working well out loads more room on the grow room and I dnot have to fight my way to top it up. Got loads or lovely buds forming with some leave tips turning purple, Had a couple of hours taking some of the bigger fan leaves and some of the lower bud site think that’s the last I will be removing anything, So far the botanicare nutritants have been a breeze to use get you mix right and ph always seems to be 5.7/5.8

Update the to a 4x8 this week and added a HLG 300 V2 RSpec with the futur vert FM8 flora max 660watts pumping 960 watts now .. Every thing is stacking up an fattening up beautiful in week 4 , The frost is coming out like a snow storm now in to week 5 flower ... I’m very impressed with the bud size on the slurricane ix this early on !!

Week 3: OH BOY, just look at the ladies reach for the sky! Just been alternating feeding and watering at 2 Oz of water per plant every 3 days. I also upped the cal-mag and will be switching out to week 3 nutrients after they go into 7 gallon containers. Probably gonna transplant in the next day or so and I'll be keeping one Oeroz for a mother to pull clones from in the future. Otherwise everything seems to be going well, stay tuned because we will be training after a few days once the transplant shock wears off. Gonna run 4 mains on each plant, seemed to work well for the last set of ladies, Ill just try to be more consistent with spacing and training low and flat. EDIT: Forgot to add that I sprayed down all the ladies with Crop Defender 3, if you have not heard of it, it is an OMRI certified Pesticide and fungicide. Figured that I would hose them down now so I can get full coverage.

Today officially starts week 4 of flower.. - The best part of my day is waking at 530am to open my tent and get a big whiff of that beautiful aroma. MMMM. Gave the girls a good watering this morning and picked out some dying vegetation from under the canopy to keep things clean. Humidity is still a bit low, but with all the vegetation in there I don't mind. I'd literally cry if I got bud rot or some crap like that. - I noticed that the critical kush stems seem kind of of flimsy compared to the other strains. No doubt it smells amazing, but as she puts on more weight it's likely to become a problem. Maybe I should consider silica on the next run.?! Of the 3 kiwi skunk phenos, only one seems to be producing any significant tricombs or smell. The other two look as though they will be good yielders, however, I seriously doubt any real potency. - Of the 9 plants I currently have growing, I would expect I'll probably only keep 3, maybe 4. There's no point wasting time on mediocre bud. - I think the pheno hunt is the best part of the growing process. Every seed is like having a new child. Sometimes, they grow up to be such beautiful creatures. Other times, you can tell their clock ain't ticking right. You can end up with fat high powered coals or those small, no good popcorn buds. And, at the end of the day, unlike kids and wives, you can throw them away and not feel sorry for ordering new replacements online when you get tired of their BS. - - - I love that my tent is right next to my desk. It's the best view anyone could ever ask for! 😍 - Went through today and pulled out a small bit of water leaves to increase airflow from the bottom up to the top, as well as to allow the light to reach deeper in to the canopy. I don't get too crazy with the plucking. Only if its covering another cola or overlapping causing moisture to build up on the leaves. It works well, in my case, to keep the humidity down and limits places for any potential pests to hide while flowering. I usually pull out a handful every other day or so. - - Switched my center light (600w) down to 50% (flower spectrum only) on the 28th. With all of my lights on full spectrum, there's more than enough light for the plants (~1200w eq). I noticed new pistils emerging that shouldn't be and I fear it's causing light stress and/or foxtailing to the critical kush, which is directly in the center of the tent. Since it happened on my last grow with the blue dream and it's not inherently genetic, I'll err on the side of caution this time around.
