So she started herming. Guess I'll have to change her name to Big Barry instead 😅 Wish I could grow a testicle everytime I got frustrated, geez. Kids these days. Anyways, I've been really good about any light leaks, and the internal temps have been consistent, so I'm blaming the 'bagseed' genetics. As soon as I saw the pollen, I started misting the plant with regular RO water, and then went in and removed as many pollen sacks as I could find. But I seriously doubt that I was able to find them all, since they're so deeply hidden within the budsites, and will likely be finding more pollen over the coming weeks -___- My first grow, so it's disappointing but Im still proud of her. Might just spread any seeds I find in the buds, out in the yard and see how they do. I certainly won't be TLC-ing mystery genetics again, aside from the clones I took off her-- which are my first clones as well (with 100% success rate 😎). Ive never had a greenthumb so please ignore my horn-tooting lol

Had a busy week looking after her this time. I topped her mid way though last week. It felt so wrong taking a pair if scissors to her after trying to take good care of her. Lol. It definitely slowed her growth down for a good few days after. Then at the weekend I re potted her in a larger pot. I think it's 20lt but not 100% sure. She went a little bit limp after re potting, but only for a day or so, and seems to have recovered nicely now. I'm still on an 18/6 light cycle and using formulex once a week. Though I intend to switch to using Ionic soil grow from tomorrow, so hoping to see the veg stage really come on this week. I added a video clip this week too. D8 - The start of the second week of vegetation. D10 - Today, the small tent was finally empty, and the girls could move in under the Kingbrite light. They are getting around 170-200 PPFD. I also watered them for the first time by giving each one a small splash of water @ pH 6.7. D11 - The girls were getting a bit cramped, so the humidity domes came off today. I set the Inkbird controller to an RH of 85% (+/- 2%) and hooked it up to my larger humidifier. Even without their domes, the environment in the tent should be nice and humid for the seedlings. D14 - The end of the second week of vegetation.

Watered a gallon between the four of them this week (goal to maintain moisture in the beds.) found mycelium growing on top of the beds today, a great sign for soil health! The runt is still runty; if one of the seeds in the solo cups overtakes her in growth, I will probably cull the runt and replace her. Going to be topping in the next day or two, deciding if I am going to do a full “mainlining” run or just top them. TBD

We are almost at the moment of working our magic, we are about to go into flowering and the vegetative phase is coming to an end, our Zamensia Slurricane is a very beautiful plant with low internodal distance that looks like a small Japanese tree. We are about to do the last topping that will bring it to 16 tops, 16 small clones of the main cola that will come up I hope at the same time and all together and above all I hope that the cold will give us a great resin and a beautiful coloration. During the topping the use of nitrogen is a very delicate subject. The topping cuts slow down the plant and the leaves tend to grow bigger going a bit into over, it happened to her then you detach and it tends to discharge now we are at the moment that we are starting to give nitrogen again to then go into flowering. It is a process that must be nuanced very delicately. Ideally it is to start by preparing the soil with fertilizer and add if necessary. I over-fertilized the plants a bit but it's something I've always managed very well once I got to flowering. Next time we'll add something to the soil with fertilizers with this technique it's very suitable. Wait for the uncle BreadandBuds.... beautiful girl ill suggest for anyone to grow! the trim was easy as i prepared the harvest and defoliated along the way! i took a different route that will now add to my future grows where i lowered the lights power to 50-60% and lowered the light close to the tops and had my light turning off 2 hours earlier for the last 3 days! and wow oh wow the density the terpenes the THC i can't wait for her to dry, my normal is 5 days! she smelled so good! could especially catch that mint when pulling off the little fan leaves! she has so many tones! will be sure to seek out some more from super sativa seed club! they're impressive! video will be added and updated as soon as its rendered! be sure to check out my Instagram page for daily updates!

Hey everyone :-). The last plants were also placed in the bloom chamber kammer. Everyone has made great progress this week 🙏🏻. 1.20.2024: Time to gives this a go. 2.3x2.3 tent, XS1500 light, 2 gal fabric pots. Pots filled with FFOF(90%) & Perlite(10%.) Don't ask me why I chose 90/10. Nutrents are the FF Trio. Also growing a freebee seed from Humboldt Seed Co(Emerald Fire OG Auto.) Decided to germinate directly into the medium. Light is at 50% power at 2.5ft from the top of the pot(s). I'll have the light running 24hrs until it sprouts(fingers crossed it does.) I sprayed the top soil with pH 6.5 water when i stuck the seeds in then placed clear plastic cups over the seed location. My 4inch fan is on the way and it comes with a monitor for temp and humidity....no idea what current stats are. Just hope the damn thing spouts. Fingers crossed. More to come. 1.23.2024: 3 days and still no sprout. Going to give it another day or two before i go fishing for them. Off to a fantastic start! 1.24.2024: They've finally popped....aaaaannnddd we're off! 1.25.2024: Took the lil domes off, opened 2/3 vents for some circulation. Been misting the top soil just to keep it moist with 6.5ph water. I also "bottom fed" 12oz of water just to keep things lubricated. On the fence about when to give the plants a proper watering. Might keep things going "as is" for the next two days. Inline fan and associated hygrometer comes tomorrow(1.26) so i'll finally have an idea on what the current stats are in the tent. Will make adjustments at that point in time. Light is 2.5 ft from soil at 50%. 1.26.2024: Inline fan came yesterday. Only set up the probe just to understand temp and humidity. With the light at 50%, 2 ft from the soil, all vents closed except one(1) port at the top, my current temp hovers around 79 and the RH is 50%. After setting up a humidifier, i'm now running 75 degrees, 64% RH and VPD .58. All within tolerance. I can already tell it will be a delicate dance managing heat, exhaust fan speed and humidity. Still haven't given the plant more than 2 cups of water and i'm only watering when the soil is dry. Tomorrow(1.27) marks 1 week since the seed was dropped. Plan is to lightly water the entire pot when dry for the next week or until growth really kicks in.
