Here comes the first Preflower Update

Great week!!! What a resilient plant, a few different times now I’ve come up with issues, I attempt to diagnose and compensate with my limited growing knowledge and the thing just keeps coming back better and healthier and stronger then before. So far, I am very happy with this strain, Dresden Green Diamond from the Garden of Green seed company because it’s been so easy for a beginner like me and it’s going so well. Looks like they are either sold out or they discontinued the strain possibly I got them as freebies with my order on Seedsman but yea super happy with it. So on to the meat and potatoes of this week. I realized the biggest issue that I have now is going to be controlling the heigh of the plant. It’s only a 4 foot tent. The pot takes at least a foot of height space away, the light is currently as high as the pulley system allows and is still hanging down a foot from the top. (I may have to end up just juryrigging a new attachment system for it to get more space. Also the plant is now about a foot tall and the light is 10 inches away. I’ve heard that they can double or more in height during flowering which would be a problem. So what to do? I topped it this week for the first time. Hoping that will redirect some of the plants energy into developing the lower branches, of which I have a healthy number. So I’m hoping they will catch up with the top of the plant and I just have a bunch of top sites. There are also 2 new top branches starting to grow from the top site. As soon as they are big enough I will bend them at a 90 degree angle to try and prevent it from going any taller than this point. I haven’t got around to it yet but I will begin LST this week as well to spread the branches out a bit and have them more horizontal to fill up more of my space. Overall, things are going great.

Was definitely a pleasure growing,amazing looking plant.Loved seeing the progress and seeing the purple really come through. had the true purple pheno so was very happy about that.In hindsight i shouldve cloned and made a mother etc with this pheno but yeah next time.Like i said earlier watch out for cannabis aphids and PM.Bud is currently in jars curing ,want to leave it for atleast a month before i start toking on it

Esta semana los nutrientes siguen de la misma manera, es notorio el exceso de Nitrogeno por ende se disminuira en los próximos riegos, se realizaron podas apicales en los clones que no les hice anteriormente para que alcanzaran más altura. Dentro de esta semana instalare la malla scrog Kanovi para guiar los vigorosos brotes. Además esta semana ya esta retomando el crecimiento la planta madre variedad Tangie la cual cumplió su ciclo de propagación por esquejes y porfin florecerá. Estamos a meio da 2° semana a crescer bem ja cm boa ramificação mas a dar indicios de falta de magnezio, mais uma semana começa o lst Afinal vai começou mais cedo q o esperado.. a crescer muito rápido, mais uns dias estamos no inicio da 3°semana

Very slow this week until I realised the timer was switching on for 15 minutes an hour into darkness, this has put me a couple of weeks behind schedule, should of been flushing for harvest this week instead I’ve been flushing for a couple of days to rid of nutrient lock, after 3 days of water I added just the pk and they’ve bounced back and the buds getting chunkier they’ve also needed a lot of defoliation throughout the week, 2 of the ladies are more a glue pheno in size, structure and a smell of pine, the other is a real chunky blueberry, hopefully I’ll get to the end with no more problems

Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that moved in and are making my life a little chaos. On top of that it seems that this little one is getting some deficiencies. Gonna ask for help in the right section to clear it out Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing and that's never a good sign. Though for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. Oh, I forgot. She has a weird smell, like a rotten mango. Not sure if that's the skunk in it coming up, or if I should actually dig and look for root rot. I don't believe in the latter one as my feedings are never abundant/excessive, use fabric pots, have great ventilation. But, the fact I don't believe in it doesn't mean I'm right. Probably I'm wrong. First signs of trichomes are here, you can see it with the naked eye. That's all folks, have a great week

Hi, this week i checked the trychomes and They are cloudy and the cheese is showing Here and there a little amber trychome. So I started flushing the plants each 2 days with 1.5l per pot and Collect the run off i dont have a ppm meter but every time i flush the water is getting clearer. I am doing this intik the trychomes are 10% Amber on the whole plant. Of you have Some tips let me know!

Elsa‘s grow and our Community Grow goes to an end. It‘s hard for me to say her goodbye, because we share 100 days together. But a good friend told me… it‘s always a friendship of time. Ya al día con las fotos. Empecé a fertilizar con vitamax pro. Las hojas laterales rotas con color marrón tienen quemadura por luz del led de apoyo, descarté sobrefertilización por que solo apareció en hojas superiores. La punta del cogollo central también se está quemando con luz por proximidad al led principal que lo tengo al máximo de altura.

Day 1: yay! All of my girls popped up a and they seems to be fine! I’m just going to pick 4 of them so I’m going to be kinda sad that I have to throw some of them away. But for the best result you have to do it. I give them a low ph at the start and when they grow bigger I go up in ph! Always start with 5.5-5.7 then end up with 5.9-6.2 when they are in flower. I used this GREAT WHITE POWDER. It smells like something from hell really! I need a face mask when I open the jar🤢 but it does well for my rooting. They came out their seed faster then befor and came up from the dirt in just some hours after I potted them! I really recommend it, you can use it with any nutritions you want. My water temp was a little to high today but I don’t really care tbh everything within 18-25 Celsius are okay Sannies seed shop is the best! Day 2: I always have issues with my seedling, they look healthy but what is this leaning thing going on… I have problem with the lights… they are trying to hide from the stong light, I gave them 100% in the beginning just to heat the tent up and I forgot it so had to turn it down to 25% and the lamp is like 40cm from the canopy.😂 Day 4: a morning picture and video on the grow and a picture and video in the evening! They grow so fast🌟 Day 7: last day of this week and everything has been just fine but some of the girls has grown to fast so they got a little heavy so I had to help them to stand hahaha! I’m starting to see the roots and they are very thick and hairy looks very healthy to me! I’m just going to pick 4 of these girls to grow! I just got myself a new tent I’m waiting for in the mail! It’s a 120x60x180 and a SP3000 marshydro both of them! I’m very happy with the brand! The lights are amazing! It will be a photoperiod bloom tent and this tent 70x70x160 will be my veg tent! Flower35, riego 6.3 pH y EC 2.8, los cogollos están bastante grandes, aún quedan 2 semanas aprox para seguir engordando, todo apunta a una cosecha más grande que la anterior y en menos tiempo.
