Day 15 - The start of week 3 and the girls are really taking off, from 1-2 Inches of vertical growth daily. Consuming a good amount of water, almost leaving the bucket empty. lol. Lightly defoliating to keep the bud sites exposed to light, as they get bushy very fast and recovery is only taking a day for them to bounce back. Pretty happy with how things are going right now. Slightly increased the EC by .2 but not enough to burn them.. which is the goal. Grateful for my trolmaster unit as it has made keeping tracking of my parameters much easier and effortless. Day 16- Topping up the res with RO water every two days. Otherwise I'm sure it would be empty! Pistils are showing and the bud sites are very visible. Seeing one pheno with slightly more sativa dominant traits. Luckily I took clones so I can run the best pheno next time around, although all these plants are special. Still going through the flower stretch. Excited for what is to come. Stay tuned for the results. Day 18 - As you can see, the difference is night and day over a period of 2 days they have had an explosion of growth. They were heavily defoliated on day 17 and bounced back within a day. week 9 was a good week I watch my pollen sacks grow into beautiful pods cant wait to use it plant doing pretty good health and strong

Alright all, it's been awhile since I've been able to update so I have a couple weeks to catch up on. Unfortunately my cheap phone was having issues last week and I had to do a deep clean and got rid of some photos, photos I though I'd uploaded to my drive that I actually hadn't. I seriously could have kicked myself. But thankfully I at least have a video instead of nothing. So on August 1st I got some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a mushroom farmer down the road. I crumbled the blocks around the base of each plant and watered them in. The purpose of putting the blocks down is that they still have live mycelium in them, and the mycelium creates a symbiotic relationship with the cannabis plant and it's root structure. The cannabis roots can only take up so much surface area, but the mycelium can take up the space the roots do not and form a network where in exchange for sugars the mycelium will provide nutrients for the cannabis plants. Also, watering with the molasses gives the mycelium the sugars it wants. I'm sorry I don't have more pictures, I wasn't even thinking when I was cleaning up my phone because I was so frustrated with it (there's a reason LG stopped making phones recently). It's just been wayyyyyyyy more busy than I expected or wanted it to and I've had hardly any time in the garden. It's all this rain! Last year I was complaining about how there wasn't enough rain, now this year there's plenty of it. When I'm not doing Garden stuff I'm working part time with my husband doing landscaping and tree work, which includes mowing lawns. Last year with the drought we were mowing lawns maybe every 2 weeks. This year it's every 4-5 days. It's crazy.

She seems to be recovering well from the Calcium deficiency. No additional spotting and the heavy pruning was a good idea. I made some adjustments to the bucket design to minimize the heat from my UFO light.

Coming at you guys with my second grow here. I started late this diary, vegging is boring anyway. These guys should be done within the next week or two. I’ve honestly never smelled anything like the strawberry currently in my tent. I’ve been growing for a while and have been skeptical with the naming choices these breeders make. My last run I grew a strawberry crinkle. It didn’t have the slightest smell of sweetness. This girl is packing some unique Turpines and I can’t wait to try it.
