As for the coco vs. the rockwool way I’ve done it in the past I’m leaning towards the rockwool way. It’s easier and thus far the plants I get from it are larger. It consumes about the same amount of water although less nutrients.

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The white widow was a runt but she has really picked up the pace and about caught up with the rest of the girls. She is stretching nicely and starting to build a lot of nice little top buds. She seems to have a nice balance of spacing between her buds. So excited to see how she turns out. Will be starting them on some liquid Koolbloom next week. So its come to the end of the first week and the little ones are doing great. At the start of the new week they will get their first watering and we will start a consistent schedule.

Had my run-in with powdery mildew midway through flower. But bud-washing was my savior! Completely killed all the pm and left me with a still incredibly strong end result. Its seriously some of the smoothest stuff I've grown to date, when smoked in a pipe.. I will be taking away 2 stars from the review because of the susceptibility to pm, however. This grow was a success as far as the autos go, overall... The photoperiod gal still has a few more days. Either way, I highly recommend this strain. Don't make my mistakes, make sure you keep your tent clean the whole grow through, ALONG with the air quality(just as important as the tent itself). That's where I honestly failed. After reading how spore transference works, I felt like such a knucklehead keeping my tent in a... 'homely' condition. Either way, lessons were had and I'm not one to make the same mistake twice! i used a low dose because for my plants even half strength is often too much, this saves nutrients tho. Around 825ppm, 18 DLI, Ph 6-6,25 thanks to FastBuds and Terra Power!

Cinderella 99 and Purple Haze was harvested last evening.. Afghan hash strawberry cough and blueberry are left but I note they are getting a lot more sunlight of course.. but I would be remiss if I did not mention that I planned it this way have the plants that finish first more in the front and when these guys we're done my plan worked perfectly.. they have a couple weeks left.👌

Growth is super, despite having splitting and getting a break where I topped due to something falling on the plant. I quickly patched her up with some electrical tape and a cable tie and she recovered within a day! Super resilient plant. She's starting to smell and putting out a few pistils already at the end of week 1 flower!

Good week of growth! All 3 were topped on day 20. One is growing quicker than others. Plant height and distance from light based on smaller 2 plants. Photos/video are day 22 since breaking the soil.

Buds are still packing on both girls. New pistils still shooting out with no orange hairs showing yet. Im thinking this is going be be a longer finish, may go to 14/15 weeks if necessary. Going out of town for work, topped up the res with adding micro and bloom.
