Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. So, what does it mean when your plants are showing off big, luscious leaves? It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The precision I’m able to achieve with the AMP-3 is mind-blowing—I get immediate feedback on pH, temperature, and EC, allowing me to make real-time adjustments and ensure the perfect environment for nutrient uptake. 📊 Environmental Mastery Thanks to TrolMaster 📊 Speaking of control—let’s talk about the TrolMaster system! Between the DSH-2U Humidity Station and all the other sensors, I’ve created the perfect environment for my plants. Here’s where we’re at this week: • Temperature: 26.2°C • RH: 70.6% • CO2 levels: 775 ppm • VPD: 1.0 kPa • PPFD: 423 Thanks to TrolMaster, I can monitor and adjust these metrics in real time, and the best part? I can do it all through the TM+ Pro app, even while I’m lounging in my green papaya leaf hat! 😆 Whether I’m checking the CO2 levels, adjusting the lights, or fine-tuning the humidity, it’s all in my hands with just a tap of my phone. Talk about convenience! 🌱 P.S. – Inline Sensors: Heavy-Duty Precision 🌱 Now, let’s talk about the heavy-duty players in this game—the (PCT-2) Heavy Duty Inline EC/Temp Sensor and the (PPH-2) Heavy Duty Inline pH Sensor. These bad boys are connected directly to the AMP-3 Precision Meter, and they’ve been absolutely crucial in giving me the most accurate readings on my water and nutrient solution. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Together, these inline sensors allow me to run a super-tight ship—every drop of water and nutrient is dialed in to perfection, keeping the plants happy and healthy! Shout Outs! I have to say, overall out of all 5 purple Lemonade seeds I’m not very happy with the results so far considering they was a little more pricey & the fact that I know how good these plants can turn out! Not sure if I just got some bad genetics or what’s up but pretty bummed about this run so far😅😅 hopefully things will start to look up! Grow room has a strong pungent smell, starting to flush 1/6 of the plants. They all have started to fill up, got lots of nice fat colas considering they auto flowers. Been defoliating a bit hear and there, where need be Happy to see i am on track for a descent size harvest. Would probably say I’ll harvest all in the next 2-3 weeks

Harvest in week 12. But I screwed up, I didn't have enough room to separate each variety, so I would put an average weight when everything was dry... I had done everything well, I had to mistake on the place of the drying bag Last pictures, mixed buds

This week has been interesting but I have came out on top. Had a problem at beggining of week and had it fixed towards the middle and everyone bounced back! Had a mistake on my end not mixing the 5L jug over the months that I had it so by time got bottome was more potent than should be. Got a new jugs and calibrated new ph pen trashed old wouldn't keep calibration was broken or something would be off in 4 days. Have cut out the botanicare for a bit to see how it reacts with my hard water already testing at 180ppm should be enough calcium and magnesium along with A&B. Have had a bunch of growth over the last week since everyone is feeling better. Stay up everyone 💚

13 Agosto 2024. selección de semillas y colocación en vaso con agua ph 6.0 con agua Oxigenada. 14 de Agosto se ponen en agua las semillas por 24 horas para hidratación. 15 de Agosto, con las semillas con muestra de radicula procedemos a pasarlas a papel absorbente. 16 de Agosto se muestra la radicula avanzada. 17 de Agosto en la mañana se puede apreciar el crecimiento de la radicula. 17 de agosto en la noche trasplantamos a "Peat Pallet" y una a maceta de cartón ya que la radicula creció bastante. 18 de agosto ya en los "Peat pallet" se pueden mostrar qué las semilla se cayo por completo e iran abriendo en el transcurso de las horas, las tenemos en un domo germinador dentro del Indoor. 🌡️ 27.1 ⁰C 💨 75% Humedad 🌫️ 0.9 VPD kPa.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Tropicanna Poison F1 de Sweetseeds. Esta variedad me resultó bastante sencilla de cultivar, y si no la maltratas crece sana a mi parecer, la flor se ve increíble, tiene una cantidad de resina considerable y unos tonos rojos muy peculiares, se ven muy apetecibles. El olor que desprende es muy peculiar es muy dulce con toques terrosos, a mi parecer, no pinta nada mal, las flores están prietas. También os comento que la variedad es muy fácil de cultivar y no da mayores problemas, el ciclo no es largo, cuiden con la altura ya que se desmadran un poco. IMPORTANTE destacar: En las fotos comprobaréis que ya no hay botes de cristal con sobres de bóveda, ahora hay Grovebags. Que son una especie de sobres o bolsas que retienen el peso, previene la aparición de moho y mantiene intacto el terpeno, para que el curado sea más óptimo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Update of Goofiez 2 of compound genetics!! On RDWC it’s literally super fast grow !! We are doing a pheno hunting of 12 plants and we seed 4 of them that are the best at the moment

Day 106. Joe is well behind, trimmed her a bit, catching up, but only 8 days left till harvest, will be week or so too early for normal time i guess... smells of rubbed leaves reminds very specific strain, cant recall yet ... very sticky already, bottoms miss light and penetration a lot ! But bulks ;) i see signs of fade starting too. Watered today, one more left. No work needed, just waiting ;) Mars TSL2000 is a bit too far in my mind, but stil gives enough power for Joe to have nicely stacked bottom parts. Good light , no doubts ! Happy Growing !!!

8th week of flowering. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. After a tip from here, I put all the LED lamps I had in the tent. Doesn't matter how cheap they are. The two light bulbs produce 6500k daylight... And it really bears fruit. The resin production around it is clearly visible. I'm excited. I realize that the trichome photos are a little too early, but I'll test the photo quality.
