This week, the plant is feeding heavily and has grown well. I super cropped the main stem to help with the plant becoming too tall, afterwards I made some scaffolding and a sling to hold the break and prevent it from snapping. It has taken very well. Before the training I performed, I used 4 bamboo canes to stake the base. The plant had become very top heavy so this has really helped. The plant was becoming very tall so I thought this would be something to try out. Here's what I did this week. 18.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients; 馃挏 2ml Ecothrive Trace PH: 6.4 PPM: 365 22.7.25: I watered with 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with; 馃挏 1 TSP Sea K PH: 6.6 PPM: 485 25.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5, containing the following nutrients; 馃挏 2ml Ecothrive Trace 馃挏 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.5 PPM: 361 28.7.25: I watered with 6.5ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with; 馃挏 7ml Trace 馃挏 1.5 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.0 PPM: 351 Thank you for checking in this week and hanging out in the comments 馃榿馃挌鉁岋笍馃尡馃檶

Slow start caused by a temperature drop. Adjusted the lights to an 18/6 schedule, keeping them off during the day to prevent nighttime temperature dips.

3/14: Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves. Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry. 3/15: Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at. 3/16: Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet. 3/19: Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes. Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.

Jelly Bananen was the strain I was looking forward to the most. There wasn't much information on it when I initially ordered the seeds, but I was intrigued by the breeder's description nonetheless and decided to give it a shot. In flowering, there were two incidents where the light schedule was interrupted unexpectedly. In response, the plant started to produce "nanners". Ironically, Jelly Bananen was the only plant in the garden to do this. I produced 88g of dry weight, not knowing what to expect on the scales. I'm sure that 88g on one plant is probably pretty bad, but it should only get better from harvest to harvest, am I right? Will be coming back to this strain again in the future, once I have a few harvests in the books. 馃檶

A cutting requires roots to uptake water, we must create an environment so humid the plant can absorb moisture through its one set of leaves, 70+RH% but also a good supply of fresh air and full temperature control. Once I see light lime green it will signify new growth of the plant, I will know it has started to re-root.

I did not expect anything special from this crop, but !!! The expectation met all expectations, the growth and formation of bumps continued as usual, until this happened ... the bumps began to increase sharply and grow on top of each other, this is wonderful, they are very large, a lot of sugars, the color is from orange to purple, the smell is pleasant, while sheared, rolled hashish, this is a buzz)))) waited until you can try the cone for taste and I was not mistaken! The taste is amazing, the effect of the bomb))) I would give it for testing, but ....))) Thank you all)

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

420Fastbuds FBT2306 Week 9 What up everyone. Weekly update on these two show stoppers and all I can say is 馃憣. They both are showing some really crazy colors and buds are nice and dense covered in trichs. I checked them under magnification and trichs are still clear and cloudy and I'm shooting for an 80/20 split of cloudy to amber. No major issues besides some fading in the leafs but that's expected at this point in flower. Guessing maybe another week or two before the chop. All in all Happy Growing.
