One was more bushy and was a little behind. As I said, they had some heat stress and I think the 15-liter pots are too small when the environment is hotter. Still, they are totally worth growing and joy to smoke. They don't need much curing and the weed is very very strong. Going to try this strain again very soon!!

I received art genetix seeds late this girls are about 2 mouths late from the best weather for germination in my area but i love to see what they got because in my country many people growing this breeders genetics and they are all happy. Lets see how beautiful their arts are

Week 10 - not long now.. She looks good, just a little concerned with the fan leaves but from what I've read this is normal and nothing to worry about at this stage. Hope that is true. 🤔 I've kept the nutrients lower this week as I am worried about over feeding. The soil I mixed with alot of Manure from goats, ducks and chicken so I dont think I need to add anything else. First time growing... better to be safe than sorry. I got to the bottom of last weeks droopy leaves - Underwatering! I had been keeping her out of the rain and had forgot to feed water. Lesson learnt. I noticed the roots get compact on top in a fabric pot if you dont slowly water in, the water runs off the pot and not through it. Fixed this by bottom feeding until the soil was fully wet - I guess bottom feeding is the way to go when this happens. 10-20% of Pistils are brownish now and most of the trichomes are cloudy with a few still clear and the odd one amber. Still trying to get to grips with the x45 loupe. I dont have steady hands 😆 The lower branches that were LST'd are getting really big now so for sure I will be pulling all the branches back next time. Removed potential bud rot and will closely monitor. Hopefully she will be ok for 10 more days 🙏🤞

Everything going great. Smells like sour candies. Legit can smell the cantaloupe origins and it’s already getting blanketed in trichs. Can’t wait to see these girls get dense in the next few weeks.

Week 11, & the End of 4 weeks of flowering (30 Days of 12/12) Welcome back to our regular scheduled programming.... Like I mentioned we are officially 30 days into our 12/12 lighting cycle. Now taking into consideration that this is one of the first runs of this particular strain the flower period is partially undetermined, I will be guessing based on Lineage of the parents, & following her closely towards the end to ensure my desired trichome ripeness. Katsu's HotCake's run's Approximately 8-9 Weeks & The Grape Ape run's slightly quicker at 7-8 Weeks You can certainly tell the difference between all 5 plants, I'm very glad I took cuts of everything ! as plants 2 & 3 are certainly the keepers of the bunch.. plant 2 showing some very cool fall colours already (emerson effect hitting strong asf) She is already starting to purple up & smells Very Sweet. My guess is this pheno leans more to the Grape Ape side. As far as plant 3 is concerned I can smell heavy Kush aromas emulating off her already, & based on her flowering structure I believe this pheno leans more Katsu Bubba. but we'll have to wait and see. A Minor amount of leaf plucking this week should be noted.. It will probably be the last time I mess with them, its time to start swelling up. It is my opinion that most of the stretch has been completed & i'm now looking at the final colas minus the couple weeks of filling out of course. As this is the end of four weeks of flower(12/12) Their food will be increased during the next feeding, thus far i've been impressed with the ease of this strain.. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest but I will say this I was weary of over-feeding but all of them seem to enjoy heavy feedings. 5/12/2024 happy Mother’s Day to all the ladies and buds 5/15 super frosty sugar leaves. I can visually see them standing, that they are so tall 5/18 end of week 4

One of the Sunset Sherbet immediately sank, the other floated. Both Gelato floated. on 7/4 - After 18ish hour soak, planted 3/4" into solo cup - coast of main stonington blend soil. PH'd water to 6.4 an watered enough to saturate plant site. on 7/5 - Both Sunset Sherbets popped thru the soil. on 7/6 - One Gelato popped thru soil. Lightly watered the plants the already popped. on 7/7- Second gelato still didnt pop, moved soil aside and saw it was cracked and tap root growing. Re-covered the seed with soil and lightly misted with 6.4ph water. Removed the humidity bags from the sherbets and the one gelato, Light was at 24" 50% power. Moved light up to 33" and 100% power. on 7/8 - very light watering on all plants on 7/9 - about 100ml water on 2x sherb 1x gelato. Second Gelato finally popped up today. Lowered light to 30", still at 100% power

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 9/22- Week Seven of flower is here and the FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower is in her final week before harvest fam! 9/24- Our weather has dramatically cooled off and is a lot drier now with daytime RH running 40% and around 60% at night. I am checking the trichomes daily now and it will be any day now for the call to be made. 9/26- This is looking like the last day for this fine lady to be watered. The trichomes on the Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower are 90% white now, with the other 10% either clear or amber which is perfect! 9/27- This is it... CHOP DAY!

I exceeded all of my expectations!!! Imagined I would get around 80g of bud when finished. During drying I lowered my weight expectations to 40-50g just by looking at the buds. So you can imagine the look on my face when the final weigh-in came up to 104g!!!! Buds not super dense but not fluffy either. Really happy considering it's my first grow and using only organic, slow release (cheap-ish) fertilisers as most of my budget went to the set-up. Looking forward to keep improving!!!! In two weeks I will update with a smoke report!!!

Mildew was detected in the beginning if the week, the plant sprayed with solution of hydro peroxide to kill spores and then solution of apple vinegar to stop prevent new mold. It worked. I decreased the concentration of the watering solution and reduced light. A couple of daye left before harvest.
