This strain Sunset-Sherbet was apart from my first ever indoor cupboard grow. Growing this strain was really fun and also quite easy. This strain has bright green leaves and grows nice developed thick stem throughout as well. The problem I faced with growing these two beautiful ladies is that they both have snapped, here are the notes on that day. 1 October 2020 (Week 6) She snapped… 🤦‍♀️🏼 The morning I was trying to tie down the main cola to the pot and what happened is, the previous time I stress trained the main stem was a while ago and the grew tight against the rope and that caused it to become a weak pot of the stem. So as I was busy tying the top cola there where the previous stress was, it broke. It was a pretty clean snap but some of the branch is still hold on, with this I simply taped it together and used rope to knot it tight, I also used a stick to use and tie the branch and stick together for support. What I noticed what was quite interesting when I taped branch back, the side of the branch that didn’t break off completely was still providing growth to the leaves while the other side started getting weak and flimsy. I never would’ve guessed it would still be able to provide growth and still heal the snapped off part.

Growing big and strong, theres some marks on the leaves nothing bad it seems, looks like a catterpillar is guilty hopefully. I added dr greenthumbs mycos because who doesnt like a funguy.

Tequila Sunrise - Week 7: Slug Attack! But This Señorita's a Fighter ¡Ay caramba! This week with Tequila Sunrise has been a real telenovela, growmies! Just when I thought things were heating up with the flowering fiesta, WHAM! Enter the evil-doers, the nefarious villains... the SLUGS! Seriously, folks, when I saw my little señorita on Friday, I swear I could've cried. Those slimy devils had gone to town, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. Leaves munched, flower parts devoured - it was a scene straight out of a horror movie! To add insult to injury, I unearthed a whole gang of the culprits - nine fat, brown slugs of all sizes chilling in the soil. The audacity! But here's the thing: Tequila Sunrise ain't going down without a fight! In a stroke of genius (or maybe just desperation), I decided to elevate her to a plastic chair throne. Apparently, slugs are like nightclub bouncers - they don't like high places (gettit?! ;). And guess what? It worked! The next two nights, not a single slimy visitor dared to approach. Victory, at least for now! Despite the slug buffet, Tequila Sunrise even managed to pull off a respectable 10cm growth spurt this week. This girl's a fighter, that's for sure. Weeds are called weeds for a reason, right? They're tough as nails, and Tequila Sunrise is no exception. So, here's the plan, amigos: let's send some good vibes this señorita's way. With a little luck and some continued anti-slug warfare, she might just bounce back from this brutal attack and still deliver a decent harvest. We believe in you, Tequila Sunrise! Show those slimy suckers what a true party queen is made of! Thursday the 8th of June day 43 of 12/12 just plain ph water from now until harvest

Not much to do this week. Plants are doing great ! Lots of trichomes. Very frosty 😍 Since a few weeks the leaves have small spots. They are not insects, not spider mites. But I don't know what it is. Started to add BioFinale PK 0.5ml/500ml water/24l pot.

So she only grew 3cm in vertical height this week. But look at all the side branches she's pushed out!!! The girl's doing well 😍

Made it 67 days before the chop. •••03/21/2020 After a 6 day hang I've trimmed and started to jar cure. Had a total flower weight of 85 grams. Over all I'm pleased. Will update with a smoke report in about 3 weeks.

So this was one of the easiest autos I have grown she’s short and fat has an amazing smell and coverd in trichomes I can’t wait to try it!!!

May 27th-29th Trellis net is getting full and plants looked good, could’ve flipped to 12/12 but my smart self completely forgot about that flowering stretch so I vegged them till I saw a “good height” lmao I know but it’s my first grow leave me alone lol

These are doing awesome! We have had a little bit of a change in the weather in the last week, the nights have gotten nice and cool, and the days are still quite warm. We have also had a few showers this week which they seem to have loved. We are at about 13.5 hours of sunlight a day, and cute little buds are forming quickly. These smell peppery, sharp and sweet. One of these babes has reached 7 ft from the ground; the others are between 6.5 and 7 ft aswell. We heavily defoliated these giants today. These ladies continue to impress me as we move slowly toward the autumn equinox; and into the harvest season 🌾

Was a good learning experience. I'm not going to get near the weight I expected from these, and though the bud turned out really tasty, I don't think I'll grow it again. I'm not sure I would recommend to a newbie. It was in some awesome living soil, but some deficiencies crept up in flower, and I wasn't impressed with the roots upon post mortem exam. On second look, even the photo on msnl's site shows some spots that looks like deficiencies. Definitely some grower errors here, but all of my ongoing grows faced the same challenges and these just seemed less adaptable. Anyhow, I've been graced with some clean meds for now, and I'm a happy growin hooman. 👽 I also probably won't do any more autoflowers moving forward. Just not my style. There are some great peeps doing outstanding work with autos though. Best to them and all! :) D82 - 12.12 - cut the second auto cheese yesterday. Let her go as long as I was comfortable. Think her run in with the gnats resulted in the the deficiencies. Awfully covered in trichs, so it should make for tasty smoke after dried, trimmed and cured.. Shall update

Both plants have almost stopped growing in heigth now and are in full flowering mode now. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) Plant #1 is 15 cm shorter than plant #2, but a little bushier. Both have grown very well and are strong and healthy. They get more and more flower clusters now and start to fill up all branches. Trichomes start to appear all over...the plants start to get sticky and develop a weak sweet aroma now. Its time to take off the biggest fan leaves now for defoliation, I took a round of pics before and after.
