Weather was better than before. A couple of sunny and warmer days. Installed the lights with the timer in order to support a 16/8 light cycle with a 1 minute burst of light every two hours at night. Mid week i transplanted them, super happy about that. Cover crop looks great. The placeholder pots have been filled with horsetail, alfalfa, bokashi and worms. Cleared them out to use it as mulch on top. Watered them in with fresh brewed vermicompost tea. The Jamaican Dream CBD will later move into the garden, so the roots can connect with the soil through the bottom of the bag. Plants looking great by the end of week, but still in flower.... started a new run for back up and a friend of mine would give me some very nice seedlings and clones if things go wrong.

Was trying to play around with a new feed schedule for the upcoming weeks but threw my EC outta wack figured I’d see what happens at 2.2 EC as I should be tapering down soon. Started to notice some over feeding symptoms but I might be tripping. Still trying to dial in this Autopot it could also be that I’m using doctor zymes as an IPM and I have to spray the coco on top causing the nutrient build up to go down towards the roots? Idk but either way we will still chug along we are 3 weeks away from chopping down anyway so let’s go!!!!

Clones got transplanted into 1gal Rapid Stack pots, this will facilitate the next transplant into the live soil grow bed with no stress. New clones just arrived! Starting them off straight into coco coir this time. First transplant today into solo cups. They got a pretty heavy first watering with a PPM of about 425. Hoping to really start them off strong. I will be vegging them for much longer than usual. I typically veg my plants for 4 to 6 weeks and these girls will be vegging for 8 to 9. This grow will be a great chance for me to try some HEAVY plant training techniques.

Bud stacking continues giving more height. This week both gals did some more bud stacking .5 inch each. T2 is now 5 inches. T3 7.5. Note: for future grows the small diameter of the pot made it very difficult to trim T2. Very tight squeeze even for my small hands. This opened the lower buds and showed off T2 roots, ¼ inch on a 5-inch plant. The main stalk is sturdy. As I was trimming the lower area, I was bending the plant over 2/3 the way and there was no breakage. T3 got the same trimming but removed fewer leaves than T2. I also washed out their drain pots. For some reason, algae is developing in the catchments. I am now within 3 weeks. RQS says harvest 70-75 days or 40-45 days of flower. Harvest is getting close.
