I can always try to choc mint og v2, and try more phenotypes, as on this occasion I only had 1 and it wasn't hunted was just a random seed. Was my first time growing in a DWC set up. Will be running the set up again next run, but with different nutrient line up. First time growing from clone also I was super impressed with how fast they grew. They out grew the mother plant in the vegetative stage.

First week of flower is in the books. All 3 plants stretched about 6" and grew tons of new branched. Really starting to thicken out. Been battling a more problem with sns217 sprayed at beginning of night cycle. 1 confirmed female while it's still to early for the other 2 although they look female. Only problem now is I'm starting to run out of height so hopefully they don't have too much more stretch in them. From here on I will be doing individual weekly updates on each plant they will be labeled AH1, AH2, and AH3 AH1 30" topped once biggest and strongest plant Female AH2 26" Kind of a boring one 1 main stem not much other growth AH3 22" The mutant! Probably On of the craziest plants I've grown. Has 3 main colas and a bunch of strange leaves with no training. Bushiest of the group Had a 4th AH that was only about 18" and struggling confirmed male and chopped 10 days into flower

I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS

Allot of the same this week, fed allot as the plant seemed very thirsty. Growth increase, brown pistols, and tric start of cloudy. The smell is lovely, very fruity and extremely strong. As a long time smoker knowing the smell I wonder what a untrained nose would smell and what they think it would be. Harvest day 73, if I can give her longer I will, as you can see in pics I did not really defoliate at all perhaps 10% as per advice and I kept her low, tied her down to early I believe, will allow for more stretch next time. Live and learn. I just have purchased some advanced nutrients flawless finish so hoping for some smoke easy on the old lungs. Salutations

Heeey!! Guess who missed the watering schedule again! 😳 At least my babies recovered fast... but heat where I live is just crazy right now! The average of this week was 30° C (86° F, which is veeery high) but there were some days that I reached 33° C (91° F) 😲 My girl also reached the size of 71cm. Somewhat less than what I was expecting but the buds are getting bigger and more beautiful, so I don't really care right about that. The smell is also getting stronger. Also Matcha isn't going to grow much more but her branches are full of beautiful flowers and I think she might end getting a little more resinous than her sister. Maybe she has a different phenotype? 😮 Her leaves are also darker and "harder" (probably it's the nutrients) if you compare them to Pistachio, maybe that's a sign? (besides her size). Here we are day 55 for our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid. I would immediately like to say, do you notice anything by any chance? I said day 55 and we're pretty much ready. The leaves are turning yellow regularly, I have removed the fertilizers, the pistils are ripe, the resin is out, there are all the signs for a harvest which should take place towards the end of next week. The plants were born on April 6th, I repeat on April 6th for those who cannot grasp the concept. Most certainly Watermelon Candy and Wurlz will be harvested around June 6th, guys...8 weeks...not even 9 or at most nine weeks. If you're good at math, you do it otherwise I'll lend you some fingers. For topping lovers it means that if you want to do topping on autoflowering plants they won't finish in biblical times, according to my calculations even doing topping shouldn't go beyond three months, like an autoflowering from the previous generation. Why am I talking about the previous generation? Because these have certainly moved forward with speed, I have seen them grow and above all swell the flowers like I have never seen them do. As for the rest of the resin and pistils, everything is really in place. I want to do a terpene inspection soon and evaluate the ripeness for the harvest.
